Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Desiree Laracuente and staff I want to thank you my daughter had such a wonderful experience with you and your dental assistant. They both are incredibly caring, patient, and thorough throughout the entire visit. My child needed a crown and a filling, and the dentist took the time to make sure she felt comfortable, explained everything in a way that was easy for her to understand, and handled her care with so much gentleness and attention. I truly appreciated how attentive she was to my child’s comfort and well-being from beginning to end. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about her young patients and takes pride in providing excellent care. I’m so grateful we had such a positive experience, especially for a procedure that could have been scary for my child. I highly recommend her to any parent looking for a pediatric dentist who is compassionate, patient, professional, and thorough. We will definitely be returning!

Experiencia fantástica: They were awesome with my grandson. The Dentist, is amazing. I don’t remember his name and the two assistance were really good and we even got x-rays today. We’ve been going here for the past three years. We can never get an x-ray on him. The x-ray technician was amazing. Thank you I would highly recommend this office.

Experiencia negativa: They never answer the phone. I've been calling since Thursday(it's currently Sunday) with a referral from my child's primary dentist. I left them my information and my phone number and they still haven't called back. I called multiple times on Friday until I gave up and contacted a different dentist who answered the phone, confirmed my insurance set up an appointment and saw my kid. I still haven't received a reply to my message about my daughter with a cracked tooth. Ridiculous.

I came from a clinic where I had the worst customer service until I found this clinic, it’s worth the 30 minute drive . My daughter’s doctor she’s really nice. She explained everything clearly with knowledge. I like how she makes me feel answer all my questions. Really honest I recommended.

Experiencia negativa: Went for a second opinion my daughter has 5 cavities !!!! Called this place and they are saying the doctor put in notes he’s “watching the teeth”. So they let the teeth go rotten first before treating it! Dentist never even told me she had cavities! Do not go here !!!

We have only had positive experiences.they also work well our insurance provider. Many members of the team can speak with us in our native Spanish.

Experiencia fantástica: Both of my children have gone to this office for years since our kids started school. So about 4 years now. The staff and doctors punctual, knowledgeable, and work well with children. It’s always sad to see irritated or rude parents like I did twice today. The staff is always honest and transparent about co-pays or additional cost as well as optional procedures vs mandatory and how it benefits the child. Prices are listed in multiple areas of the office. Front desk is professional, honest, kind, & thorough. Pay the $140 for laughing gas or be a raging anxiety mess while your child suffers & is forever terrified of the dentist!! You spend more on groceries!

Experiencia negativa: Very bad service not coming here again, and this place is always dirty. They are open and they never answer the phone. Why have an open business if you are not going to be answering the patients phone calls. Really bad for business

Experiencia fantástica: Freeport kids Dental & Orthodontics is to my knowledge one of best places to go when you children needs Dental braces the attention of the staff is very professional and friendly, The Dentist are extremely knowledgeable and make you feel Like family, I have taken my 2 daughters and their and their smile couldn’t be any better. I have my youngest son getting his braces done there as well. Not to mention that the cost is extremely affordable compared to any other place it’s a fraction of what you would pay in another clinic! And Dr. Nina B. Laracuenteha has a distinct passion for putting a beautiful smile on your child and that for me and my wife being in the medical field as well puts her on a high standard of patient care. Thanks you all!!! I don’t have any more children to take there but if you are looking around to take your child for braces don’t look any further you won’t be disappointed

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience as a 1st timer. Only suggestion would be to have glass sliding doors that locks from the inside with picture on them for each room to avoid individuals from walking into them and to have stable dental chair, especially for the children. I appreciated the interaction that each staff provided to children as a 1st timer to the facility from getting there teeth removed and X-ray of the mouth. They allowed parent to provide solutions to getting things done. It would be nice if there Laughing Gas was included in the visited when needed, instead of paying out of pocket of $140.00

The staff there were great very accommodating and comforting to my daughter. We were in and out in less than an hour, and everything was done properly.
