The staff was friendly ,only thing was the wait and getting my appointment time changed a couple days before.. otherwise I would've given them 5 stars, hopefully next time process is faster since it would be a follow up!

Experiencia negativa: Do not recommend. Sketchy billing practices and “recalculations” when insurance reimbursements come. If I can’t trust the billing practices I wouldn’t dare trust their procedure recommendations.

Experiencia fantástica: The entire team here is incredibly sweet, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I came in for a dental cleaning and was able to also get my wisdom teeth extracted on the same day. Gam performed the cleaning and did an excellent job. The surgery was quick (10 minutes) and recovery went smooth. I can’t recommend them enough! 10/10

Experiencia fantástica: I went to Dental sweet about my TMJ issue. I wasn’t really sure how much care I was gonna get about my TMJ. But I’m glad I did. When I walked in the building I was greeted by a very pretty woman. I believe her name was Ally. Anyway…. I told her what my issue was ans she was very pleasant as well. When I was finally able to be examined I met some of the professional nurse ast. As well who were all so very attractive. ( lol) I was given an exam of my teeth and felt very comfortable as well. Everyone there was so friendly and very helpful. After the exam was done I met the dentist. She was very friendly and sweet as well. We went over the ex rays and talked about a few things. We talked about my TMJ issue and what kind of procedures would be best. We talked about different ideas to try to find what would make sense for me about my TMJ.The dentist explained to me let’s start with baby steps first and see where it goes. One procedure was reconstruction of jawline. I kidded With her about that. I told her if she reconstructed my jaw line because of my intense.TMJ I told her my mom might not like her anymore lol. So my experience was very positive, and you got the feeling that everybody in that office knew exactly what they were doing. I felt very secure knowing I was in a doctors office who really made sure the patient came first. As Arnold Schwarzenegger says, I’ll be back. lol Danny

Experiencia fantástica: I can’t even begin to speak about how amazing this practice is. PLEASE read my review - anyone wanting a new dentist. After an extremely upsetting experience with a different oral surgeon, I came to this office feeling scared, in pain, and honestly unsure of where to turn next. The oral surgeon I had seen previously was dismissive of my symptoms after my post op wisdom tooth removal, offered little explanation, and sent me on my way without addressing what was clearly looking like an infection( extremely swollen lymph nodes)I felt rushed, unheard, and completely brushed off at a time when I was in real discomfort and needed help. He told me there was no way he would give me antibiotics and if my pain was this bad it was probably a dry socket and would only get WORSE. I was crying all day everyday and not sleeping. This dental office, on the other hand, knew absolutely nothing about me.. yet they treated me with more care and urgency than someone I had already trusted with my procedure. They fit me in, took my pain seriously, and immediately started me on antibiotics. They didn’t minimize my concerns or make me feel dramatic. They actually looked at the extraction site, explained what was going on, and even applied medication directly to the area to help with healing and pain(in case it was going to become a dry socket) . My own REGULAR dentist wouldn’t even see me because they didn’t want to be held liable. You would think something like antibiotics was me asking for drugs or something. This office even alerted me that it was not right I wasn’t prescribed any, especially with the amount of neck and low back surgeries I’ve had in the past. The compassion, professionalism, and thoroughness shown here were such a contrast that it was honestly emotional for me. I came home and cried happy tears that I was finally getting relief. It’s rare to find a medical office that treats you like a human being instead of a chart. I am incredibly grateful to this team and would recommend them to anyone — especially if you’ve had a bad experience elsewhere and just want to be taken seriously.

I originally chose them for my Invisalign treatment because they offered the best price, and I’ll admit—I was a bit skeptical at first, thinking the lower cost might mean a lower-quality experience. Boy was I wrong. From day one, the service was exceptional. Angi, the office manager, is incredibly welcoming and truly authentic. She was patient, kind, and took the time to answer every single question I had—no matter how small or silly I thought it was. Dr. Mariya Dayanayeva is a true artist. She is gentle, skilled, and extremely thorough. After my Invisalign treatment, my teeth still needed help because of years of grinding. Dr. Mariya bonded the tops of my teeth and completely transformed my smile. The results were amazing—far beyond what I expected. There’s nothing gimmicky about this place. They are real experts who genuinely care about their patients. The office itself is also beautiful and state-of-the-art. I honestly feel blessed to have found them. When you walk in, there’s a sign that says “Enter as patients, leave as friends.” That couldn’t be more accurate. That’s exactly how I feel. These folks are truly great. Highly recommend!

It’s such a breath of fresh air to be able to trust someone with who they send you to if they’re not able to directly work on something specific in your mouth. She uses state-of-the-art equipment and provides professional and comprehensive dental care in a relaxing and luxurious setting. Dr. Mariya and her entire team put patients at ease while engaging patient participation in a plan to optimize overall health and wellness. The massaging exam chair is phenomenal. This is a spa like experience. Convenient hours and location.

Experiencia negativa: I’ve been a patient here for a few years due to convenience of location, but after my most recent visit I will not be returning. I came in to have a crown re-cemented, one that this dentist permanently cemented four years ago. I was shocked to be told I’d have to pay $200 for a quick re-cement, something that shouldn’t have come out in the first place. What really bothered me was how it was handled. She was cleaning my tooth and then said, “I’ll be back, I need to bring something else to clean this with.” She walked out, disappeared for 15 minutes, and instead of returning, she sent in her employee with a paper for me to sign showing the charges. That was weird. After they refused to continue until I paid up front, even though I’ve always been a paying patient. It just overall rubbed me the wrong way, so I decided to take my money elsewhere. Either way, this dentist has always come across as cold and impersonal. Which is why I choose to stop going, just for them constantly call me for an entire year to come back as a patient, me being nice decided to give them another chance. I was treated with rudeness and disregard. I left and had the crown re-cemented elsewhere with no issues. Poor bedside manner, questionable billing practices, and an overall lack of care for their patients.

Experiencia negativa: If I could give this office zero stars, I would. My sister completed her Invisalign treatment here, and instead of finishing with a straight smile, her teeth are uneven because the staff made mistakes with her treatment. When my mother went in to address the issue, instead of apologizing or taking responsibility, the staff were rude and dismissive. Even though they are the ones who messed up, they told us my sister would still have to pay for a retainer at the end of her treatment. This is completely unfair and unprofessional. Not only did they fail to deliver the results promised, but they also treated us poorly when we tried to get it resolved. My sister’s teeth are now worse than when she started, and this office refuses to take accountability. Please save yourself the stress, money, and disappointment go somewhere else where patients are respected and treatments are done correctly.

Experiencia fantástica: The best Dental experience I’ve had. Kia did my cleaning she explained the procedure step by step as she was doing it. She was very gentle it was a very pleasant experience for me. The wait was less than 10 mins. I’ve been to Arverne Dental in my neighborhood just less than a 5 mins walk, but money hungry, claimed I needed lots of work done and I had gum problems and was never able to get a cleaning done. and I had to pay upfront $1500.00 when I didn’t need anything done. The first procedure she did my face was swollen for 2 days. I tried flatlands Dental 6 months after they said I was good no problem but I felt rushed cleaning was done less than 10 mins. Kia took her time I felt quite satisfied with the procedure and definitely will continue to go there.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the front desk and was asked to fill out a very short form online. I was called into the office at exactly the time my appointment was, I did not wait a second later. I was then introduced to Kia who told me she would be my dental technician and walked me through the process. She was extremely warm, inviting, and knowledgeable. We made small talk as she got everything ready which made me feel at ease. She even took the time to explain to me how some of the instruments work and what she would be doing. She continued to scale and polish my teeth with gentleness and precision. After the procedure was done, the xray technician, Kyla came in. She was very detailed and kind. We exchanged mutual conversation and laughs between her taking the radiographs. She went through everything step by step with me and was very encouraging along the way. I finally met with Dr. Mariya who was also lovely with great bedside manner. I had a few cavities and walked in afraid I might lose a tooth or two. But she was very reassuring that she was there to help and to salvage the teeth with fillers. She answered all of my questions. I don't have insurance so I signed up for their membership which was of great value to me. Everyone who works there really seems to love what they do, not to mention they have very high tech equipment that I've never seen before. I would highly recommend The Dental Suite to anyone! It is the best experience I've ever had at a dental office.

The doctor, Angie at the front desk and the staff were wonderful. They made us feel comfortable and welcomed. Experiencia negativa: "I recently visited this office for a dental pain .a scan was conducted ! While the service itself was satisfactory, I was then referred to Long Island Endodontics because they could not provide the service I needed! The Endodintics wanted to duplicate the scan and charge me $275 out of pocket I was surprised to find that I will be charged for another scan that could have been transferred to them! . I brought this to the attention of the office staff, she then said we could have sent it to them ! Why should the consumer be mislead and put in a position to pay again for a service that was already paid by the insurance ! !unfortunately, this issue was not resolved to my satisfaction.! I terminated my relationship with both dentists ! I hope that in the future, the offices will take steps to ensure that clients are not double billed. Patients should carefully review their bills to ensure they are not being overcharged!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Dayanayeva is excellent! She educates her patients and takes the fear out of going to the dentist. I was mislead by a previous dentist in order to achieve my dream smile I would need to do extensive work( 8 crowns ) to close minor gapping and fix my two smaller peg laterals which scared me since I was in my mid 20s and didn’t want my smile to change. Thanks to Dr. Dayanayeva educated me that was not necessary since my teeth were healthy and I loved my natural teeth. She custom created a game plan of Invisalign along with one veneer and one crown on the smaller peg laterals to keep my smile and teeth as mine- She customized the color to match perfectly as well, I couldn’t be more happy!

Experiencia positiva: I’m sure I’m not the only person that isn’t a fan of the dentist. I get very bad anxiety regarding the visit all around. With that being said I wanted to highlight Kia (I’m so sorry if I am misspelling) and Diana. They both handled me with such care and grace and it made my visit very tolerable. It made me feel comfortable and not ashamed. They answered all my questions honestly while not giving me any false hope or sugar coating which I appreciated. When Kia did my cleaning and made sure to introduce herself and tell me exactly what she was doing as she did it which helps when you are an over thinking suffering from anxiety. Diana related to me by explaining bits and pieces of her dental journey while answering any questions I had about what she has had done. I think everyone working at the Dental Suite was nice enough and no one made me feel uncomfortable but, there is something to be said about Kia and Diana going the extra mile. I can’t explain how much I appreciate them and how they have impacted my decision to return.

Experiencia fantástica: Definitely the best dentist I've ever been to they are awesome at what they do and Definitely have a passion for it when it comes to anything involving a needle to my gums it's usually a no go but this team yes the entire team made me feel safe and trusting. They handled the entire procedure regardless of me being difficult with the best care I highly recommend them for all your dental needs
