Experiencia fantástica: We had a great experience with my kids! The staff was very nice and welcoming, and we didn’t have to wait long at all. It was my 3-year-old’s first time at the dentist, and they were so patient and gentle with her, which made the experience much easier. They also took the time to answer all of my questions about my older child. I really appreciated how kind and attentive everyone was. Definitely a great experience for our family!

My 4 year old daughter has autism so for her was a little bit complicated because she gets scared of everything fast but they help so much to make her feel safe and comfortable. My 12 year was also happy and my one year old too. First Smiles was such a lovely experience, so happy my friend recommended me here I love everything about it these women do an amazing job.

They even had a little area where the kids could play while waiting. My baby brother can be very difficult when it comes to brushing his teeth and usually fights anyone who tries, but the employees at First Smiles clearly knew what they were doing. They were patient with him and worked with him so well. I really appreciated how comfortable and welcoming they made the experience for both him and us. I would definitely recommend First Smiles! And my brother will definitely be coming back in 6 months.

Experiencia fantástica: Staff at the front desk is friendly and warm welcoming , hygienist and DDS as well! The atmosphere is very pleasant and very kid friendly. They put a lot of effort into designing the place around children. The television is in the ceiling the wall aren’t sterile white it is colorful and has graffiti art and animals on the walls. Whoever thought of the concept of the design kudos to you. Good job all around the board! Continue success and keep up the good work! I’m at ease when I take my child here and I’m not the patient!

She's so patient with the kids and reallly never shows impatience- even in critical moments of having work done. She's so friendly and her staff is also helpful and pleasant to work with. I love how cute the office is and how much they really do try to make the process easy for the kids. My daughters love and genuinely trust her! So happy to have found this place.

My daughter was a lot less nervous than I expected. The dental hygienist so quick with the cleaning which made the whole process a lot less stressful. From the warm welcome to them taking care of my child..I wished they also provided pediatric care. They are some really dope individuals here. My son loves it there! I was very nervous for my daughter’s first visit, she is two, but from the moment we stepped through the door she was already comfortable. When we went in the exam room, she was so excited at the colors and the nurse was very pleasant and did a great job getting my daughter to cooperate. When the Doctor came, it was the same very pleasant and great with handling the kids. We had a great experience and my daughter loved it! They were not only able to accommodate me, but what took multiple visits at other pediatric dentistries she handled in one visit! She was very aware of my son’s emotional state, and did a great job at communicating and comforting him. She also gave me multiple options for future oral health plans and was transparent about cost, which I appreciate.

From the moment you walk in you feel welcomed by the friendly front desk and a beautiful play area for kids. The dental Hygienist was so bubbly & friendly with my nervous daughter, she made her feel at ease from her cleaning to the xrays. Finally the dentist was fantastic! Experiencia fantástica: So excited to have a skilled friendly dentist in the area!! Used to drive all the way to Brooklyn until now. The office is clean, friendly staff, kid was entertained whole time. iPads available while waiting (which barely took any time at all), while in dentists chair watching Disney on tv right above their head. Staff was accommodating even sharing WiFi access so I can work while they worked on my kid. Great addition to the neighborhood and highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: I walked into First Smiles just to make an appointment and they were able to see my son the same day for a cleaning and extraction. Which was fantastic! The front desk staff was super helpful and the doctor was amazing. My son felt comfortable and not scared at all. They let him watch TV during the extraction, gave him an icy after, and let him pick out goodies after he was done. The office is cute, clean, and very kid-friendly. Highly recommend for anyone with kids!

We are new patients this past year (my two children). Her office is very beautifully kept and artistic. Experiencia fantástica: It was my sons and daughters first time at this place and because of their last experience in another place, they were hesitant coming to the dentist but when they came to First Smiles Everyone was so friendly, the place was clean and the doctor was so accommodating with scheduling follow-up appointments to the best of her ability. What I love the most is that Dr Marina works with the parents and listens to what they want and doesn’t push treatment that a parent is uncomfortable with. Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience when I took my 18 month daughter for her first dental appointment ever. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. I even made a mistake and came a week early for my appointment and Dr. Milgrom still saw me anyways and saved me from having to make another trip to the office even though it was entirely my fault for the mistake. Would definitely recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I just took my daughter for the first time and I’ve never seen such beautiful office that’s catered to kids in every way . Starting at office appearance . Super kid friendly . Every detail there is specifically catered to a child’s attention. And I love that ! The staff were super friendly and very helpful. Any of my questions or concerned were answered. But definitely they are super responsive . I love an office I can reach by a phone call without being put on a long hold . But also just the ability to text get text reminders of upcoming appointments that I can add straight to my calendar. It was effortless. I won’t 100% recommend and I can’t wait for her next appointment

Experiencia fantástica: I was anxious bringing my 3 year old because he cried the entire time we took him to another dentist last month & they weren’t able to do anything but this place was amazing !! He still cried but they were able to clean his teeth with the chocolate flavor & take x rays. Way more than the other place was able to do !! At the end, he left happy & smiling. They are great with kids & super patient too.
