Experiencia negativa: this dentist office scheduled my sons cleaning apt and cancelled about one hr before the apt. stating the doctor wasnt in the office that day. mind u i took my child out of school for nothing and there was nothing they could do about it. WASIT OF TIME THESE PEOPLE ARE INCONSIDERATE OF PEOPLES TIMES!

Experiencia fantástica: This was my first visit at this location. The staff here makes you feel beyond comfortable. The Dental Hygienist Nicole is pretty much like family. The front desk staff was very helpful. Everyone there was really nice. One of the best locations.

And the dentist she was very comical and knowledgeable. I would recommend this business . And yes they due accept Medicaid. The only thing is Medicaid does not cover all services.

Experiencia negativa: The most dirty, unprofessional, incompetent dental office I have ever gone to. My teeth are never cleaned properly, unnecessary referrals to get money out of you, wait times over an hour, small nasty lobby and low class staff. Not to mention their computers are always down. A very low budget office.

Experiencia negativa: I took off from work, drove 2hrs to get to my new patient appointment to find out that they didn’t accept my insurance due to coverage. That was inconvenient to me because why would you wait until they day of to check insurance benefits. The appointment was scheduled 4 months prior also the insurance information. I’ve been assisting 8yrs and have seen it happen. If I could rate it a zero I would. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this location.

Chelsea is a new hire and she is amazing! She took her time and was very careful on my teeth while joking and making me feel comfortable! I honestly forgot I was at the dentist. Miss Nicole’s energy and genuine enthusiasm for the care and upkeep of the children that she has in her dental care (including my daughter), is more than just outstanding and her work ethics are amazing. I am very eager to have my appointment with Dr. Bryant this month, for our first initial consultation was thoroughly enjoyable, being that she ensured and made me feel confident about restoring my smile. I almost cried, because I knew in my heart that with Dr. Bryant, my smile will finally be restored in the most greatest way possible. She listened to me about how insecure I am about my smile and her spirit made me feel beautiful and strong. The women that runs this office is nothing short of a team full of superwomen and I mean each and every one of them. From Miss Nancy at the front desk, to the assistants, I am very happy that I chose this location. They have given me and my daughter many reasons to happily smile!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I had an amazing experience at this location with my kids! The staff was so patient and kind, making sure my little ones felt comfortable the entire time. The dentist was thorough and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. The office was clean, well-organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere. My kids actually left with big smiles on their faces! They also give the kids toys after their visit. Now the kids are actually excited to go to the dentist! Haha. I highly recommend this clinic to any parent looking for quality dental care for their children.

Experiencia negativa: Sat over an hour before even being told that the dental assistant was going to be late. Then when she arrived, her and the dentist both had unprofessional attitudes and no empathy. Waiting room is filthy and so are the attitudes.

Experiencia negativa: Decent location. The receptionist were it did take about 30 minutes to fill out the new patient forms they could have been emailed. I sit there for about another hour before I was seen. The lady did my X-ray was super super nice, once I got in the chair they told me I had a cavity and immediately brought out a payment treatment plan that should have been the first red flag . I'm glad they alert you of how much things cost upfront. Then I got more x-rays done and then finally the dentist came over and told me I need a deep cleaning for $500. By this time I've been there for 2 and 1/2 hours, I get my teeth clean every 6 months The only reason I switch dentist was because I changed jobs, before they did the cleaning they asked how did I want to pay I asked him to take the bib off of me and let me get my x-rays. The finance lady was super helpful she understood my frustration. I went to another dentist they did the same x-rays and told me my teeth looked great as the other hygienist who sit down with me at first told me. Never needed a deep cleaning they should be ashamed of themselves for trying to get money out of individuals and it was a day before Christmas

Experiencia positiva: The staff is great. The hygienist was BEYOND SLOW 1 hr and 30 min for a cleaning is ridiculous. Especially when I did have any plaque build up. I mean it took him 30 min just to say if I had a 1-5 with gums and I had only two 3’s. Then he used terms like “Pook around in your mouth.” Smh.

Experiencia negativa: They are misdiagnosing people. I was told my son had 3 cavities. I got a second opinion and x-ray. He didn't have any. I paid almost 400 dollars because they said he needed treatment for a gum disease and he didn't have that. They found a way to find things medicaid didn't cover. They didn't have a hygienist for a long time and failed to contact the patient. It's the worst place ever. I will never take my son back there. I'm so glad I didn't let them work on his mouth for something he didn't need...

The ladies ant the front desk were knowledgeable and swift While they also had the ability to make you feel at ease. The interns did their best to ask if you were okay throughout the process and I appreciate their gentleness. As for Omari(the doctor), he was horrible. I suggest teaching him how to let people know during the probing that the process might be painful and that they have an option for numbing agents. Also teach him to do checkins as he SCRAPING AND DIGGING AT THEIR GUMS. It was a terrible experience for me and my partner with him in particular. I’d be willing to give another doctor a chance .

Experiencia fantástica: I took my elderly mom to Great Expressions for what we assumed would be a really stressful and scary experience. She had to have her remaining teeth pulled. The staff took the time to explain what was going to happen and what to expect. That made the experience much more tolerable.

They continued to ask for payments saying I had to pay fees. Worst experience at a dentist office that I have had. I wish my insurance would give me a choice.

Experiencia negativa: Very unprofessional!!! How u Schedule me an appointment for 10:30 am on June 19th 2024 and the doors are locked!!!!! No one never called me to tell me that my appointment was canceled wasted my GAS for this blank trip to this dentist!!! Then they sent me a text to confirm my appointment that was a lie. This dentist need to be closed down ASAP!!!!!! So after I called the office to see what's going on the Receptionist told me that she would have to reschedule me an appointment for the end of the year!!!! I’ve been in pain for the past couple of months and every time before my appointment someone gets sick or has a family emergency like we count on establishments like this to be available on the day of the set appointment that was set months in advance. The office is aware of his age and health condition, but I am still not allowed to be in the room with him to answer any questions or hear any recommendations or procedures to follow once we return home. My father is 91 years old with memory loss (dementia).

Experiencia fantástica: Ok so I was looking for a dentist all summer , located Great expressions accepted my insurance w available appointments. I scheduled and went to appointment. Staff pretty cool . The lady Dental hygienist did come across cold after I made a statement about cosmetic dental services vs keeping your saving your own. Which I can understand in a time where people are just jumping to get veneers over treatment of natural teeth( and that’s her job) I’m like no root canal get em out! Needed approval from insurance. Somewhat communication was lost in translation. So I don’t receive the letter verifying approval of insurance. So fast forward till now . I call 2/7 and was scheduled for 2/8 . Completed treatment z.. appt was @ 9:30 I was out by 11 w three extractions and absolutely no pain!! The male hygienist was polite quick and awesome.. no pain . The assistant open And warm . The front desk throughly.. knowledgeable and quick .. I’m not about other experiences maybe with ladyb dr I can see cuz her demeanor and energy when asking questions gives annoyed. But today ever Was awesome and the procedure was seamless! And that’s what really matters!

Experiencia negativa: I scheduled a web appointment for a cleaning. When I arrived they told me my appointment was cancelled due to the hygienist being out for a family emergency. No one took the time to contact me prior to my appointment and essentially I took the day off for no reason. The ladies at the front desk were kind, but the overall customer service is a 0 star. They could have easily called to reschedule and I could have been at work today.

Can't stand them unprofessional rookies I will never go back there again, all they do is talk about the patient teeth laughing, I just walked out call Humana and went back to the Morrow dentist office were it's love and respect and don't talk about the patient condition of their teeth, terrible place no respect i don't trust them to work on my mouth, i don't recommend them at all ..

Experiencia negativa: if i could give 0 stars i would. one if the worst dentists i’ve ever been to. the front desk staff got mostly all my information wrong, and didn’t bother to fix it. the dentist was rude and very judgmental and it made me feel horrible about my teeth even more. she told me that my insurance was not gonna cover a root canal and that most of my teeth needed to be removed. the whole reason why i came in was because my tooth got badly infected and i’m pregnant and they seemed to not care. the dentist prescribed me antibiotics to keep the swelling down until the insurance approved of the authorization. they told me to reach back in 2 weeks. i went to the pharmacy and they never received my prescription. so i called the dentist at least 12 times throughout the week and nobody answered. i ended up going down there to see what the issue was and why she never put in my prescription. the lady at the front desk said that she would let the doctor know and i should have it later on. then i asked her about my insurance approving the surgery and she said they still haven’t gotten back to them yet. i waited a few days and i called the pharmacy again and still nothing. i called my insurance to see if they authorized it and turns out they never even sent the documents in to my insurance company!! i am 35 weeks now and i’ve been sitting with this infection in my mouth, my teeth still breaking no prescription for over a month. i’m very disappointed. i ended up going to a urgent care and it’s a shame how i have to seek other help because they aren’t doing their damn job! i will never be coming here again and i’m not recommending anyone come here at all, this place needs to be shut down.

Last visit, they told her she has gingivitis, got a second opinion, and it was stated she does not. Now, she has other issues due to a lack of service. Will NEVER recommend nor return. All about money in that office.

Experiencia negativa: Going to the dentist should be a an easy, smooth experience but at Great Expressions in Forest Park it's the total opposite! Folks there act as if they're doing you a favor when I'm paying them for a service and they have horrible bedside manner. I shouldn't have to feel uncomfortable to ask my Dental Hygienist/doctor questions but she gets in her damn feelings and wants to have an attitude as if am not paying her for her services! So disappointing!

The customer service rep seemed like she was having a bad day when she scheduled my appointment. Today I got a call confirming the appointment for next week with a quick dismissal and poor interaction from some other front desk person . After looking at the reviews that are pretty recent with 1 star ratings. I will have to look elsewhere.

Experiencia negativa: The staff was very professional but the woman that deals with the Billings is very unprofessional should not have been told before I made my appointment that I would have to pay $30 for a procedure on the morning of my schedule appointment was this not the same young lady that told me several months ago when I when I came in that I needed my x-ray for my last Dental Place or I had to pay for a new one only to pay for these x-ray and to come in on my schedule appointment with these x-ray to then tell me that they could not use this x-ray because it was not my great expression but there was another charge of $30 that a young lady who I did not know pay for me I believe that every patient has the right to know upon appointment beforehand what they are expected to pay to have a $5,000 Dental credited and still have to come out of my pocket with $500 to pay for something that my insurance company has covered me for is wrong my insurance company covered me for deep cleaning so use other substance to clean my mouth what makes you think I have $500 to pay you if I'm on Medicare and Medicaid it's a rip off

Experiencia negativa: It seems as if the front desk has a hard time accepting accountability. I was almost there when I was called and told they would reschedule me due to the system being down. She rescheduled for 2 days later. When I arrived she stated that my appointment was like a month out. I was about to leave but thought about it more and I’m like no I remember when you scheduled my appointment. So I stated that and that’s when she said she saw the appointment for today but also saw the appointment for a month out and that she would see if the dentist could fit me in. Now why would he have to fit me in if I’m on the books? She left the station for literally 3 seconds and came back and said they could see me. There is no way you asked that fast. It’s like she walked down and turned around. Then the dentist stated they would take my tooth out and she insisted on calling my insurance and told him not to do it. Now since when do dentists take commands from the front? It took months for her to call and schedule it even though I had already received approval from Medicaid. So today I came and I’m told I checked your insurance 2 days ago and it said inactive. Now why would you wait until I get here to say that? I drove an hour here and in those 2 days I could’ve been figuring out the problem instead of having to do it right then. I called my insurance and they say it’s active so now I’m just taking my services elsewhere because this is horrible and I have been in agonizing pain with this tooth.

Experiencia negativa: I’m terrified of dentist. That’s why I haven’t gone in so long. I’ve been in so much pain I finally broke down and went. The dentist comes up, looks in my mouth and tells me they all have to go! Didn’t explain anything or tell me any options etc. She says they will call when insurance approves it and sent me on my way with ibuprofen. I haven’t been able to eat and have no relief. They just looked at me like I was a nobody and sent me on my way.

Experiencia fantástica: This really is a great dental practice. i am a new patient, and the first thing they took care of was my pain. I had to have a broken wisdom tooth, and a half impacted wisdom tooth extracted. Dr. Malcom was great with giving shots, of course they are gonna sting, but it was not bad, he really knew what he was doing. He got the broken tooth out first, and the only reason that one hurt coming out was because it was broken, and damaged and it had just been terribly sore. But the other I didn’t even feel that tooth come out. He was nice an and you can just tell when a doctor knows what he is about.the assistant was so so nice and knowledgeable, and answers any questions you may have. Thank you all so much.

Experiencia negativa: Always over charging for basic things. A basic cleaning should be fully covered by insurance but they add a $33 irrigation charge just for some tool that’s not necessary and try to add purchasing their mouth rinse and paste and if you don’t notice and ask to take it off it’s just part of your bill. I asked to take off the irrigation charge which wasn’t needed and lady said it wasn’t optional. Any other dentist does covered cleaning no extra charges. Also my kids have had braces over a year all of a sudden they were asked to make extra trip to orthodontist to have wires removed prior to each cleaning. Something else other dentist don’t do just a way for me to pay more. Never coming back. Today was last visit.

Experiencia negativa: Tbh this was probably one of the worst I've experienced unfortunately, I did like the dentist tech who assisted me but the decisions they made put me in worst than when I walked in. I went for an emergency dental visit because ei was expediting pain and they told me to just clean them instead of getting what turned out to be a root canal done smh. I was in so much pain from the cleaning on an emergency visit that instead of them suggestion to get the root canal and now a crown they made me use my insurance on something minor when I needed major work and the pain that made me not only cry but miss an unprecedented amount of time away from work until I got the root canal done . I tried to go back in hopes to get it rectified but the desk clerk wasn't at all helpful in offering options after already experiencing the problems. I wish when dealing with a patient that they would use the same effort as if it was their child, or brother or family because now I'm left with major dental work to be done and no insurance help because they chose cleaning when I came for emergency help to make my matter worst and I'm so disappointed and won't ever go back to this practice. So i admonish you if you do go make sure they don't make insurance decisions to make money instead of helping you have healthy teeth instead of making money and providing poor service. Go with caution !!

Experiencia positiva: This location always seem to charge a lot of money for basic services. I also go to the Great Expression Eagles Landing and the price I'm paying for major surgery is the same price Forest Parking is charging for a cleaning!!!!

Experiencia negativa: Please do not come here I had an appointment on December 9 we are in Jan I been waiting for them to call me back to schedule my next appointment. I’ve been calling them they have not been answering the phone. They are so unprofessional.

Experiencia negativa: This office is so unprofessional. Medicaid people try and find something else. They have you in the middle of an isle so your sitting next to other people hearing all of their business. When I came for my first visit a lady was sitting infront of another patient while helping the hygenist and discussing my business infront of the other patient. It is so very uncomfortable here. Then they try to charge you a arm and a leg for a deep cleaning. They gave me a quote for like $1200-$1400. I found another clean, professional place to do it under $650 (which seems high for a deep cleaning either way). But they put me back in the waiting area to go over my bill of what I need for the next visit. This was infront of everyone else that was waiting. The lady was so loud. I asked her about the deep cleaning being high and why I could not just get a regular cleaning. She just so loudly say's " well they could loose their license, and if you can find someone that will risk loosing their license good luck". At this point that tall light skinned girl from sitting infront of another patient discussing my business to taking me infront of other people going over my cleaning bill. I would never EVER recommend this place. And the ladies infront just talking to each other about what happened the other day and just hands you paper work to sign. The hygenist advised it was their job to go over it. Nope nothing. 2 Thumbs down for this ghettto, unorganized establishment. It took about 2 or 3 months to get in for my first appointment.

Experiencia negativa: service is usually good, but don’t be late. Ten mins just cost me another year wait. The lack of consideration wasn’t cool, but it is what it is.

Experiencia fantástica: This was the first visit that I have had with your dental office. I now have Medicare and Wellcare and will need to go to your office. Everyone was so nice and I appreciate all the information that was provided to me and now I know what I need to do. Will wait for my estimates to come back and return to your office when I can. This is a big change for me but everything will work out. Thank you.

Experiencia negativa: I was really surprised that on my first dental cleaning. The hygienist only cleaned half of my teeth. I asked why only half? She explained that my insurance won’t cover the whole process. It should be done twice. Do the half and on next dental appointment she will do the other half. It’s my first time to experience this half & half dental cleaning. LOL!!! The worst part is i paid almost $200 for this half dental cleaning. I was so disappointed. In my previous dental cleaning with other dental clinic, I never pay any penny for dental cleaning because it’s a preventive dental care. My hygienist cleaned all of my teeth. She never do that half & half style. My previous dentist provided me with lots of freebies like toothbrushes, floss, MI Paste, Clinpro 5000 without any additional cost.

Experiencia negativa: Excessive wait time, roaches crawling everywhere, dental assistant hit me in head with the overhead light, dentist was condescending, some other person’s details were entered in my chart and they had the nerve to blame me, never return calls, sent wrong meds to pharmacy, makes you wait for insurance pre approvals on every single service, didn’t bother telling me in advance the oral surgeon quit and therefore I couldn’t get my procedure done after all. Will not be returning and do not recommend.
