They were patient, caring, and very attentive to every detail. I really appreciated how they took the time to explain the procedure and make sure we understood everything. Their professionalism and kindness made the entire visit so much easier. Thank you, Nurse Ala and Dr. Patel, for taking such great care of my son! Highly recommend! ❤️

Experiencia fantástica: I had the best experience ever thanks to the staff. My son needed a procedure done that required him to be sedated I had been on the fence about it for a while because that’s scary in general from the moment we walked in we were greeted with smiles everything was so fast and well talked through every step. Each member of the care team talked me through it and explained exactly what was going to happen and after care very well. They cared for my son as if he were there own and I’m incredibly grateful for that! Thank you to the entire staff that cared for my boy today you truly eased this mamas worries and made my son feel safe! You guys are awesome!

The whole staff really made us feel 100% comfortable and safe. They didnt take long with my daughter and what they said is what they did plus more! The whole staff explained everything thoroughly and helped us feel at ease and totally comfortable with the process it was all so new to us but with there help we felt very confident that it would go quick and smooth and it did ! Experiencia fantástica: Both times we’ve come it’s always been a pleasant experience. The dentist can be scary for kids(even adults lol), but everyone does an amazing job of communicating, making sure parents and kids feel comfortable and safe. We are literally in and out and have never had any issues. Dr. Brown is so sweet and Dr. Moore is very kind. If your kiddos need dental work done, they will be in good hands here!

They were fast and efficient — The staff was kind, gentle, and made everything so easy for us. We’re so grateful for their amazing care. Highly recommend!

Experiencia negativa: Terrible experience with Dr. Moore. He was not willing to work with kids, which was very disappointing considering this is a Children’s Hospital. The lack of patience and understanding made the visit stressful and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the nursing team was not supportive either, which only added to the frustration. Overall, we felt dismissed and not cared for. The only person who was willing to help and showed genuine concern was the operations manager, Kelly. She was professional, supportive, and actually listened. Without her, this experience would have been even worse. I expected a much more compassionate and child-friendly environment. I would not recommend Dr. Moore to other families.

I was overly nervous about the sedation and even the fact that my daughter has asthma but everyone here made me feel more than welcome and that my daughter was in the best care ever. Experiencia fantástica: RECOMMEND!! They are very nice and took good care of my baby. Anesthesiologist was very thorough and made my daughter feel comfortable before getting her crowns. They gave us a room to wait in with a TV instead of having to wait in the waiting room. Only downside is it took a while to get seen.

We came from The Atlanta Sedation center in Sandy Springs, where our experience was HORRIBLE! I decided to bring my son to the Stockbridge location and this was the best decision. The process was smooth. The office manager is AMAZING! 10/10 recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: I was so nervous and afraid to get my son sedated and it wasn’t as bad as I thought he was a little disoriented after the drugs of course but he’s talking moving around just fine Dr. Brown did an AMAZING job and Dr. Moore was REALLY GOOD this place is VERY CLEAN AND THE ROOMS ARE NICE equipped with TVs and toys for the kids and I even had a heater to keep us warm while we waited the anesthesiologist did a great job and the doctor did too they chose what was best for my child to have healthy gums I recommend this place to any one who have to have oral surgery for their kids !!! I would give it 10 stars but it won’t let me lol also they explains every step of the way in full detail and explains how to take care of your child while he/she recovers THANK YOU SO MUCH for nurturing for my son with passion I don’t even think he remembers what happened!!!!!!!!❤️

Experiencia negativa: This dentist office takes the longest to have your child seen.. I am in the waiting room that I have been in for 2hrs. It is now 10:00am and my daughter’s appointment was at 8:00am and she still has yet to be seen. They are saying it will be another hr to two hrs before she is seen. The receptionist also told my daughter she was getting a shot and she’s been terrified ever since. Between my daughter not being able to eat ALL MORNING crying because she’s hungry and scared of the shot, I’m honestly just ready to walk out and reschedule somewhere else. 0/10 do not recommend. I understand having wait times and how the process can sometimes be longer than usual but this whole experience was unacceptable and I will not be coming back

Went to the sandy springs location and was not impressed and was hoping to have a better experience this time and they absolutely EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS!! They are all patient, kind, caring, and do whatever it takes to make you and your child comfortable. I would give them 100 stars if I could!
