Experiencia fantástica: From patient to parent, Clarksville Pediatric Dentistry has checked every single box and more! Dr. Beauchamp took stellar care of me as a child and now she’s caring of my own babies! I’ve always thought the world of her establishment, but yesterday really confirmed that we made the right decision to send our babies there, as well. My oldest had a dental procedure yesterday that ended up being a bit more involved than anticipated. Dr. B handled it flawlessly, cared for my little like she would’ve cared for her own, and made sure we were updated the entire time. Fay was transparent and so helpful leading up to the procedure, called multiple times just to check in, and followed up again after the procedure to make sure all was well. She is a rockstar! My kids love going to the dentist because the staff at Clarksville Pediatric are so kind and make every experience fun! I truly cannot say enough great things about them. If you aren’t taking your kids here, you’re missing out! There is none better!

I was nervous because he hates when we brush his teeth and can be shy, but the dental assistant and Dr. Beauchamp were both incredible. So kind and encouraging to my boy! We were even able to get in a few weeks early due to last minute openings, which was nice. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

And another call told me there was an opening again , this time I called back with in 5 minutes, then told me already gave to another . We confirmed through message that I’ll go with my original schedule and confirmed with them , ( I can provide my confirmation messages by photoshop, if nessecery ) The day before my appointment by 9am send me a link for patients information for next day visiting, 11 AM clinic called me they had canceled my next day visit and required me to reschedule. You were the one call me backwards for 6 to 7 times , why you made yourself looks so busy but actually only mess up the thing !? Not helping at all . I just want to tell my doctor even though I missed two phone calls from them but I did confirm my appointment through message, the day before I picked up the call they already canceled my appointment. they are the one canceled me and kick me out from your business. It’s the time to change to online booking system that will be accurate ,efficient ,clear and more fair , this way will be really help your business seriously. Btw, the woman who requires me to make anther appointment , the way she talked was really bossy,her tone was demanding and no explanation what the reason they cancelled, really bad experience with them.

Experiencia negativa: Made an appointment for my 3kids a month in advance, for them to call me the day before their appointment to tell me, they don’t take new patients over the age of 5 with their type of insurance. Something that I asked when I called to make the appointment. Not even an apology for waisting my time

Experiencia negativa: New parent trying to establish care for my daughter. Office set first appointment, and kept rescheduling. They rescheduled the appointment 3 times and my daughter was never seen to begin with. Unbelievable, no reason for the office to make the appointments but then reschedule when we are a week or two away from the appointment.

Experiencia fantástica: I honestly can not say enough good things about the staff here. From the moment you call all the way to the doctor, the staff is great. My daughter has been seen multiple times. The most recent being for an extraction of a broken tooth (our second, first was at a different practice). They made the process so smooth that our daughter didn't realize her tooth was out. They informed her of everything they were doing but in a way that a child would understand. Extremely patient and treat their patients like they are their own children.

Experiencia positiva: I've never had a problem with them but this time (for the first time) my son had a couple cavities and they said if we'd stick around they could go ahead and take care of them. I was told insurance covered everything 100% and even signed a piece a paper stating that. But when his procedure was over I was informed that they made a mistake and that it's was going to cost me over $300.

Experiencia fantástica: My daughter woke up with a swollen face. I took her to the ER where they referred me to Clarksville Pediactric Dentistry. They had an available appointment for her the very same day. This was a very pleasant experience for both myself and my daughter. Of course no one wants a tooth ache ,but this dental office,and it’s staff made the day so pleasant,and you can definitely tell they love what they do.

Experiencia fantástica: We love coming here with both of our girls! They always enjoy the fact that they just get to lay there and enjoy a movie. After failing with other dentists in the past we have finally found one who works around our nerves and anxieties and always makes for a great visit.

The dentist himself was so patient with my son and focused more on building a positive rapport with my son than on the actual cleaning. My son left happy and so did I. If I could give 10 stars I would. Hands down the best dental office I have ever been too!

My son had a filling done and it was causing him some issues, so I made a call and the staff did everything to get me an appointment quickly for him to be seen. They took care of his issue quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend this Dentist to anyone that is seeking their child's first dentist visit or even children that are terrified of the Dentist. They go above and beyond to see that your child's visit is nothing short of the best!

We had talked before he worked on my child and everything I said to him he obviously didn't care about. Instead of listening to my child about how he felt , he was telling him how he felt. Said to me he is a child and doesn't know what he is feeling. Then wanted to argue with me when I asked him to stop and listen to my child.. The dentist said i needed to trust him. How do you trust someone that doesn't listen in the first place. I will not be taking my child back and I don't recommend this place to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: We are new to the area (military), and as is customary we have to find all new services for ourselves. We especially had to find a dentist quickly as my youngest (5y) had a partial broken tooth that was causing pain. We decided to go with Clarksville Pediatric Dentistry (Ft Campbell location) after reading some helpful reviews. Those reviews, however did not prepare me for the outstanding service they provided from scheduling an appointment to appointment day. The staff was beyond amazing. Everyone from the front desk to the team who worked on my son was polite, helpful, informative, and courteous. I was especially impressed with the team who worked on my son (I forgot their names sorry!). They made him feel comfortable. He had some extensive work done that require a little more positive encouragement, and that is exactly what he received. The team kept him in high spirits, they talked him through what they were doing, they joked with him as a means to keep him feeling safe, and they were quick, and efficient. They truly know how to work with kids. That to me was the best service of all. The dentist talked to me before hand about his dental history, and took into consideration my thoughts, and concerns (bonus points because there is nothing worse than concerns not being heard), gave me his thoughts, and we quickly had a game plan. To make a long story longer, the services provided at this office has been by far the most exemplary my family, and I have ever experienced in our 13 years of moving around. If you do not choose them as your child(ren) dental team, you will be doing yourself a disservice.

Experiencia negativa: Didn’t see Dr.Beauchamp as scheduled and new dentist had no bedside manner and was insensitive to the matter we were faced with. Not pleased at all with the way my family was treated, will try the other location in the future. One tech was great, the other not so much. Didn’t feel like a welcoming environment at all. plan to follow up on treatment as I am sure their professional opinion is correct but not my preferred treatment.

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love Clarksville Pediatric Dentistry and was sad when my son turned 13 and was no longer able to come due to insurance, however my 10 year old still goes and has been a patient since she was old enough to come to the dentist. They are very gentle and always warm and friendly to the children. Shout out to the pregnant hygienist who helped pull my daughters tooth today it was barely hanging on but my daughter wouldn’t let me touch it. I recommend Clarksville Pediatric Dentistry to anyone I know looking for a children’s dentist!

They were very thorough in their explanation of what they were going to do and how much it was gonna cost before they ever laid a hand on her. She had to have two teeth removed and what would normally be traumatic for anyone wasn’t for her.Thank you to everyone there for your support.

Little lucy struggles a bit but they always do there best to make her comfortable and get the work done quickly. I'm so grateful for them! It was our daughters first ever visit to the dentist and she was so comfortable thanks to the amazing staff. The dental hygienist we had didn’t leave our side, kept our daughter entertained and engaged, and really seemed to genuinely enjoy her job/the time with our daughter. Doc gave us great recommendations on how to start weaning our daughter off of her pacifier and upping her water intake, while also making sure all of my other concerns were addressed as well. I left there feeling more confident in my ability to better assist our daughter with her daily dental care routine and our daughter left there excited about taking care of her teeth!

Very family-friendly and accommodating of parents and additional siblings. They even gave the kids a balloon! We have not had occasion for anything more than a checkup here, but I was very pleased with our initial visit.

My son was terrified of the dentist and would not let anyone in his mouth, but after our first visit he is completely comfortable. We don’t have to hold him down anymore.
