I had to have a tooth pulled and needles going in my mouth make me crazy and she just rubbed my arm and talk to me the entire time. I’m so thankful to her. And the Dr was friendly and the entire experience was best I ever had at a dentist

Experiencia negativa: Yes, friendly staff. Yes, adorable looking doctor. No, not a good experience. First off, I started out after my extractions with a very crooked uneven messed up fitting set of lower dentures. I asked do they not look at them before the date of surgery? And was told no the dental tech was so nice and trying so hard to to file them into a som somewhat decent shape before sending me home with them. Then after multiple returns and more procedures on my mouth due to they're incompetent work. I finally gave up and said screw it. Looking back now I probably should not have, but I'm not one of those people that jump to the conclusion of suing. Maybe I should be. You have been warned. Good luck

Procedure went WAY better than I had anticipated. They way they work in sync and communicate with each other, during the procedure is impressive. I plan on having a second implant here. After this first experience, you couldn't pay me to go anywhere else.

Experiencia negativa: After spending almost $8,000 on implants I don't feel the facility staff was as concerned as I was that one of the posts came out when i took out my dentures. It was oh well move on whatever is the way it felt not an urgency or anything. Time to find a new dentist.

Experiencia negativa: I got denture through affordable dentures and implants .and I would like to tell you about my experience with them .when I had my regular teeth pulled they didn't numb my gums all the way and I felt them hurting me and I have ever experience the pain like that .and when I got my denture's they had but a soft liner in them and when I put them in i couldn't chew with my them they wouldn't stay in and the adhesive didn't stick to my gums and I was disappointed .but I went back dec 29 to get the hard liner in and they didn't do a good job with that and I feel like they are in a hurry to get you out .and I would not recommend anyone to go and have them to do you denture's .

Experiencia negativa: I think I was over charged back in January. I had an impression,pulled my teeth ha a bone graph done then got my false teeth paid about 10,000 I've had the soft liners every few months. I was told with this last visit I would have new impression done when I got there they put this acrylic in that burnt. my gums are still so sore I can't touch them the teeth dont stay in but I have a year free for adjustments a year free for something that don't fit to begin with I can't eat with them in they are so big the smallest bite of food makes me feel like I'm choking because to much is in my mouth I tried to tell them the first time, I got you have to get use to them 9 months later I'm still choking. That acrylic junk should never be put in someone's mouth. How many days will I be on a liquid diet from my gums being burnt today makes it 2 days and they still hurt alot I figure it will be another few days minimum. It took ten days for me to eat I did get a call after the first review to come back and they will do what should have been done and what was paid for. I live an hour away I take my husband and son to work and pick them up the juggling that goes into rearranging everything they think I can just pop in at their convenience. I have decided I will never step into another dentist office again. Burn me and think I'll come back I don't appreciate intentional pain. I think the burns are malpractice. I should file a law suit but your not worth my time.

My immediate denture was somewhat off, no fault of this office as i had my extractions elsewhere and my dentures the next day. I have received my final set and they were perfect. Perfect fit. Perfect look. I am so happy with them. I have not had any adjustments. Hats off to the Doc and ALL the ladies in the office. For a whole year they relined and adjusted anytime I needed and it was a lot. Not being a dentist person, they always made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend this office for your denture/implant needs. Excellent team and exceptional service.

Experiencia negativa: Worst experience for my hubby Kelly! First, he had infection they didn't clear up before extractions even after telling them he needed antibiotics! Extracted 18 teeth and had to stop them due to pain and they'd given him the maximum amount. Although bleeding profusely and all over himself, sent him home letting him drive by himself. Also, sent home without pain medication and hasn't ate or slept in days. He ended up falling out and had to go to the ER last night. He's back today for them to do a bone graft as left his sinuses open. I realize everyone's experience is different, but not clearing up the infection (I even saw puss pockets) should have been a sign! Next, the lack of compassion for the amount of pain they left him in is unthinkable. I hope you guys make this right for him!!!!!! I'd give no stars, but that's not an option.

I have become so down on my looks bc of my teeth. BUT by the time I walked out the door I was happier than I've been in many many years. They gave me the option to pay half down when I come in and the rest within a 6 months period. And they got it to where my insurance paid for 95% of it. I cried all the way home!!!!!!! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!!!!!!!! I'm so looking for to coming back on the 1st!!!!!!!

Experiencia negativa: Employees were cold and uninviting. They did not address any of my concerns. When I told them I did not have a good fit do to being made wrong, they told me it would be another $500 to remake them. Saw the actual dentist one time for less than two minutes. Do not recommend.

Experiencia negativa: They said my insurance would pay, well they did not, the Doctor had opted out of the medicare coverage. The front office kept sending notes for me to check with my insurance because they had not paid. The insurance sent the information to them like the always do whether they accept or not. Also, the denture didn't fit well and poor workmanship.

Experiencia fantástica: Getting full dentures was mentally challenging for me. I had checked at 2 other places, because of the cost and I chose to go with DDS. The price was cheaper, but I mainly chose them because of how I was treated there. I didn't feel judged, which allowed me to get it done. They're just an awesome group of people that work there. It’s now been close to a year since I’ve had it done. Had a few problems that needed to be repaired. Nothing that they did, it was all me. They got me in quick and repaired them. They are still the nicest group of folks there. I just love them all. I had a small problem, where I made appointment and they fixed it. While I was waiting to go in, I overheard an elderly lady asking names about who worked on her earlier, because she was very happy about how she had been treated. She was very happy how she was treated there. That was the same for me. Everyone there is awesome! I had another small fix this time. Everyone I encountered were very nice and polite and had me on my way quickly. It’s now May of 2025. What ever problem that comes up, they’re always nice , friendly and helpful. I love these girls.

I went for a consultation and only thing I'm disappointed in is not having anything the day of to relieve any anxiety so I'm not sure how I'll get through all the tops being extracted and wisdom teeth being extracted. Other than my anxiety, everyone was great. Doctor seemed very confident in working on my teeth later.
