DOCS Dental: Fort Campbell

Experiencia negativa: The “Interim” office manager NINA is extremely confrontational and aggressive. She will over-talk you, blame you, blame the previous managers (never an issue) and either force you to what she wants or delay your care. Been a patient here since the day they opened and she is what will drive my family away. Is she stays we will likely go and make sure every other Soldier who asks about here knows how it currently is under her management. This review will most likely change if she leaves or changes how she treats patients.

Experiencia fantástica: I love this place. I walked in with a lot stress I received from other offices and left feeling great. Others gave me very expensive quotes on crowns and fillings but here I was very satisfied with their approach and professionalism. Great staff and professional dentists!

Experiencia negativa: Wasted an emergency visit to replace a cracked filling that I’ve had since I was a child. The dentist suggested replacing filling. Root canal. And a crown. A total of $888. And because I chose to only do the filling he refused to do it. And had them schedule me for Monday to allow me 2 more days of discomfort. He is literally sitting in front of a computer scrolling on his phone. I guess regular fillings are beneath him. This the same dentist I asked to replace this filling months ago and he somehow convinced me to keep it. Now he wanna talk about some root canal and a crown. This place is not worth the convenience. They prey on military families and wanna take advantage of tax season. This can’t be legal.

Experiencia negativa: I highly advise against this office for braces. We have had repeated problems with brackets coming off due to the glue not holding and due to no fault of my child. The orthodontist is hardly ever there so you can only be seen on certain days and there’s no emergency protocol for stuff coming off or breaking for you to be seen as soon as possible. So the date for getting braces off is going to keep getting pushed back and there’s nobody to complain to. I had to reschedule my child’s appointment & now it’s going to be a whole month before they can get him in to fix his bracket that came off for the THIRD+ time due to the glue not holding. It’s very frustrating that my concerns are just brushed off. The staff was great in the beginning, but as people rotate out & new people come in, the service has declined. Go ANYWHERE else for your braces.

Experiencia negativa: Staff and service is amazing. But my issue is my daughter had spacers and just wasn’t the right time, so we canceled the plan we had and wanted a refund. Staff in office did everything they could, but the higher up people to process the refund and send my check and so unprofessional and it’s been going on 3 months. No answers and still haven’t received my refund over $500!

I highly highly recommend Dr. Chen he is absolutely adorable and explains everything wonderfully he gets in there and gets the job done.

Experiencia negativa: Came in with my 18m old for nsf, they stated they will order my daughters treatment, and i would receive a call the first week of September to come in. I called today because I did not receive a call, apparently they never ordered it when they said they were going to and stated they mention it to me the day of the appointment. I made it know when i made the appointment and throughout the visit and made sure that the order that was being made was for nsf. I was there for that specific reason. So if I would have waited they just would not have notified me. So unprofessional, and basically just wanted insurance money.

Experiencia fantástica: Location: inside of the PX to the right. First sight: clean, bright, and lovely music. The doctor was very kind, high sororities, honest, knowledgeable, and friendly. The hygienist with him (I wish I remembered names) was professional, and courteous as well. I highly recommend!! I was in at 9am and out at 10am for a filling, very nice.

If you ever want some quality, and professional dental services, stop by DOCS Dental at the main PX and they will take care of you. In opinion and personal experiences they are the best. From the front desk,you should see Miss Desire and Emily: Best customer service ever. They will make sure to inform you on anything you need to know. Always share the best service they are offering and some resourceful info on saving you money during the visit. After checking in, you should meet SpecialistsTechnician Malaysia a high speed and professional technician who will make sure all of your scanning are update and good to go. Then you should meet Miss Tori who will make sure you will leave the office with a better smile you came in with. Last but not least , you meet the Doctors, who are always professional and provide the best care to my family and I .We went to thank you for all you are doing for us. Thank you Desire, Tori, Emily, and Malaysia.

The dental assistant who did my filling was amazing she was gentle, and the results were impressive. My tooth looks so natural, you can’t even tell it was filled! Experiencia negativa: Unfortunately, it was the worst dental experience I've ever had, and I've gotten my wisdom teeth removed before. I went to get only 1 of my wisdom teeth pulled, and the extraction itself took over 2 hours. The pain that I was feeling during the extraction was almost unbearable, even with the numbing medication. I know it's normal to feel pressure and things of the sort, but that wasn't the case.

Brianna (Assistant Manager) is very organized and knowledgeable with managing and mitigating any/all factors with patient care & scheduling. Highly recommend to all, as well as pediatric dental care/services. For those whom need to do QTC/RHRP - this is the place to go!

Experiencia fantástica: Doctor was very knowledgeable and offered a lot of advice about how to improve my care and dental routines. He was also patient when explaining the issues i was having with my teeth, making sure that i understood why i was feeling pain and discomfort and how his treatment plan will help me alleviate those issues. The highlight of the whole interaction was that the doctor was very patient with my daughter. He talked in a slightly quieter tone so as not to scare her, and let her get comfortable with him before beginning his exam of her teeth. The front desk workers are very nice and cheery, also made sure my daughter got a toy after her appointment. Dental assistants were nice and patient. Let my daughter stay with me since she wasnt too comfortable being with her dad and away from me around strangers. I truly appreciated that.

I came in really worried about a procedure and Malaysia’s knowledge and personality calmed me down so much and I’m so appreciative of her. Truly a gem. As for Dr. Faerber he is indeed a breath of fresh air, not only does he offer explanation without question he is meticulous and kind. 10/10 experience today

Experiencia negativa: Do not recommend this place! I waited almost an hour to be seen by the dentist and & was told “everybody has to wait”. I am a patient person but an hour wait without any communication is crazy. The bedside manner of the employees could also use some improvement.

My family and I just PSCed to Ft Campbell and was able to be seen a few days after arrival. I would like to express great gratitude to Tori and Brianna for their courteous customer service as well as the other front desk assistant. All three ladies expressed a warm welcome. Desiree and Brianna always have a smile on their face when we walk in and they are so patient with me and my craziness. Dr. Faerber is the nicest dentist and is so good with my kiddos. Experiencia negativa: Just moved here and needed a filling done and I decided not to go thru with it. Their bedside manner is awful! Didn’t seem professional at all, scrambling and not very nice. Didn’t know my hygienist or my dentists name they didn’t introduce themselves. I wouldn’t recommend, maybe others had a good experiences but I certainly did not. Not coming back.

Experiencia fantástica: Mrs.Malaysia was wonderful. She was a saint and she really helped me I kept getting rescheduled and not seen till she took me and made sure I was seen and well taken care of!! After getting the run arounds I'm so glad that she took my tooth pain seriously and requested that I stay on the schedule and she just take me so I could be seen and not rescheduled again! I'm so thankful for her and glad that she was looking out because when I made the appointment they made it clear that I most likely wouldn't be seen!!!

Experiencia negativa: (Update I retract most of my compliments) Best dentist I have ever experienced in my adult life, staff is friendly, dependable and reliable. Ashley the hygienist is a joy to be around, Emily the manager has been so good to my husband and I helping us to pay off my invisaline and Brianna at front desk is always so friendly as well it is always lovely to speak with her. As is the rest of the saff. As for the Ortho I like him too he is kind and has been helpful towards my Husband and I and our move by providing us with numerous sets of Trays until my next available time to see him. (Due to my decently long distance move) Overall a great place so great I don't mind much driving a little over 2 hours just to have them as my personal Dental practice. God bless them all truly. ❤️ Update! (I have been treated sooo unprofessionally since I moved. Won't answer my calls, won't call me back. won't give me for sure accurate answers on any issue I am dealing with. Completely abandoned me to deal with things on my own while I pray them every month for something I don't even get to benefit from. I get no help with anything it is so irresponsible don't expect them to be helpful if you have to move to another dentist they've been Completely neglecting me, I've left messages and been trying to get answers for months. I dislike them now and don't recommend them. Ashley is great and so are many of the workers but the management I'm not agreeing with anymore which saddens me because she use to treat me well. But since I moved it seems my issues aren't important enough to contact me or answer the one.)I'm giving a 2 star because of 3 of the workers that were great Brianna, Ashley and don't remember the other ladies name. But as for management I'm sad to be treated this way.

Experiencia negativa: Don’t go to this place, I had two appointments for the same day, first time seeing me, first appointment at 10:00 am for orthodontics, 2nd appointment at 11:00 am for cleaning, I arrived at 9:45 am and like 10 people passed before me who arrived much later than me, when they went to see me it was because I asked when they would see me since I had been waiting for more than an hour and a half. When they called me they told me that they couldn't do anything for me since they didn't have time, they took away my opportunity to go to another dentist since the plan only covers 1 panoramic x-rays. They didn't tell me that they wouldn't do the cleaning on the 1st visit and the treatment towards me was terrible, I had no choice but to make another appointment since otherwise all expenses would be on my own money.

Experiencia negativa: Customer service is 3.5. They're always changing staff, so you may not get a good dentist. You are always waiting past your appointment time. Also be careful, I got a cleaning done and they charged me $25 for the dentist to come scrape along my teeth which is a normal part of the cleaning in my experience. So it became a "deep cleaning." So, I no longer would recommend this place.

Experiencia negativa: My stepdaughter had a 1pm appointment. It’s now almost 2pm and we’re still sitting in the lobby. Not impressed with this turnaround time.

Experiencia negativa: I absolutely LOVED this place when we first arrived here 3 years ago. I even raved about it on the Facebook groups for everyone to come here. My review has now changed, the communication every time I go in the last few months is SEVERELY lacking. The front desk lady doesn't help with any questions or concerns I have, doesn't even attempt to. The last time I went for myself when I chipped my tooth that THEY did, they had me sitting there for an hour with both my kids in the room waiting, not telling me anything at all to what was going on. Finally when someone came in it was to tell me they'll schedule me for another appointment. What What was I here for then? No one knew what was going on after I repeatedly explained it, they tried to bill me AGAIN for the tooth they did that I'd paid for. I explained it to the first assistant, then a new assistant came in, explained the situation to her, and still no one knew what was going on by the end of it. That was my first experience with the communication lacking. I hoped for a better turn around the next time I went and that maybe it was a bad day, but no. Here I am again, frustrated with the lack of help and communication. My daughter got an expander with the ortho that comes there. (My issue is in no way whatsoever with the orthdontist) it fell out in the middle of the week and we quickly went up to DOCS the next morning to find out what to do. We understood that you don't want it out for too long so her jaw doesn't fall back to where it was after all the turns we've already finished. The only thing that needed done was for it to be glued back in, or for someone to let us know it's okay and won't cause damage if it's out for 3 days. The front desk lady tells us we can either go all the way to Franklin TN to go see the orthodontist or wait three days till he gets back. I asked to speak to someone else and I kept getting the run around rather than someone else to speak to other than the front desk associate. She hands us a card for the number in Franklin TN and he wasn't even working there. He'd been retired for awhile from there and even the front desk lady there told me she's been getting frustrated with DOCS because they keep suggesting for people to come to them when the ortho isn't even there... The lady all the way in Franklin helped me with suggestions of other places to go in Clarksville where as the front desk in DOCs did nothing to help. We were so worried on what to do that we went searching in Clarksville for someone to help my daughter. We paid a lot of money here for no one to know what to do or for no one to even be there to come talk to us. We asked to speak to management and they weren't available. We told them we were transferring ortho somewhere else and need to talk about the billing part we've done, and instead of giving us any contact info, front desk told us the ortho management will call us. Guess who we still haven't heard from and it's been over a week? We found out in the end the reason they kept telling us it's not "legal" for them to even touch her mouth and try to look at the expander was because there isn't even a dentist there! NOW IT ALL MADE SENSE! This is what I mean by lack of communication. No one seems to know what's going on around here anymore. My only positive I have to add is Mrs. Ashley the dental hygienist. If I could, I'd take her with me to wherever we go next. She will always receive 5 stars from me. She has ALWAYS went above and beyond for me and my children, my daughter gets incredibly nervous at the dentist and finds such comfort in Mrs. Ashley and how sweet and patient she is. She's truly the only reason I've stuck it out here. If anything if you need your teeth cleaned, your Children’s teeth Cleaned, she's the one I'd recommend a million times over. When I get a chance I will be attempting to transfer us to another dental place. It sucks because this is so convenient for us and we loved it so much in the beginning. I just cannot take the lack of care here lately.
