It had been a while since I had been to the dentist, so I had to do a deeper cleaning than usual. They explained everything they were doing throughout the whole process. I was also able to go ahead and schedule my appointment for next time. I was even able to schedule with the same hygienist!

They had a friendly staff, offered a comfort menu (water and iced coffee of the day), and seemed to really enjoy helping people. I am glad to have chosen Ironwood and would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a dentist.

Experiencia negativa: I want to say first and foremost that from an actual dentist and hygienist point of view nothing but a great experience, to the point that we continued to go paying out of pocket when they dropped our BCBS insurance. As a family of five that all go to this office it is disappointing when a miscommunication on an appointment is handled so poorly, our appointment request for the day after returning from a trip was entered as the day we were traveling back from the trip for a cleaning. We were notified of this while traveling and immediately rescheduled the appointment for the following Monday when they had an opening and it was chalked up as a miscommunication between both parties. We show up for the appointment on Monday as rescheduled and are informed that we will have to pay for both visits as we are leaving the appointment. The front desk attendant did not care that they put the appointment on the books wrong and required us to pay for both visits. As previously stated the staff apart from the front desk amazing, front desk is disappointing to say the least and puts a black mark on a nice business.

Super friendly, very helpful and didn’t bust the budget. Had my cleaning today and absolutely no discomfort, at all. Going back in two weeks for some more work and getting back on track. Moved from Oklahoma last year, my dentist back home retired and it’s been a struggle to find a dentist I like and trust. Highly recommend!

They put your comfort first and listen to your needs. I love that they have a TV on the ceiling and you get headphones to listen in on what’s playing. You can also change it to what ever you want. They offer plenty of comfort items to ease you into your visit. I appreciate the free iced coffee at the end as well!

Experiencia fantástica: Let me just say that I love going to the dentist, but had been anxious to go back since having kids. I was more so anxious to take my son to the dentist since he has ASD. I am always worried about people treating my son with respect, and though he does not have any challenging behaviors (like any little pal he has his days), I was still worried since it was his first visit. Our dentist was amazing, he was so friendly and gentle! Everyone there is a super star, but I have to say that Abbigail was the most beautiful person inside and out. She was so compassionate and kind, and was understanding. She was so great I made it point to ask for her again for our next visit. My little guy did good, but part of that was due to how calm everyone was. They also have tvs for the kids to look at if they need to (we had some music from Gracie’s Corner) while getting their teeth cleaned. Literally 10/10 would recommend. Kindness goes a long way for me

Dr. Jonathan Spurgeon is charismatic and so knowledgeable. I like that there was absolute zero pressure about future dental work. Experiencia fantástica: I needed to switch dental providers after having a horrible experience with Aspen. The Ironwood office is gorgeous, squeaky clean, the staff is super nice, and the dentist is awesome. My issue with Aspen was them "losing" my appointments due to technical issues and giving me unclear expectations on what dental work I actually needed. The dentist at Ironwood was very straight-forward and told me what realistically could be done and what would be the best options for me long-term. And they were able to get me seen pretty quickly, despite me hearing from mutual patients that they're booked out! By the way, they have something called a COMFORT MENU! You can request water, iced coffee, blankets, and even earbuds if you hate the sounds of the machines. I've never been to a dental office that has this. They definitely seem like an office that actually cares.

They are efficient, personable, know you when you call and know you when you walk in the door. The team is so cohesive, very family oriented and friendly. The dental care is exceptional too. Experiencia fantástica: Let’s start with the fact I was in severe pain all Wednesday night. I went in Thursday to see Dr. Spurgeon. My very first time being there. His clinic is amazing! Everyone I seen from front desk, X-rays, and himself were absolutely caring! They treat ordinary everyday people like your a VIP celebrity in there too! They got everything from a menu of what you’d like for a drink, to a cozy blanket, pillow, Netflix on the ceiling. Anyways, he prescribed me antibiotics and scheduled me for my extraction. I went home by round 2 of my antibiotics I was pain free and slept the rest of the day. I’ve seen so many dentist offices, and they’ve felt just like that a dentist office, where you worry about being lectured left and right. Dr. Spurgeon’s team is walking in to your friends house that you haven’t seen in awhile and catching up. They are so down to earth, they’re not judgemental, and they really care to help. He gives you your treatment options, and he gives you the prices he doesn’t try to upsale you or tell you no to your decisions. I 10/10 recommend ironwood dental!

I literally used to fly back-and-forth to my old dentist in California, but I am so grateful I have found someone to go to here in Clarksville
