I was uneasy leaving my last dentist as I have had them for over 20 years, but this place made the transition very easy with their warm, welcome, professional attitudes, and incredible service. Their thoroughness has been much appreciated And their attention to detail is fantastic. I couldn't be happier that I found my next 20 year Dentist office. This place is top-notch!

Experiencia fantástica: Just had a bad tooth removed by Dr. Fleetwood. I don't numb well. She and her assistant did an excellent job! They take their time and continually check with you to make sure you're comfortable and feeling no pain. They also explain what their doing every step of the way. I left with no swelling the next day. No need for an ice pack and virtually no pain. Of course every one of us is different. So happy with the their work!

She was raving about the service she got from the dentist and the technician. We had a few issues with the insurance. They helped us work through all the issues. We're very happy with how it worked out.

Experiencia negativa: I went in for a cleaning. The hygienist was a sharp speaking seeming to be in a hurry type. After I was seated, I was taken for a who mouth scan, after the scan I was left standing for quite a while, very uncomfortable. After returning to the chair I was told I was getting a per tooth xray/photo.. Not sure, I asked if it was covered and the hygienist left and returned with a women from the office. She proceed to tell me they no longer take my insurance and did not know if it was covered. I said ok, well lets just get my teeth cleaned then. I was told no, can't do it. Gave me some bs about not being able to with out x-rays.. The manner the Hygienist was speaking to me was sharp and rude. I left.. I was a regular but now its under new owners.... Good luck new owners!

The doctors do wonderful work, communicating through procedures, and strive to keep your smile and mouth healthy and beautiful! Breton Gardens makes an often "scary" appointment, easy!

Experiencia negativa: After I posted a one-star review about my experience, Linda Fleetwood called me and stated that I must delete the review or they would terminate me as a patient. Reviews are feedback, not meant to punish and silence patients. Linda did not attempt to address my concerns or resolve the issue. Instead, access to dental care was used as leverage to force the removal of honest public feedback If there was a breakdown in trust, why demand me to take down my review or stop treating me as a patient? The phone call was so uncomfortable, that I began recording it. Which I will be adding into this Google review.

I love the hygienist, they know I’m nervous and have the N2/02 out waiting. They never make me feel like a number. They make me feel like they truly care about me.

I’m not a fan of going to the dentist (and honestly hadn’t been in longer than I’d like to admit), but they took such great care of me. Huge shoutout to Catherine, the hygienist — she was incredible. Called them yesterday morning with an emergency tooth situation- Dr shipton was able to see me same day and do same day treatment on me as well! Very rare to find an office that will give your appointment extra time just so they can squeeze you in and get what you need done, same day! Super thankful for the entire office- the vibes are always immaculate and we love BGFD thanks Danielle and Jordan!

Experiencia negativa: Went for a cleaning, made the mistake of Asking if my teeth improved to eliminate perio cleanings. Instead Janelle Hill RDH did the period pokes and chatted my teeth, and she LIED, saying I had 4s, 5s, 6s, 7s!!! (Hygienists are now paid BY COMMISSION for perio.) She wanted me to pay $710 for half of my mouth perio cleaning. Got 2nd opinion! ALL 1s, 2s, 3s and only 2 4s Total. Fee was $35! Never ever going back there, since their new owners took over.

Experiencia fantástica: I have dental anxiety and recently had to have a root canal. Dr. Fleetwood, having dental anxiety herself, was so supportive through the whole process. I had no pain during or after the procedure. It was “a piece of cake.” Thank you, Dr. Fleetwood! Janelle is another rockstar at the office, such a knowledgeable and encouraging Dental Hygienist! It is obvious Janelle loves her job and her patients. She put me on the right track to proper periodontal care and I am grateful for her kindness and direct manner. Thank you, Janelle!

Experiencia negativa: Unfortunately i had a really bad experience today. They useally really nice and understanding. But If you a anxious, nervous or difficult customer/patient , i wouldnt recommend. I got told that they will make me comfortable for my cleaning. When i started my check up with my hygienist, she seemed very unfamiliar with my file and my requests. I got told this time is not enough time schedulded. That started to frustrate me. Because I got told they would numb me correctly this time. But I agreed , not happy because now I was more scared . She could sense my frustration and insisted of talking about the importance of the cleaning. She started to having attitude towards me first , because I expressed my frustration. But she just told me before she can't do the requested service because of the time scheduled . I hour , another doctor had never issues getting the cleaning done in that 1 hour time frame. I got so irritated . Telling me three times she didnt saw me in a long time. My last visit was just few month ago. Making me feel like she dont listen to anything im saying. My night guard helped my gum issue , i dont need a cleaning every 3 month. I have no concerns or issues anymore . And the extra cleaning made my teeth hurt more. I just wanted a cleaning , and my german voice had probably some attitude at this point. I work nights, im tiered and told her that too. And now I was scared of pain . When i asked just to start with the cleaning , ( because sitting in that chair causing me panic attacks and apparently we were under time pressure. I just wanted to get over with). She told me she dont like my attitude. Thats not ok. I didnt liked hers either, but we all just do our job right. I wanted to talk to someone, she left the room and in my opinion someone should have checked into that situation right away. But i had a whole panic attack rolling up waiting and had to leave. Clearly not going back.

Experiencia fantástica: One friday I woke up and I had a pain in my mouth and my upper gum was swollen. Hmmm Who should I call the doctor or the dentist. Monday morning I called Breton and Gardens At 7:45 AM.. They said can you be here by 830 I said yes. I came in they looked at me and said you I came in they looked at me and said As I had told me a year before you had trauma and and you need a route canal. Startled They asked me when would you would like to set up an appointment with our orthodontist. Thinkin in a week or 2 they said how about 10:30 today? Today??? Then prescribe me antibiotics I picked up on my way. As soon as I got to the orthodontist I got in right away and they tested me and my tooth tooth and proved to me yes yes you do need a root canal. Whoa whoa Either you lose the tooth or keep the tooth. Your choice. They then explain the process in detail and videos and show me what to expect. 45 minutes later after the 20 second of pain of the pain reliever I was on my way headed home feeling fine and dandy. And forgotten about it every since... Thank you, thank you, Breton Gardens and the orthodontist they sent me to. I can't think of a better day of a very painful problem that was solved that very day. Thanks again to the whole Breton garden family and team.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Linda Fleetwood is an excellent dentist. I searched for about a year to find a dentist that I thought would fit my needs. I have not been disappointed in the least. She is a highly trained - educated professional and a gifted clinician. She is caring, kind and compassionate. Devoted to high quality patient care. I have seen her now for over a year and have had several old fillings replaced and 2 crowns done. She will take her time to do an excellent job for me without worrying how long it might take. A rarity, I believe, with many dentists who are concerned about how many procedures they can do in a day for billing purposes rather than taking the time to do the very best job for her patients. She always tells you what she is doing during the procedure and gives you time to answer any and all questions you might have about your care. With the old fillings replaced that I have had done and with the 2 crowns - I have experienced little to no pain involved which she always takes care to minimize or completely eliminate for her patients. She is absolutely the best dentist I have ever had. Since I am 70 years old I have had a fair amount in my lifetime. Since Dr. Fleetwood is young I want to keep her for the rest of my life.
