I can say without a doubt that everyone in this office is caring and professional. Procedures were recommended solely for my dental health and never pushed on me. Dr. Liz is very kind and made sure I was as comfortable as possible while receiving high-quality care, and Ella was a magician at milling perfect partial crowns in a very short time. The entire staff at Polished are friendly and welcoming from the start of my visit to the end. (I also really like the updates to the lobby area!)

They actually listen to your considers and needs. I never feel rushed during appointments or uncertain about any services or treatments I have/need. I feel they are honest and don’t push any services on you. I stay with Polished Dental because I truly feel they care about their patients and understand when life happens.

Experiencia negativa: After 1 no show for a personal emergency and they told us we can’t schedule anymore moving forward unless they have an opening same day. They are constantly trying to xray even when they already xrayed and you’re there for a routine cleaning, with no regards to costs or exposure to unnecessary radiation. Used to be a good dentistry to go to and they went downhill.

Perhaps unique is the fact that this practice "mills" the sturdy, ceramic crowns the same day. I was offered the opportunity to leave for about one hour. I decided to wait. Now the procedure is done.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great visit today even though it included extensive dental work. Ella is a fantastic dental assistant. A visit to the dentist gives me acute stress but Ella was reassuring, gave me a soft blanket, pillow, stress ball and refocused me with great innovative techniques like tapping my shoulder when the numbing needle was out. I will request Ella for future visits. Dr White was also gentle and kind. This is an excellent dental staff from front desk to dentist. Look no further.

I had a crown break while my regular dentist was on maternity leave and they were able to fit me in as a referred new patient ASAP! Several other dentists I called were unable to help and offered scheduling a month out, but the amazing receptionist and team worked hard to get me an appointment ASAP to get the help I needed. Thankful for their considerate approach and sense of urgency to provide care in an emergency!

Experiencia fantástica: 5/5/25 I had a cleaning and a new crown made and placed. The staff has always been so nice and efficient. I had an estimate on my crown before the procedure and it was very accurate. The procedures for both the cleaning and crown were done in a timely manner with no discomfort. I even got to see my crown made. II was surprised how stream lined the procedure was and how I had no pain after the numbing wore off. Dr. Liz did a wonderful job! I highly recommend Polish Dentistry. 5/23/23. Excellent service! Staff continues to be friendly and very knowledgeable, I would recommend this dentist office for both adults and children.

She was having a few technical issues but she remained professional and didn’t lose her cool. I also had to bring my daughter in and she treated my daughter very well even when she was interfering with her job !! Got the cleaning done, my teeth felt much better and then Dr. Liz was also very professional and polite when doing the follow up for any issues, cavities etc. My family will definitely be coming back to these guys ! Everyone is highly skilled, professional, informative and friendly. They have the most advanced technology in dental care. My mouth was scanned and I watched while my crowns were designed and cut with precision right then in the office. My visit was all so easy. No need for temporary crowns with their follow up office call. My new crowns fit perfectly and look beautiful. I already have another appointment for other work. I've found my dental home. Experiencia fantástica: I recently reached out to them, as I had been experiencing discomfort in my mouth for a few days. They were able to accommodate me within a few hours of my call. It seemed that something was lodged deep inside my mouth. They successfully removed the obstruction, and fortunately, my pain had subsided by the next day. I have been visiting this dental practice since I was a child and have fond memories of going to the dentist while growing up. I am delighted that even with the change in ownership, the clinic still retains its familiar atmosphere while incorporating necessary updates.

Experiencia fantástica: Hi Dr. Liz and Staff at Polished Dental! This is Bob Kozminski. I picked up my new Comfort H/S Bite Splint aka occlusal guard Thursday morning and it fit perfectly. It didn't need any adjustment at all. I put it in and used it for the first time last night! I am very grateful to have this new Night Guard to protect my teeth and enamel. Have a great weekend!

My husband and I have always felt welcome, which unfortunately is not always the case with medical offices (especially in West Michigan). Inclusivity is not always waving a rainbow flag… but rather it is felt by the conversations and caring attitudes. It is recognized and very much appreciated.
