I was incredibly anxious going in since it had been a while since my last dental appointment. But the staff were kind, knowledgeable, and non judgmental. I saw Heather, Dr. Joe, and Marsha. They were all very personable and made sure I was comfortable throughout my appointment. I don't have dental insurance, and it was very easy to join their membership plan. I am so glad I found this place and wish I had sooner! Would absolutely recommend.

Everyone very freindly and comfortable waiting area. Lydie is a great professional hygienist and I have been a patient at this practice for over 35 years. 9-30-25 Great visit today. Always enjoy seeing the staff and receiving their good care. Lyndie always is very professional cleaning my teeth and now they a yummy tasting watermelon fluoride treatment. I needed a filling so Dr Mango went ahead and took care of it after cleaning so that I would not have to come back another day. 1-27-26 My canine top tooth broke off at the gum line Sat evening. This was the weekend of the ice storm. They were closed Mon due to bad icy bad road conditions but worked me in on Tues which I was so thankful for. Dr.Mango and Amy were wonderful and explained in detail about what they would do to remedy the problem. It entailed a putting in a permanent bridge with a temporary for 4 weeks. It was almost a 2 hr procedure but they made sure that I was comfortable and understood what was happening. I feel so fortunate to have received their professional care. Since it was a single tooth, in the front, my own dentist was not comfortable doing it, stating that it is very hard to match a single tooth. Dr Joe and his staff did a marvelous job throughout the entire process. Yes, there were multiple appointments. I was made aware in advance that the process could be tedious getting everything perfect. I signed up for perfection and Dr Joe delivered! He and his staff also have a great camraderie in the office which extends to fabulous chair-side interaction. 10/10 would recommend! If I didn't love my own hygienist, I would absolutely be changing all my dental care to Mango Dental.

I left Mango Dental feeling genuinely satisfied with a service I had invested in. In 2025, it often feels like customer service is disappearing and attention to detail is almost non-existent in many businesses—but not here. From the moment I walked in, I was taken care of quickly, and I could tell the scheduling and preparation had been done with thought to make my visit as smooth and efficient as possible. At the same time, I never once felt rushed. Too often in the past, I’ve felt like just another number being pushed through the motions so the office could move on to the next person. That wasn’t the case here. Instead, I felt like I was visiting family who truly cared about giving me the best treatment. Even though I was just in for a routine visit, I was warmly greeted by the two owners and several staff members. They were all kind, welcoming, and professional. When it came to discussing treatment options, they were transparent and never tried to upsell me with unnecessary or expensive choices. That level of honesty means a lot to me. I quickly established trust with this team and can say with confidence that I’ll be a customer for life. Nobody looks forward to going to the dentist, but I actually look forward to my next visit knowing there are still people out there who take pride in their work and treat their patients with respect and dignity. Experiencia fantástica: I never thought I'd use the words "a fantastic experience" and "dental office" in the same sentence—but this was! I have been here for cleanings before, but I recently had some cavities filled and one of my front teeth internally bleached. The front tooth had turned gray from a root canal I had when I was a kid, and I had quite a bit of anxiety about someone digging around in that tooth *again.* However, almost immediately after talking with Dr. Mike and Heather I was confident it would go okay. They were attentive and made sure I was comfortable throughout, and honestly the whole process (fillings + bleaching) was really efficient and easy for me. As for pain: Even when the needles were inserted into my gums for numbing, it barely hurt. After that it was just pressure. Now a few weeks later, I've had no issues with the fillings or my front tooth! (which, thanks to Dr. Mike, no longer looks like it belongs on a corpse)

I was given an estimate that I assumed they had pre-certified my insurance which they had not. Now I am left paying a very large bill because they did not in fact get an estimate from my insurance company. Watch Out! Be informed and don’t get bit like I did!
