Our last dentist office had fancy ocean decorations everywhere, but we don’t need the decor. We need the love, and this place gives it! My daughter and son had major anxiety the first time she came and Daisy, our hygienist has been a God send. They make the experience fun and less scary. Would never consider going anywhere else!

I recently switched dentist for both of my daughters after having multiple bad experiences with are previous dental office who had terrible "bedside manner" and made me feel a ton of mom guilt after every appointment if they had any issues or cavities. I would literally leave crying after every appointment. One visit at Peidmont Pediatric was an absolute Godsend and changed our lives for the better! As soon as I called they were so kind, and it was easy and quick to set up an appointment for new patients. Dr. Lane was extremely patient and informative with everything and I truly felt heard. She let me know all of her recommendations as far as treatment options. They even offer SDF treatment if you are interested in that! My youngest daughter ended up getting general anesthesia last week and Dr. Jenn was absolutely amazing, caring, and sweet! I truly appreciate each and every one of you. Especially April, the anesthesiologist, and paramedic on site! My daughter woke up from her procedure and acted as though nothing ever happened by the time we arrived home. I thank God for this dentist office! I cannot thank you all enough. Truly an answer to prayers and I definitely would recommend any child to come here!

Experiencia fantástica: If you’re looking for a dentist office for your kids — this is the place! Stephanie and the front desk were amazing. So patient and kind to our whole family and were able to get our son in so quickly as Stephanie notified us of a same day cancellation. Dr. Naomi Lane was the best. She took time to sit down and talk through options and the procedure that was necessary. She took her time, made sure all of our questions were answered, and was superb at treating our son. Top-notch from top to bottom and we are grateful!

Experiencia fantástica: My brother and I went here when Dr. Cobb owned it back in the day. The new owners and staff are wonderful. They are quick and friendly. I have never seen a child upset during a visit.

Experiencia fantástica: I have taking my children here for years and Dr. Lane is amazing. Today the office is closed (vacation) and my kid has a slight emergency issue with what looks to be a very small abscess on her gum. I left a message and within the hour I received a call back and that was expected but the level of service i was offered was top tier. She provided her cell phone and ask for a picture of the lesion. Next She offered to meet me at the office if this picture warranted immediate attention. This may be her normal go to but I just wanted to share how extremely thankful i am to have a DR whom actually cares about the patient. Latoya Tate

Experiencia fantástica: We have been using this office for our children since we moved down here about 5 yrs ago. The care they give is unmatched. I have never seen providers take the time to explain everything and move slowly so children and parents can understand. My middle child is on the spectrum and this is the only office he has ever come too. Even before we had a diagnosis for him they were always patient, gentle and understanding. Today was no different 3 kids came in for cleanings and check ups and we were out within the hour. We do need some follow up work for one of my children and I loved how they took the time to explain options with me for what insurance would and wouldn't cover. I would definetly recommend them to any family in the Triad looking for quality care.

Experiencia fantástica: I take all 3 of my children here and have recommended to several people! We absolutely love it here. They are very understanding, patient, and helpful. I’m always allowed back for cleanings or fillings and included with their treatment. My son used to have to sit in my lap and now he will sit in the chair as long as I’m next to him! I’m so glad we found somewhere they are comfortable! They did both my infants tongue and lip tie corrections and were so helpful with teaching me the recovery techniques. I never plan to have to switch their dentist!

Experiencia negativa: This office DOES NOT care about your child's teeth AT ALL!!! If your child complains about being mistreated there, BELIEVE them. Also, the parents ARE NOT allowed in the back with the children, so you have NO clue what is going on. Also, they are NEVER going to advocate for your child whenever they need to meet insurance requirements. I am glad that I moved my children to another dentistry. The new dentistry found all types of problems with my kids' teeth that this office never ONCE discussed. Just AWFUL. I hate that I waited this long to move them elsewhere.

Experiencia fantástica: I cannot give enough stars to this practice. I have two toddlers and my son is on the autism spectrum. I normally have to go back with him to calm him before getting his teeth brushed and evaluated. This time I was asked if I would mind if he went alone and they will call me back if needed. My son is 5 years old and was so comfortable and comforted by the staff , he went back with no problem. I even went back in the middle of his visit to check on him and he was having the best time. One of the dental hygienist was sitting right next to him comforting and coaching him and what she needed him to do. It was as if “mama” was back there with him the whole time lol. I was overall very impressed and felt at ease the whole experience. I would have to recommend anyone needing a pediatric dentist to see Dr Lane. The high level of communication, professionalism and genuine care you feel from this practice is a gift.

Experiencia negativa: Dr.Cobb is absolutely the worst Dentist! I removed my children from this "practice"...Do you know that there is a back room where the kids who cry are taken and held down by the techs. There is no verbal warning of what the "Dentist" is doing or is about to do, including injections. I do not recommend this office to anyone who genuinely cares about the well-being of their child.

They are also very personable, friendly and helpful. Dr. Lane always does a thorough job and makes it a point to talk to me to discuss my kids’ teeth and provide an update after she has seen them. I would recommend this practice without any hesitation.

Experiencia fantástica: First visit yesterday. Our daughter was terribly nervous about a new dentist after her last one retired. We found everyone there to be friendly and welcoming. Our hygienist was delightful. She put my daughter at ease and explained every step. Dr. Jenn had a room full of patients but took time to connect with each one. The office staff found out where my daughter went to school and spent time talking about the people they knew in common. When we walked out, my eight-year-old said, "Can we come back tomorrow?"

Experiencia fantástica: My daughter has previous dental trauma from another facility and after getting her switched here, she has made a complete turn around. Today was the first time in years she didn't ask me to hold her hand and she did her xrays by herself like a pro!! I almost wanted to cry because of how far she's come with people that just care!! I highly recommend them and will continue to tell my friends about them. Best pediatric dentists ever!!

Experiencia fantástica: My kids absolutely love Dr. Lane. She is very gentle and loving with the kids. I think she is the child Whisperer. Her staff is also very friendly. My kids never cry when they are getting their teeth cleaned, checked for cavities, etc and they never want to leave the office because they feel at home. They get very excited when they know they are going to the dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: I was in search of a pediatric dentist that truly loves & cares for the children and what they do I got so tired of my kids being mistreated and asked Facebook for referrals and I’m truly big on reviews and without any hesitation I called them and they got my babies in the next day and sounds silly but felt like we were on a mini vacation in the Facility had toys a tv with the movie toy story playing yes I sound like a kid but it was wonderful truly enjoyed the time and We love Ms Patsy I believe was her name and Dr Naomi this is THE BEST PLACE I COULD HAVE EVER CHOSE FOR MY BABIES

The staff are absolutely amazing, and so good with my very hyper children. They have the patience of saints, and are always so incredibly kind. It takes a while to get an appointment sometimes, but that just tells you how sought after this practice is. Absolutely amazing!

Experiencia fantástica: Today one of my adult kids went to this dentist clinic for making a retainer for his braces. The check in was quick and nice. They provided excellent service. I would highly recommend this place to everyone because I have been a customer since my children have first dental visit which is more than 20 years.We move to other state but still my kids like to do their majors teeth care at this clinic and their teeth looking great. Please praise everyone as this place because it has all friendly people and doing awesome job.

Experiencia fantástica: Today was my 6yr old’s first appointment with Piedmont Pediatrics. We had previously been with a family practice for years, but due to his teeth needs, they referred us to Greensboro Pediatric Dentistry. GPD did a great job, but since they were out of network- we ended up having to foot a 4 digit bill. Since then, I have been looking for a pediatric dentistry practice that can help us - and … I know that we have found it today. From start to finish, we were greeted with smiling faces and genuine compliments. Ms. Stephanie took great care of him during his X Rays and cleaning, and Dr. Jenn gave very sound guidance moving forward. We walked out knowing we have a new dentist for my son and look forward to being in their care. I don’t usually write reviews, but hope that this one may help other families.

Experiencia negativa: This place is the reason why I no longer trust denists. The new dentist is the reason why when I switched denists they had to do a 8 hour long surgery on my teeth. She did multiple fillings that all fell out within two weeks, leading to four of my top front teeth needing/being taken out. Before her, with Dr. Cobb, I saw many adults being tied down to tables, they have no consideration for patients that have been through traumatic experiences with dentists in the past, left the same spacer in my mouth for six years, even though my mouth rejected it almost every visit and both me and my mother asked multiple times for them to remove it because it was causing me so much pain, and more. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Lane is literally STILL the BEST Dentist I could take my children too❤️ My 6 year old had a front tooth extracted, and a crown put on a molar today…and he was truly in the best of care with Dr. Lane and her team!!! The way they take the special time and care for every child is just fabulous. I was really nervous about how my son would do at this appointment, but she took the time to make him comfortable and explain each step as they went along. I was able to peek in when I wanted to check on him and the progress, and it was so easy to tell that he was in the best of care! Everything went much quicker than I would have expected. We went home and my son was his normal self like nothing ever happened. He never complained of any pain or anything. The experience could not have been more seamless. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Lane and her team!!!

In fact the first couple visits she even had us come in during their lunch hour to help him feel comfortable, and so he wouldn’t have the anxiety of other children. Fast forward a few years and he now walks in happily like any other 9 year old! She is top notch!!!

I want to say Amy, or April, was super helpful, friendly, and understanding. The waiting area is kid friendly, my son made himself at home and was entertained due to Luca being played. The dental hygienist was awesome. She was super patient, friendly, fast, and efficient. I have never seen someone clean a child’s teeth and floss so fast. I must note that she was fast but not rushed, the perfect pace for a 4 year old. The dentist was amazing as well, she answered all of my questions. All in all, 10/10, so glad that I found this office

Experiencia fantástica: We were really nervous walking in as first time parents of an 18 month old baby who had several ear infections and has grown to be not so fond of the medical community. Our baby was instantly distracted by Toy Story playing on the lobby tv and the environment was colorful and relaxing. After expressing our concern of his stranger danger, the hygienist and Dr were very calm, approached with ease and explained everything they were going to do before they did it. They also gave very helpful tips when trying to wrangle a toddler to make brushing a more enjoyable experience, which we started implementing immediately. Overall, the visit went way better than expected and we are definitely looking forward to a not so scary 6 month check up!!

I was very nervous about this as my son had never had a dentist and he is nonverbal, has sensory issues, etc. but the two ladies we had were wonderful! The dentist and hygienist both talked to me in ways that I could understand and made my son feel comfortable, which is incredibly important to me. He did better with them than he does with me sometimes! Would definitely recommend!

They explained everything to her in a way she could understand and gave her a lot of praise which made her feel like a superstar lol. Dr.Naomi showed me up close and explained what would need to be done with her teeth and kept me in the loop of everything. 10/10. Took 5 minutes for new intake paperwork then done with the whole cleaning in under an hour.

Experiencia fantástica: I return to this dentist when I had a bad experience at a previous pediatric dentist months ago. I thought Dr Cobb was practicing but I was told Dr Naomi was friendly like Dr Cobb. She took her time to explain things to me thoroughly. She did not treat my kids a another number. The dental was assistant was superb as well. Love our first visit with her.

Experiencia fantástica: I was so worried about bringing my 1 1/2 year old to the dentist, but the wait time was short and Dr. Lane was ready to see him within minutes of going to the back! She was so kind and knowledgeable. I'm so thankful we chose Piedmont Pediatric.

I was impressed with how quickly my 3-year old was not only at ease, but excited, to engage with the staff and have her dental visit. The team was warm, professional, and excellent at what they do. He's a screamer and a fighter so I was honestly amazed at how good they were with him. They were also great with my questions and concerns, which is really important as a first time mom!

Experiencia fantástica: So happy with the amount of patience Dr. Naomi has. Going to the dentist isn’t always the most pleasant experience as an adult but when your a teenager it’s much worse. But cavity has been taken care of!

Experiencia fantástica: The staff here are wonderful and great with both of my children. The kids actually enjoy their dental checkups. I leave with an understanding of insurance/billing, what their next visit will look like, and obviously their dental health.
