Experiencia fantástica: I have NEVER been treated so well. I am a 76 year old woman and I am getting ready to have extensive work done and my anxiety is off the charts. Sammi called me before my consultation to put my fears at rest and at my consultation, she provided me with all the information the procedure would entail. She went over all the details on the financing and assured me that I did not have to be anxious about the procedure because she would be there to help me with all my anxiety. My anxiety is better and I’m sure I will be put at ease during and after. Dr L put me absolutely at ease explaining every step of the process and gave me 100% attention and never rushed. I am sure Sammi and Dr L will continue to take good care of me. Thank you, Sammi for keeping me from jumping ship and swimming far far away. And I can’t swim.

Experiencia negativa: Due to a known infection, the local anesthetic given did not provide any relief. My procedure was incredibly painful. An antibiotic should have been dispensed prior to my procedure. Also the managerial dentist left the office during my procedure and was not available when the associate doing my procedure needed help. Overall a most unpleasant experience.

Experiencia negativa: My first visit was fine cleaning x-rays not a big deal the next visit. I was there for 45 minutes. Nobody came out to say hi. Nobody said it’ll be a little while the doctors running late nothing. Reschedule the visit for the next week was called on the day of the appointment to come in early because they had a cancellation came in early. Adjusted my day only To be told, can’t do anything gotta get rid of the abscess first, and you need to go to another office to have work done for a root canal. So far, I’m not impressed with Aspen Dental.

Experiencia negativa: Constant text x3 to confirmation of appt responded each time and spoke to rep at the number given in the text who keep saying I was confirmed. Finally called the office to see why I keep getting the text and they informed me due to not calling the office, even though that number was not listed to call, my appt was cancelled. Had to call another dentist firm to get an appointment with them 2 days away to fix a chipped back molar. Very poor customer service and very rude staff answering the local phone.

Experiencia fantástica: I want to say a huge thank you to Sami, Sydney, and JJ for their positive attitudes and responsiveness while I was going through a dental emergency on Christmas Eve, no less. I called first thing in the morning and Sami reassured me that they would be able to help me so I didn’t have to suffer through the holidays. They were able to get me in quickly and JJ was able to perform a true Christmas miracle (in my eyes) and make an immediate repair. I am so grateful for the team, their quick action, the kindness and reassurance they showed me when I was overwhelmed and worried. Experiencia negativa: This bz and/or location has the tendency to change and/or cancel your prior-made and confirmed appointments without your knowledge nor contacting you about it. You don’t find out until you actually arrive there with the appointment you had in mind. This has happened to me at least twice! … Twice! It has proven to be very frustrating; valuable time has been wasted and lost. You do receive decent dental care here when the appointment is actually honored, but it now feels like it’s going to be such a chance gamble if I’m going to actually receive any care each time I come in with the last designated time in mind for the appointment. I’ve told them calmly but clearly that if this happens again, I will be going to another dental provider. I have to take valuable time off work in order to come to the dentist. 6+ months later: I have cut ties with Aspen Dental, and now so much happier with **Triad Dentistry** . THOSE people are Amazing! They keep your appointments and those people feel like friends/family. They give excellent care. I love seeing them. To Aspen Dental: Quit pulling the shady bz practices and the un-professionalism. I simply cannot recommend you.

Experiencia negativa: I was very pleased to find Aspen willing to accept me as a new patient in an emergency situation. With a broken tooth, I was in pain. I was immediately worked into the schedule where I found that I was not being seen for my immediate concern. I was xrayed, and scheduled for service. But, I first had to pay over $2000 for the services to be rendered. My first appointment, nothing more than a cleaning. Second appointment, a filling, which I had to go back because the filling was set too high and I couldn't close my bite. My third appointment, was to fix the original,emergency, issue. Which, I again had to go back because of exposed nerves on the ultra thin glazing of filler over the tooth. With another two weeks of pain from my second appointment, I was scheduled for an extraction of a tooth that originally had zero issues. So, over $2000 in and I am left in excruciating pain and a missing molar. But the staff was super nice. The image is of a finished product filling.

Experiencia fantástica: My experience at Aspen dental was very successful. The staff was professional and very informative. The atmosphere was warm and comfortable. Everything about my process was explained to me great detail along with upcoming appointments and payment. The three people who assisted me such as the dentist, dental hygienist and the young lady in the billing department was very helpful and patient. I enjoyed going to this dental facility and would recommend it to others.

Now two days later left side gum swollen and hurts to eat and wear appliance. Want to see Dr. Katy. She was the first Dentist I saw when going to Aspen Dental. I feel more comfortable with her.

Experiencia negativa: First time visiting this place and the Service was terrible no hospitality from the team whatsoever. After they finished checking my mom teeth they told us to wait in the lounge and they said it would be 5-20 minutes. Now it’s been 30 Minutes we are still waiting. I asked one of the employees can she check how much longer she said let me check but she never came back to follow up and just walked past the lounge. I do not recommend this place.

Experiencia negativa: I was visiting Greensboro for a church convocation. I live in Boston and I have Delta Dental insurance. I searched for a dentist that accepted my insurance and found Aspen. I called to make an appointment at the Greensboro office. because the crown on one of my front teeth fell out. I had the crown and simply needed it reattached. I arrived 7 minutes late. for my appointment I noticed outside of the office a sign that said they accept emergencies. I filled out the forms and waited for about 45 minutes before I approached the desk to ask when I would be seen. I was told it would be about 5 more minutes. When I was taken to the back, I was told I needed to have xrays taken because I was a new patient. I had never been to this office and didn't expect to return since I lived about 600 mikes away. I just had full mouth xrays at my dentist in Boston less than a month before and I knew my insurance would not pay for it. I was told the cost would be waived so i allowed the xrays. I was then moved to another room where I was asked questions that I had already answered on the form I filled out. I was then told the hygienist would come in. I waited for about 15 minutes, then I asked if I could skip the hygienist and see the dentist to get my tooth attached. I was told that my insurance would be checked to see if they could do that and that it might be more expensive than gong through all of the steps. I waited for another 20 minutes, then told them I was leaving. I thought I would be seen as an emergency patient not a patient who would be returning. I don't think "emergency" should be advertised if every patient is treated like they will be back.

Experiencia negativa: Made appointment in November after my Periodontist had placed implants for tooth replacement (Abutments and crowns). Received quote for services, and was initially denied dental insurance coverage. Due to change in insurance plan terms, which would partially cover services after Jan 1st, delayed services for approx 2 months. Received new (higher) quote in January, but was told by practice owner that the original quote would be honored. Original quote had dentist in-network, and at a lower cost. After services received in early February, took almost 6 months for insurance to process, as it kept getting denied due to dentist not being properly registered as a provider. Once it was finally processed in July, provider is now out-of-network, causing increased charges. Original quote was NOT honored, and practice refused to make more than a token adjustment to the higher, now out-of-network billed amount. Note that I provided regular follow ups with practice regarding insurance status, starting less than 1 week following treatment. While the actual dental services provided were good, I cannot recommend this office due their billing practices and lack of honoring their promises.

Experiencia fantástica: I was in excruciating pain and I didn’t know many people since I moved in to the area recently but I needed a dentist who would be able to see me right away on a Saturday as a new patient and a walk in. When I walked in the receptionist could tell I was nervous and anxious… with in minutes of explaining my pain and situation, she made me relax and feel at ease. The scheduler Sammy really made me feel like I was not just another patient but an actual person. What a wonderful change of pace.

Experiencia negativa: This place makes crappy dentures. I had 4 breaks under the warranty and now out of the warranty they have broken a fifth time. Absolutely ridiculous. It's not like I am eating anything hard. This last time I was eating a burger. Don't waste your money or time on them!!! Jackie

This company takes my new insurance and I was able to get an appointment quickly. They were efficient with taking full set of x-rays and diagnosed the problem. Experiencia negativa: Seems like all they care about is your money! And very expensive if you don’t have insurance they don’t even provide a payment plan to help out those without insurance! Also, they were supposed to prescribe me some medicine for an infection that I have in my teeth, cause I need a root canal and after going to the pharmacy twice in two different locations on two different days, they never sent the prescription to the pharmacy so I wasted my time Trying to look for a prescription that was never prescribed to me.

Experiencia negativa: we had a deal and then the deal suddenly changed and I was blatantly lied to and nothing was filed with my insurance company because when I got home from receiving the blatant lie bait and switch bullshit, I called and I checked nothing was filed. There is nothing I can say positive about Aspen dental not one single thing zero.

Experiencia fantástica: Wow!! The entire staff is AMAZING!! From the front office to the dental assistants/hygienists, everyone is phenomenal!! And Dr Katy is just SUPERB!!! They truly care about you and your care plan. They include you in everything, make you feel comfortable and relaxed and make sure you're doing ok during and after your procedure. And they are extremely thorough, with EVERYTHING!! If I could give them 100 stars it still wouldn't be enough!

Experiencia fantástica: Aspen Dental Greensboro office staff, while very busy were STILL able to impress this oldster!! First, I called them one day and they were able to see me the next! Past experience with other offices have taken a month or more to get an appointment. They consulted me and gave me great information on their options to help get my teeth in better shape. The services they provide in that one office is soooo much better than having to go to different offices for extractions, implants etc. I could go on and on, but the point is, anyone in the Piedmont Triad in need of dental work should consider Aspen Dental Greensboro.
