She did a great job with the crown and got me an appointment for a root canal the same day. It was my first time seeing Dr. Zamora. I found her to have a wonderful personality and very efficient. I highly recommend this practice.

Having never met anyone there until today, I was in awe that the receptionist knew my name and greeted me immediately. She talked with me like we were old friends that had known each other for years. From the time I was taken back for my evaluation and scans until the end of my appointment, I felt as if my time and concerns were important to her. I left her office two hours later feeling that she truly listened to me and my concerns. I felt assured that her recommendations for my personalized treatment plan had been well thought out and explained thoroughly to me. I left her office feeling confident that that I had finally found a doctor that had listened and was getting a treatment plan that will work for me. Experiencia negativa: This office made a billing mistake and no responsibility has been taken for not giving me correct information about my dental insurance benefits. The visit was just for a filling, so nothing complex or out of the ordinary. The front office staff have been rude and passive aggressive in how they have communicated to me. They have ignored me when I asked for further clarification. No assistance was offered, and they demanded that I pay the bill, and never offered an apology for making a mistake. I paid my responsible portion on the date of service, and I refuse to pay any more based on their inability to accurately look up dental benefits. Secondly, I spent over $1600 on a veneer for a broken front tooth that came out looking gray/dead and is also the wrong shape, which has scarred my gum that it is touching. I’m extremely unhappy with my smile now, and I am about to spend another $1600 somewhere else to fixed the botched veneer. This is definitely not the place to go if you want to be treated with respect, if you want accurate billing, or if you need anything cosmetic done.

I found this clinics on google as soon I found I set up an appointment and today is my 2 visit.staffs are amazing.i hope I will feel better soon just had my soft bite (Braces) which now I feel better. Experiencia positiva: I was there for a consultation for a potential orthodontic device. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately they do not accept United Health Care insurance (even though this is one of the largest insurance companies), making my potential treatment extremely expensive and untenable. Also the exterior of the building needs a significant amount of work and the numbering system for the building was nonsensical, not going in ascending order and skipping around making it hard to find the correct suite.

Experiencia fantástica: First time with this practice. When you walk in you are immediately impressed with the decor and a receptionist that is friendly and knows your name. The dental assistant is friendly, efficient and completes her portion of the evaluation in a very pleasant manner. When Dr. Fuller comes in, she has reviewed the dental CT and completes the process with more in-depth questions and an exam. She then provides you with her opinion as well as options for care. The whole appointment left me satisfied with the care and a feeling that I made the right choice with Dr Fuller.

I have a really hard time with needles and I get super scared/nervous/ and anxious but Dr. Zamora made me feel more comfortable than I ever have. They are all very knowledgeable and let you know anything they are doing as they go, as well as answer any and all questions. I cannot recommend Dr. Fuller enough, all the women there make me feel welcomed, comfortable and take so much anxiety off my chest!!

Experiencia negativa: Did not see my regular Dentist (Dr. Sandra Fuller) and I was very disappointed from the front desk receptionist, Tina, to the new Dentist, (Charles Langdon). This Charles Langdon did not have ANY bedside manners in my opinion, and acted very standoffish and very unconcerned, unlike Dr. Fuller, who has ALWAYS been very professional and very friendly every time I’ve seen her. Unless Charles Langdon can show better concern for patients coming into this practice, there will be many existing patients like myself who return and leave, or first time patients that will come and NOT COME BACK! So please, ALL STAFF AND DOCTORS NEED TO SHOW RESPECT AND THE SAME LEVEL OF CONCERN TO ALL PATIENTS!! THIS WAS A HORRIBLE VISIT AND UNPRODUCTIVE!!!

Experiencia negativa: it has taking me years to write this review. I had such a terrible experience with Sandra Fuller that I have had trauma associated with going to the dentist every since. Not only did I have a RC that failed which may not be her fault, but I did not know what to do for a couple of days after the failure because I could understand what to do as I reached out to her office while she was on vacation. Afterwards when I communiated my issues she could care less. I have never had a dentist that showed they did not care in that way. I left that office that day and never returned. I have a good dentist now but they have to deal with my extreme fear of getting dental work done. I just think that Sandra Fuller needs to know her action hurt a customer. I have not forgotten this in all these years.
