I then went back and had the most meticulous teeth cleaning I've ever had from friendly and charismatic Ruth. She took her time and explained everything she was doing and told me things I could do better. After her, Dr. Chris came in and did a thorough exam...no cavities...and discovered a papilloma that I've had forever but no previous dentist had ever identified. He explained what it was and what my options were... I'm having it removed next week. He was very professional and charismatic as well. I will request these two professionals at all my remaining appointments. 10 out of 10 recommend! ❤️

Experiencia fantástica: So I went into the dentist after not see them for 6 years. I went to a different dentist due to insurance change. I finely was able to go back and I'm extremely happy I did. I seen the same dentist I seen 6 years ago. I went into today with severe pain and they did what needed to be done and by the time I went home and the numbness wore off I have no pain at all. Doctor dan is one of the best dentist I've been through and so happy I was able to go back. Definitely recommend this place.

I’m so pleased with the services from Comfort Dental. The hygienists are kind and professional. And the Doctor himself has been wonderful! I feel heard, respected, and feel that I’ve received quality service. My husband is also a patient and we don’t plan on going anywhere else!

The dentist and hygienist who installed the temporary were very informative and during my whole visit made sure I was comfortable! Highly reccomend this place. I met with a different doctor, Doctor Chris and his assistant Mariney. Wow! Mariney was so cool and very perffectional. Doctor Chris has such a strong and positive bedside manner. He took his time and thoroughly checked my entire mouth from jow my sinuses work, to the roof of my mouth to my jaw and neck. He let me know what needed to be addressed immediately and what needed to be kept an eye on. ALL the doctors are fantastic and I highly recommend COMFORT DENTAL, for all your dental needs. Experiencia negativa: For some reason, my review got deleted. I had an appointment with this dentist office about a week ago, and I came in requesting a tooth to be looked at. I felt very uncomfortable based on the fact that I felt pressured to get a full set of x-rays when that is not what I . After I stated, I did not want a full set of x-rays. Another dental assistant came in the sarcastic one said that I would be getting a full set of x-rays at that point. I mentioned that I did not want that once again she left and then I decided I did not want to continue with the appointment.i do not recommend this place to anyone that staff was extremely unprofessional when I told them I was not going to continue with the appointment and was sarcastic with me saying have a good day after I wasn’t obviously having a good .

By far the best dentist visit I have had before. They took XRays and pictures of all my teeth. Explained any problem areas. When setting up my next appointment they were very upfront about costs and what my insurance covers. That way I can make an informed decision. Very happy with my visit and I am looking forward to my next visit.

They went above & beyond in explaining the prices of everything and how much I would pay out of pocket which was refreshing since some places aren't as open about it. On top of that, they did a pretty thorough deep cleaning and billed me for a standard one. Dr Hu (I hope I got that right) was very helpful and had excellent bedside manners. Highly recommend

Experiencia negativa: About five or six months ago, I came in needing to get a teeth cleaning and ONE tooth looked at due to having some pain. I was told that I had four teeth that needed fillings. So I returned after I did my teeth cleaning, and I came back for another session to get my alleged “teeth that needed fillings “filled. I have had nonstop sensitivity to crunchy foods and cold/hot liquid consecutively for five/six months. I went back to my primary dentist, which is all the way out in Renton, and I was hoping that this dentist office was going to be my new one since I’m out in Tacoma and my primary dentist told me that I had a filling a few years ago and they remain good for up to 20 years. This dentist essentially told me that comfort dental did unnecessary fillings on my teeth and not only was it a waste of time and money, but I have now been in nonstop pain and have not been able to enjoy a meal through and through in five or six months. This is extremely disappointing that this company is doing unnecessary procedures for money and not only that, not doing procedures correctly and leaving me in immense pain. To add on top of that also costing me more money and time to get what they messed up fixed.

Experiencia negativa: Was going to go here but had an emergency come up as I was heading over for my first appointment. Called to let them know I wouldn't make it in and the receptionist just said "ok I'll cancel your appointment." Then hung up the phone. I wasn't asked if I wanted to reschedule or anything. Just hung up the phone. Horrible. I'll be telling everyone to not waste their time with this place.

Experiencia negativa: My family of 4 went here for over 10 yrs but the new management is just insane. They are now all about money. If you aren’t allowing them to gauge you or your insurance, they will yell at you like I was yelled at and berated by the Asian dentist(don’t know his name) all because I refused X rays being done on my children for no reason. We came in for cleaning and had no concerns. We used to love this place but we switched to a different dentist because they are all about money and not their patients.

Mariney was a very calming dental assistant and the front staff are so very friendly and kind also.

Experiencia negativa: I went in because I was having extreme pain in my back left molar, turns out I either needed a root canal and crown or I had to have the tooth pulled, being an extremely broke student with no insurance. I was forced to take the tooth extraction, not my first choice but given the massive price difference of 335$ or 3200$ I had no other choice. This was when Dr.Chris begins berating me for not coming in to the dentist often enough. Me a person who is broke and has limited resources was reprimanded for not coming into the dentist because I knew I couldn’t afford it. He was rude after I chose to get it extracted almost as is he was sad I didn’t spend 3200$ I don’t have. I would personally avoid this place if you have not been going here for a long time. I would also recommend avoiding this place if you lack insurance. The 19$ exam was also just looking at 2 teeth and saying you have two choices not documenting the entire mouth like a new dentist would normally. All around rude doctor, horrible corporate feeling, the place feels cheap, the following of normal dental practice is non existent.

I signed up for the membership program since I don’t have dental and it seems to be a good deal with 2 cleanings and X-rays per year.

The day of appointment they said I don’t have an appointment even though they sent me a link to fill out my new patient form which I did. Then rescheduled. The day of new appointment I show up and the girl asked for my insurance and she looked it up and then told I need to call my insurance to ask them permission to get service at this location which it’s the first time I heard of consider I have same insurance for 6 years and had changed dentist 3 times due to job movements…. Won’t ever come here or recommend this place. Update: no one contact to ask for my bad review. This place is a joke and very unprofessional.

Experiencia negativa: Went back to their facility, because they were so accommodating and could get me in, to smooth down some roughness on a couple of my teeth from a procedure from the day before. By the time I left their office, after having my teeth smoothed a bit more, The hygienist had been so extremely rough on my teeth and gums, that my gums ended up being extremely irritated and swollen for two weeks. The hygienist that provided this awful experience, was also very rude. I spoke to a doctor /OWNER numerous times about this unfortunate, awful situation , Either via text or phone call and he assured me that he was taking care of things. He apologized several times and I was good with that! But, at this point, I would never use this facility again and I am sticking to that Perhaps if I don’t receive any more text messages from either the doctor or the facility, THAT KEEPS sending them to me, I might actually remove this awful review!! Mind you though, I will still leave this one star RATING, that’ll never disappear!!!

I will never go anywhere else. Very professional, and curtious. If you ever need your dentures or even partials adjusted she will work on it until YOU ARE HAPPY with the fit.

Experiencia negativa: I came here last year and when I called I confirmed that it was $19 for exam and xray and the lady said yeah. When I went in it was $120! They only told me that AFTER. Not only that they said I had a cavity and when I went to another dentist that accepted my insurance he told me I have no cavities. Whole thing just irked my nerves. If it was going to be that much then put that as the advertisement not $19. Only came here cuz i couldn’t find anyone to accept my insurance yet.

Experiencia negativa: I wish I could say more about the actual dental experience but I couldn’t even get the paperwork for new patients. I scheduled an appointment and I was suppose to receive a message to complete new patient forms but it never came. I called when they opened the day of the appointment and they didn’t even have my appointment on the books. I scheduled for the same time and they said they would send the forms. I didn’t receive the forms so I called again and they told me that they sent it to the wrong number so they’d send it to my actual number (which I confirmed with them). I waited again and still nothing. So I ended up canceling the appointment because if they can’t even get this right, then I can’t trust them around my teeth. Also, I made sure to test that it wasn’t a phone issue on my end.
