Experiencia negativa: I went to this establishment for a routine teeth cleaning during COVID because my dentists office was closed. The dentist I had was extremely rude and insisted that I needed a root canal for one of my teeth. I explained to her that I did not have pain and wanted her to explain to me why this would be necessary. She got frustrated with my questions and was not able to professionally explain why. Long story short, I got a second opinion when my main dentist reopened. They stated that I did not need a root canal and to this day…. 6 years later I have zero problems with the tooth they tried to kill. I WILL NOT ever revisit this dentist again.

Experiencia fantástica: We switched to Foleck because it was in our insurance network and I am so glad to have found Dr. Markonda. He was amazing with my 11 year old and found some pretty big issues we needed to address ASAP. He is through in his exams and answers any and all of your questions. The hygienist was amazing too! He explained what he was doing the entire time and kept checking on my son to make sure he was ok.

Experiencia fantástica: I'm terrified of sharp, pointy objects, particularly when they are in my mouth and ESPECIALLY when I have to pay for the (dis)pleasure of them being used for my benefit. That being said, the folks at the Foleck Center on Cunningham Drive are some of the best dentists I've encountered. Shamonte and Dr. Markonda surely had their patience tested with me but they showed me that I am in very good hands by being patient and understanding of my fears and explaining what they were doing and what the next steps would be. I'm not saying that I'm looking forward to my next visit but I'm a wee bit less fearful of what's to come. Alexis and Sparkle are wonderful office managers and have helped me with scheduling and seeing what my payment options are as well as showing what I can financially expect if I decide to get teeth whitening or orthodontics. Overall, everyone I've interacted with in this office has been wonderful and I appreciate them for taking excellent care of my teeth and gums as well as helping to alleviate my worries and concerns on my journey to a healthy smile.

Experiencia negativa: The Kecoughtan office is the repeatedly the most uncustomer focused and communication challenged office. They simply don't appear to share information with each other. While the new office is aesthetically nice, systemic leadership issues prevail. There are significant opportunities for improvement around customer relations, communication and organization. When a person confirms an appointment in person and still has an appointment canceled 10 minutes before the appointment, it is clear that there is a gap in communication. This is a small office and there is simply no excuse. I have had friends leave their practice with similar complaints, but I've always wanted to give them the benefit. I hope with the new fresh building, they also take a look at their processes. This is about your customer. Update - I have to update this review and say that while I was not happy with what happened, I was very impressed with the fact that the dentist personally called to apologize. That was unexpected and truly a people centered thing to do and I am very grateful for her.

Ms. Gabi Green was very considerate, caring and patient with my anxiety and feeling uneasy about the upcoming treatment plan. She gave me the reassurance that everything was going to be okay. Second of all I keep having to come back for re scheduling appointments or canceling they drag out getting a crown I was suppost to get my permit crown today but now I have to come back they don't have my permit crown. I'm not happy I'm very upset

The treatment plan made no sense saying I’ve already used towards $1000 on my plan when that was my first appointment & cleaning of the year. They just wanted more money out of pocket. I went to a different dental office and they gave me a quote of $200 less. How coincidental.

Experiencia fantástica: I am the worst dental patient ever. On top of severe anxiety, I am a bleeder, anaesthetics don't work for me, I can't have epinephrine, I have a gag reflex, and I'm allergic to most antibiotics. Dr. Novak didn't care. She went above and beyond to ensure that I was treated with the best possible care! Because I have so many issues with dentistry, I had put off care for too long. This led to needing two root canal treatments at the same time. Dr. Novak and her hygienist Justin worked around ALL of my issues, and were genuinely kind and supportive during the procedure (though I'm sure they were frustrated). Becky, at the front desk, was a pleasure to speak with as well. She got me in and out quickly, and worked with my schedule to find a good appointment time for my crown placements. Though I hope I never EVER have to have a root canal again (anaesthetics not working, and all that), I was blown away by the level of service and kindness from Dr. Novak and her team. 10/10, would recommend.

Experiencia positiva: Although they are in excellent dentistry, and Dr. Dano is the best they have unreasonable, cancellation, and reschedule fees which are $75. I am not disputing a fee to cancel or reschedule but to charge $75 is a bit much on top of the fee that you're paying for your dental work. The unexpected often happens, but apparently they have no tolerance for that so I will be moving my business else place so be advised that if you cancel reschedule or happen to have an emergency, they don't care they're still charging you $75.

Experiencia negativa: I do not recommend this place at all. They charged me significantly more than what was agreed upon for my dental work. Additionally, several of the fillings they gave me came loose after a few days and are now causing me pain.

The hygienist, Helen, was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to address the questions and concerns I had regarding my teeth. We are looking forward to our next cleaning!

Experiencia negativa: I was a patient of the Foleck Center in 2022 and 2023, and saw my dentist for both regular cleanings and Invisalign during this time. As a result, I was in the office for appointments frequently. This office is chronically behind schedule. I regularly had to wait 20-30 minutes to be seen for my scheduled appointments. On one occasion, I had to leave and come back to be seen another day. Even just checking out after I had finished seeing the dentist sometimes took 15 minutes. I was regularly given inconsistent or incomplete information about how my payments toward my treatment would be handled by the office in conjunction with my insurance. I left feeling intentionally misled, and blindsided by unforeseen challenges in my insurance coverage (which were not made known to me until five months after my treatment ended). The dental services met my needs, but the administrative headache was not worth it, and I wouldn’t recommend this office.

Experiencia negativa: My mother initially set up an appointment for my father to have his teeth extracted. I called to check for any cancellations so that he could be seen sooner. After his cleaning, he was charged $600 for a toothbrush and mouthwash that was never requested. My father initially believed the charge was for the cleaning. My mother immediately called the facility to inquire about the charges. She was told that because of HIPPA they were unable to discuss his treatment plan or his finances with her. My father is an older man with trouble hearing and seeing and he was manipulated into accepting this charge without any breakdown of fees or a receipt for his payment. I would not recommend any elders or anyone with elderly parents to use this facility unless there will be someone with them to make sure they are not taken advantage of.

I got the Invisalign treatment and veneers put on for my peg laterals ! My smile looks so perfect ! Trish is amazing as well making sure all my appointments get scheduled and keeping on top of my treatment plan. 10/10 and now I can’t stop smiling ! This has definitely boosted my confidence and I highly recommend Dr. Dano for all of your dentistry and cosmetic dentistry needs !

Dr A was really nice and the dental assistant was so comforting as well. I can not remember his name, but his was the young black man that is 18, who's future goal is to be a dental hygienist. I want to thank him for making me feel so comfortable. Dr A went over my plan in detail and i'm ready to start my journey for a new smile. I was then paired up with Sparkle. She went over the financing and number crunched with me so that I can know what to expect, she was very sweet and I look forward to continuing to work with her on this journey. Experiencia negativa: The receptionist was nice other than that 0 stars. I mean absolute 0. They do NOT PROVIDE same day emergency service but they will say they do and waste your time and copay. Additionally I asked for cosmetic work Which the doctor did not recommend because my remaining 18 teeth are healthy!? Who has ever associated an adult with 18 teeth as healthy?? Its a COSMETIC dentist and they don't even do that. This place is a complete sham and I'm on my way home to find a real dentist.

Dr. Dano and Eric were so charming and friendly that I completely forgot I was in the chair. I highly recommend them if you get nervous at the dentist like I do. The woman at the front desk was also very kind and lovely and so was the woman who checked me out but I did not get their names. Either way, I think everyone who works here is probably awesome. You will end up waiting 45 minutes just to checkout, and the staff has no sense of any urgency. The majority of these 5-star reviews are completely FAKE. Do not go here. Go find a good holistic dentist that won’t waste your time and money.

Experiencia negativa: Wasn’t the experience I was expecting, the dental assistant was rough when giving me X-rays. The bitewing was too big and it was cutting my gums and extremely uncomfortable. At one point the assistant shoved the bitewing in my mouth to the point that I gagged and the bite wing dropped on the floor. I did notice that If you leave a 5 star review on google that you will get an discount so that is why this establishment has been receiving so many 5 stars but it was far from a 5 star experience. I do not recommend this dentist to anybody looking to establish dental care.

It was an unbelievable amount of time) in the chair as well as in the waiting room to just pay and leave. Very chaotic in there. Also, a homeless man walked in the waiting room as I was in there. WEIRD UNCOMFORTABLE PLACE. Stay far away. Dentists are scams anyway.

Experiencia negativa: Assistant handling tools with bare hands is not a good idea that stuff goes in our mouth. I didn't say nothing at the time but after thinking about it I got a little worried. Don't get me wrong gloves were on during the process but no gloves while unwrapping and setting up tools and equipment that went into my mouth.

Experiencia negativa: I went to the dentist because while on vacation my face was swollen on the side I had an old crown and I had been to the emergency room twice. The doctor told me to get the tooth looked at when I return home to be on the safe. (Allergic reaction)This was the only place I could get in right away.The office staff was good. I explain to them that I was afraid of the dentist. They assured me they would take good care. I arrived at the office at 7 am and left at 3:40 pm the first visit. This is where it took a turn for the worst. I ended up with getting teeth cleaning, X-rays and a root canal. “This would be cheap than just looking at the crown.” I then found out the swelling of my face had nothing to do with the the crown. Very unexpected. The root canal was not finished I had to come back a month later to have them finish it. The first temporary Crown they put in was fine. But when I went back to finish the root canal the second temporary crown was sticking out far from my gums inside and out. It is very irritating. When I drink or swallow anything it felt like I was sucking through the part of my teeth that’s not attached to my gums. The assistances did not know what instrument the doctor would ask for, they had to waste time finding the tools need for my procedure. The doctor was treating me and other patients at the same time. She was in an out of the room several times. Now I am in a panic state. I started this appointment at 1:30 and ended at 3: 37. Then got a second option for this plan. That cost more money. I’m scared to go back but I need this temporary fixed before I go out of town. “If you have a fear of the dentist this is not the place to go!”

Experiencia negativa: My insurance connected me directly to this office and for the price and availability, I was excited! I need a crown after I had just gotten a root canal elsewhere. Connecting with them was easy but the experience was not the best. I’m a very anxious person and thought the hardest part (getting a root canal) was over. My specialist was very rough! Although he tried to make me comfortable before the procedure, that was out the window when he began to work on my tooth. The suction tube didn’t work so there was water everywhere! On my face, clothes and all in the back of my mouth. He also shaved my tooth down without numbing but that wasn’t where the pain came from it came from him being heavy handed. He put so much pressure on my mouth and tooth that I was uncomfortable. He also left bits and pieces of the shaved tooth and cement in my mouth where I had to push it out with my tongue and not to mention he cut my gums (left with a gauze in my mouth)! That led to my minor anxiety attacks, his assistance noticed and wanted to inform him but he proceeded to work and said he was almost done anyways. Following up for my next appointment, it was still the same rough and harsh experience. He cut my gums the first time and the second time did the same but not as bad because I reacted immediately when I felt discomfort. If my procedure wasn’t urgent, I could’ve waited for my original dentist office to take me in. They might have better simpler services but their crowning service was not the best.

Experiencia negativa: TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. I’ve been going here for years and never had any issues even during the pandemic. I have multiple medical conditions that prevent me from wearing a mask. These people are physically in your mouth and air ways while you are here. I’ve been vaccinated and have had COVID. They asked me to wait outside or in my vehicle until my appointment. Well I got dropped off for my appointment today and it’s been raining on and off. Lady at the desk said I could wait outside or wear a mask only two options. May I remind everyone it’s never been an issue before. Needless to say I’m moving dentist to one that doesn’t discriminate.

Experiencia negativa: It was after hours and I had horrific pain in my upper and lower jaw, face and ear so I looked up 24 hour emergency dentist in my area and they popped up. I called and the lady I spoke with said the dentist on call would be calling me back shortly. I waited a hour and no one called me back. I called them back and again I was told the on call dentist would call me to see how he could help. Again no call, so I had to go to the ER. Moral of the story don’t call them if you’re looking for emergency dental care because you won’t get a call back!!

These guys are fast and efficient, and the crowns they’ve repaired for me came out great and matched my teeth perfectly. The plan for cleanings and other dental services is worth the money. Doc Limon and all of the techs I’ve encountered have been friendly and professional.
