Experiencia negativa: Be careful at this office. They have young dentists and hygienists recommending over-treatments to collect more commissions. It was confirmed at other dentists through second and third opinions and they have heard the same about this location. When I ask for a basic cleaning they refuse and will only give you the option to over-treat in order to get more money out of you. Do not trust this staff.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been seeing Dr. Dieuvielle for about five years now, and I can’t recommend him enough! Even though I’ve fallen behind on some cleanings, I always take good care of my teeth and he’s always been supportive, never judgmental. The office is beautiful, clean, and recently expanded, which makes visits even more comfortable. I love that there are TVs in every room to help distract me (which is perfect since I have pretty bad dental anxiety). Appointments are easy to schedule, and the staff is friendly and efficient. Dr. Dieuvielle is incredibly thorough, kind, and really listens to his patients’ needs. I always feel like I’m in good hands here. A bunch of my friends and coworkers see him too, which says a lot!

Experiencia fantástica: I hate to go to the dentist, but two broken teeth caused me to go see a Dentist. I researched Dentists near me and decided on Rivergate Dentists. I can't praise them enough! Dr. Elizabeth Le is a caring, thoughtful Dentist who listens and remembers her patients. Her assistant, Niva and Hygienist Lula are outstanding making sure their patients are comfortable as possible. Alyssa at the front desk greets everyone with a smile and is extremely pleasant. She makes sure everyone is signed in and ready to see the staff. Jenny Yeisleny, Office Manager runs the office very efficiently, explaining to patients about their appointments and billing. As a retired military veteran and senior citizen, they treated me with the most caring treatment of any Medical Professional Office. I highly recommend them for your dental needs.

Experiencia negativa: Don't fall for the coupon SCAM like I did! It was supposed to be $59 for a new patient for exam/cleaning etc. After exam, they said no cavities, looks good except for 1 tooth has more bacteria around one side of it, so you don't "qualify" for our standard cleaning. I said ok, how much extra for the additional effort on the one tooth? Their answer....almost $400!!!! I said skip the extra effort please and just do the regular cleaning. They refused!!! I spend 1 1/2 HOURS there only to walk out with no cleaning (and yes, they still charged me).

I would recommend using there practice. Had a Post -Op appointment today. They were able to do my cleaning today as well. Saved me a trip back next Monday. The Dental Hygienist was excellent. Explained everything very well. Great Experience !!! 9-2-2021 I had my last Dentist Appointment today hopefully for awhile. I had my Partial installed. Being 63 years of age I had my natural teeth for so many years this will take some time to adjust. The staff was very thorough and fitted the partial to fit my gums etc. I know it’s all going to work out just fine. Mary and Dr. Dieuveille answered my question for the concerns I had. I Love this bunch. I highly recommend using them. 9-16-2025 I had my 6 month cleaning and x-rays today. I once again had nothing but the Best Care and Treatment. I drive by at least 2-3 dentist offices getting to my appointments thinking why would I be doing this. Well I’ve had nothing but the Best Care over the years at Rivergate dental and I have no reason to switch. I have said it before and I’ll say again that I highly recommend Rivergate Dental to anyone.

Experiencia positiva: Nice doctors and friendly staff but services are too expensive if you have no insurance. I initially came here because I was new to the area and received one of their promotional flyers in the mail. They were offering a teeth cleaning and X-rays for only $60. Well, now that I’m an established patient I was charged $430 for a teeth cleaning, X-rays and some fluoride. I may have been at fault for not asking the prices beforehand but I also feel that for those who are self pay they should be made aware of the charges before expecting them to pay once the work has been done.

Recently on a Friday I noticed unusual hot and cold sensitivity to a tooth with an old gold crown and contacted the office for the next available appointment. On Monday I went in to have it looked at it. I hoped I wasn’t flossing and brushing enough on that rear molar as my Dental Tech tells me each visit. That was the case! He said the tooth is fine. There was no charge. DMD Josue Duvalier & staff are amazing. Looking forward to my next cleaning appointment.

She showed me two areas to do better in brushing but overall said I’m doing a good job maintaining my teeth because the tarter was minimal. The Dentist came in to check a spot and said nothing to worry about but better to be safe than sorry, I said that’s my Motto! The staff are always kind and proficient. I would highly recommend this office. I met the staff on 2/5/2024. They were all kind, courteous and very professional from start to finish. The Dentist is sincere, addressed my dental issues and formulated a plan. I look forward to returning for periodontal cleanings and maintenance. Thank you. Just had two deep cleanings by Lola on 2/13 and 2/14/2024. She is outstanding and very skilled. She cleaned my teeth and removed plague then put Arestin in the area of my upper back teeth to help with bone loss. She explained things to me about home dental care that no other Hygienist did in the past. She is gentle and I’m extremely grateful. This is the fourth Dentist in 2 years and I’m thankful to have finally found them to start receiving proper care.

Experiencia negativa: I went in for the $59 cleaning and was told I needed to do a deep cleaning & that I could NOT use this coupon at this time. The office told me that the NEXT cleaning they will charge me $20 for the cleaning. So I paid for the deep cleaning and they scheduled my appointment for 7/9/25. They called to confirm my appt and I confirmed with them that I will only be charged the $20 for this cleaning and they stated NO. I HATE LIARS so needless to say I cancelled my appt with them and told them to NEVER call me again.

Experiencia negativa: I went in with extreme pain and walked out with advice “change my toothpaste”. No pain meds. They said they didn’t see anything. I later developed a lump on my gum that was so painful. I asked for antibiotics, and the doctor told me no. I had to go to my primary care physician to get the antibiotics and can you believe the lump and pain has since gotten better and by the time I’m done with my treatment it’ll probably be gone completely. Yea definitely don’t recommend going here. The energy in the office is a little off too.

Experiencia fantástica: My first experience with Rivergate Dentist was great. It was a night and day difference between them and my previous dentist office. I been with my previous dentist office for almost 5 years. Nevertheless the experience was not as good The only bright side was My hygienist at the time.,which now has retired due to all the nonsense that has been going on in that office. I try to stay see a new hygienist at that office. Nevertheless that person wasn't feeling well. They seem like they had a cold. They were coughing and sneezing everywhere, even though they had a mask on. I ended up getting covid symptoms from them So I tried another new hygienist at the same office, and this one I just did not get along with, Because the previous one that got me sick did not do her job correctly, and they wanted me to pay extra money out of my pockets to do X-rays. And what I refuse. And because I refuse to pay for it. They cannot continue to do the Deep scaling cleaning. And I said fine. They charged me a fee for not wanting to do the work. And told Me I will be charged a fee so the hygienist can be compensating for the time wasted. What about my time wasted waiting to be called Almost hour later from the waiting area? That was the last thing that set me off. So I left peacefully and quietly and never looked back. If I told you what the name of the dentist office was? I sure you would know who they were? especially those who are using Medicare. I'll just give you the initials C.D I don't want to get the full name because I don't want to bash them publicly. But I told them if they continue doing what they're doing I'm sure their offices will start closing now. Which is why it's a revolving door with dentists at that place. Which is probably why now my insurance company did not recommend them on the list. They might have been removed due to all the complaints from other patients. Anyway back to RugerGate Dentist. It was a great experience a little of a wait to be seen but not too bad. I have waited longer like an hour long outside waiting for someone to call me in at my previous dentist office. So again night and day difference between R.D and previous dentist. All of the staff are friendly and very professional. As soon as you step in you are greeted with a warm welcome. And then when you go inside you're still treated with a warm welcome and treated kindly from the technicians, dentists and hygienist. This is genuine friendly customer service. This is not paid customer service. Meaning you know when someone's being customer service friendly due to the job? But they are customer service friendly due to their genuine sincere kindness as people, as Humans. My previous dentist misdiagnosed me. Told Me it looks like had a cracked tooth. And I need to get a crown right away. And wanted to charge me over $1,000 for a different type of material crown what's the insurance company partially covered. And now my new dentist here at this office told me they don't see any crack teeth at all and I didn't do not need a crown at least for now. Which makes me believe if I was lied to from my previous dentist office who put in my other crowns so they just to make money? I mean it happens. My neighbor told me a funny story the other day when her husband went to the dentist office to get checked out. And after his exam the dentist told him that you're going to buy me a swimming pool After the Dentist left the room, my neighbor got up immediately and left the office saying you're not going to use me to buy yourself a swimming pool I jokingly responded to his wife and said, the Dentist probably left the office to call his wife and children to let them know about the good news that they're going to get a swimming pool they wanted Other then that I highly recommend Rivergate Dentist. I found Dr.Dieuveville to be very caring, gentle, and thorough with a broken tooth that resulted in a relatively painless root canal and an eventual tooth replacement (permanent cap). Dr. Dieuveille's staff was accommodating, efficient, and friendly. They all look like they're in a happy place jobwise.

The dentist did an excellent job and it was extremely fair pricing the hygienist was excellent very thorough didn’t rush. The office it’s not mass production. Everybody’s an individual, my mother is 92 and they took their time with her and my mother feels the same way that I do, The best dentist office we’ve ever gone to. I hope you will check them out in Port St. Lucie Florida. The entire staff is very friendly.

A wonderful dentist who was very approachable, attentive, carefully explained the options/careplan that was suitable for my needs. Lastly, Nina (receptionist) was wonderful as she explained my careplan in full detail & assisted with scheduling my next appointments to fit my availability. Experiencia negativa: She’s not a child, she is an adult, you would know who we are and what is going on instead of typing oh safety for your child…. She needed clearance for Cavity fillings and other work not for just cleaning which you canceled her appointment for a CLEANING This place is the WORST!! They canceled my daughter’s appointment for no reason, they wanted a clearance for teeth cleaning??? Sooo we were getting it and they canceled the appointment. So we send clearance to her doctor who put a big ? On their fax and returned. My daughter has MS but doesn’t need a clearance for teeth cleaning, so even the neurologist was like whaaaat??? Soooo anyway they canceled before the clearance… But not only that my other daughter had 8 cavities in her mouth but the dentist filled them but missed one? The only one that was obvious and black and brown and now they want to charge more? The only reply was oh you need a deep cleaning it looked like food. You had to seen that in the X-rays? Of course because you wanted more money SHE JUST had her deep cleaning and she paid for all of her fillings and cleaning!! Please read the other reviews that left 1 star because they aren’t wrong! And the lady I was on the phone with was rude to me because I told her my daughter doesn’t need to have clearance and she’s probably the one that canceled us without telling us. We didn’t talk to the manager because of course she was busy and she get back to us, that’s ok, we aren’t coming back no need to get back to us

Experiencia negativa: My family and I had been patients at this office for over 8 years until this past visit. Dr. Deauville is an excellent dentist, but the practice as a whole has gone downhill. To make a long story short, I was there for 4 and 1/2 hours one day because they were running behind, not to mention that the assistant did 90% of the work. I paid $419 which is what I was quoted. I had to go back to finish the work, but it was delayed because I got herpes simplex from the first visit. In the meantime, they billed me an additional $96. When I went back and inquired about the herpes as well as the bill I was told by the office manager who has zero customer service skills that, "I have no proof that I got the herpes there." She also insisted that I pay the $96 before they finished the work. I have never been treated so poorly! Also, coincidentally, they did not text or email me to ask for a review like they usually do. Needless to say, I will never be back there again!

I was numbed for the procedure with no pain, the tooth was broken and was not easy to extract. It took almost 2 hours but the job was done ! Dr Geraldi did a good job under the circumstances, she kept me as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend her services she is excellent with administering the Novacaine, she calmed my fears for future dental work !

My son was very unhappy having to be there with me and they were all so accommodating and friendly. The dentist went over everything with me thoroughly and explained what had to be done. Experiencia negativa: I miss the old friendly staff. After over 30 years of happy visits, things have gone downhill. I have not actually seen the doctor in over a year, only his assistants. And I was finally called in 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment. The cleaning method went from water pressure cleaning back to scraping. It was NOT my best day at the dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: I found this office by walking from my car through shopping center to Publix. I went in to inquire about seeing a dentist for a molar that had just chipped a day before. I was greeted by super friendly front desk ladies. I told them i had just moved here and my dental dilemna. They gave me an appointment the very next day. The dentist and dental hygenist were sweet, patient and kind. I feel so lucky to find a great dental office so soon. They are winderful and i highly recommend them!

Experiencia negativa: Unprofessional. I went in for a consultation and X-rays. They said I need a deep cleaning. They told me they would put Arestin (antibiotics) in my gums to help with healing. They never once said it was not a covered service. They gave me the treatment plan which no one ever went over with me, I don’t understand insurance but when I came for the first half, they charged me $231. Then I came in for the second half and they charged me $231 again. The hygienist didn’t do fluoride the second time bc I was bleeding too much bc she butchered my mouth over and over and over, although they still charged me for it according to my insurance. The first claim that was processed through my insurance says my patient responsibility is only $71. So my insurance called them and asked why did they changed me $320 over my patient responsibility? Officr said the Arestin (antibiotics) were not covered and a self pay service!!! Not ONCE did they go over that with me. I don’t understand insurances and claims, etc. Why would no one tell me that? I would’ve opted out bc it’s not necessary. So I called and spoke with Nina who kept saying “oh well, you signed the paper.” I tried to explain just because I signed it doesn’t mean anyone went over it with me or I understand it. I didn’t know it was not covered, had I known, I would’ve skipped it or went some place else bc who has $320 to spend extra when you already pay for insurance? They never said verbally “please know antibiotics are not covered and you will pay $320 for that alone. NINA had an oh well attitude and told me to go ahead and leave a bad review. So here’s an HONEST review. They were not transparent about what was covered or what wasn’t. That’s how they scam people so plz be aware of any services they offer and double check it’s covered. People struggle to eat now a days and you have an office like this who builds their profits on dishonest information and tricks. Had they been honest, I would have simply opted out and we wouldn’t have an issue. The “well you signed the treatment plan” excuse is poor. all of the information on it is foreign to me. I don’t know what the columns stand for or what amounts are applied where. They failed to educate me and expected me to read the paper and know. No one was vocal and broke it down for me and said “here look, just fyi this is out of pocket.” Like excuse me?! Horrible. Jenny the office manager made the same excuse and said she did explain it to me, which she didn’t because if she did there would be zero reason to be upset. She took zero accountability and instead was argumentative speaking over me and said they have a great reputation and it’s my fault I didn’t read the paper. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW WHAT I’M LOOKING AT IF YOU NEVER EXPLAINED IT. They said it wasn’t optional and if I didn’t want to pay it then I could’ve declined the cleaning. But no I couldn’t have if I wasn’t told from the beginning that a portion of it is not covered. She also proceeded to tell me “for you the antibiotics were not optional, you needed it!”. Joke of a staff. I also had two other people a man and woman share their experience with me as well that it happened to them too and warned me to never go back. I cancelled all future appointments. It’s a shame that the staff operates this way because the doctor himself has incredible bedside manner and he’s very nice and does a good job. But whoever is in charge needs to do better. Don’t make the same mistake I did and trust anyone, have them go over every single service and whether or not it’s covered. If I have insurance why would you just assume I’d be okay to pay out of pocket for ANYTHING?! UPDATE: insurance company is filing a financial complaint against them bc they tried to conceal the fact they charged me out of pocket for that service by not submitting the claims when it’s actually 70% covered with my plan. NOW THEY OWE ME MONEY.

The staff in the office treat me like family. The hygienist is very good at teeth cleaning. I Highly recomend Rivergate Dental.

My original dentist retired and Dr. Dieuveille took over the practice and has updated the technology and he is very good. Experiencia positiva: The staff is friendly and helpful. The doctor is kinda quick with you, but he’s really good. They were short staffed the day I went there so I was just sitting in the chair waiting a long time, which I didn’t like because I have dental anxiety. I’d say I was waiting to get started(after X-rays) 45 minutes to an hour. My whole procedure itself only took about 20 minutes. So all said and done 2 hours including waiting to be called in.
