Kazzy is a thoughtful and caring dental hygienist. Kazzy noticed I was nervous right away and took the time to reassure me with such a positive attitude. Everyone from the office staff and to the doctor went above and beyond to make sure that he was comfortable both physically and emotionally. Experiencia fantástica: Family Dentistry of Jensen Beach is the best dental office in Martin County, Florida. The entire office is always attentive, professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming. On my first consultation appointment Dr. Daashoush explained everything to me thoroughly and informed me of which options would be best for me to improve my dental health. Dr. Daashoush also explained every step of the dental amalgam removal procedure and was very gentle which calmed my anxiety and put me at ease. I felt so relaxed and comfortable I drifted off to sleep twice during the procedure. Emmy, did an amazing job with assisting Dr. Daashoush during the installation of my two crowns, ensuring they matched the color of my natural teeth, and I was happy with the appearance and how securely they fitted. Tina is always efficient and tender during my cleanings. I have not experienced any discomfort during or after my cleanings and they are consistently completed in a timely manner. I would like to thank Dr. Daashoush and his outstanding staff for their exceptional care, I no longer feel anxious about my dental appointments because I know when I go for my deep cleaning and Invisalign appointments, I will be taken care of by this wonderful office. Experiencia negativa: The dentist seemed professional, friendly and had good bedside manners, however they refused to do the service that I requested. I had a $59 coupon( X-Ray, consultation with the dentist and cleaning.) They refused to do the basic cleaning as I needed a deep(gingivitis) cleaning.

I was incredibly anxious, having not been to a dentist in many years, and knowing I needed some serious dental work done. I was immediately put at ease, and had zero issues with any of the procedures at all. The follow-up calls were wonderful, and every question or worry I had were answered with compassion and professionalism. Everyone who works there is wonderfully warm and friendly, and I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs a dentist. 11/10

Experiencia negativa: I came in for a for dental cleaning. As a new patient I expected the typical x-rays and exam. After a much longer than usual time for that process, I was told I needed a deep clean which would have to be scheduled at a later date. It is a very expensive procedure and only half the teeth are done in one appt. I asked for the standard dental clean that I that I came in for and the hygienist told me she didn’t have time. I heard the hygienist telling another patient that they needed a deep clean. I do not recommend Family Dentistry of Jensen Beach. If you go, don’t expect to get out for under $1000. They’ll find something you “need” done.

Experiencia negativa: Would not reccomend. I had a very poor experience there. This practice refused to clean my teeth because I chose not to do periodontal work. I went to two other dentists in Jensen that both evaluated me and told me they do not know why this place was trying to sell me services that I don’t need for my teeth. the reason I gave two stars is because the actual dentist was truly trying not to upsell me and to just clean my teeth. but then I think his mom boss came in and told him no. Also the lady that took the X-rays was super kind and sweet. Hopefully they change their aggressive practices so it doesn’t feel as bad as a car dealership upsell.

Experiencia negativa: Not at all compassionate. My husband had a toothache. They did x-rays and found the tooth needed to be Extracted. The tooth beside it was going bad as well, but didn’t need pulled right away. They refused to pull just one tooth and wanted to charge us over $1100 to pull two teeth. Instead of only pulling one tooth, they let my husband leave the office in pain. They were only worried about their bottom line. MONEY. They do not care about people, and got upset with us for voicing our opinion about only wanting one tooth pulled.

Tina is an amazing Hygienist and I highly recommend her. I wanted to write a second review because this place deserves the praise. Today was the first time that I needed a dental procedure. Usually I just visit for routine cleanings but was experiencing severe pain in my tooth. I left a message at 1am because of my pain levels and asked them to please help me. The office doesn’t even open until 9am but they called me at 8am. They told me to come right in. From the second I walked in the door every single person working in this office were the nicest, kindest most compassionate people that I have met in a very long time. I had to have a tooth pulled and an implant. They walked me through every step of it and I couldn’t be more grateful. It is not often in life that you find a building full of extremely intelligent people who are also extremely kind. Dr. Ahmed Daashoush is brilliant. Implants can be challenging and from start to finish it was completely clear that he knew exactly what he was doing, it was very impressive. Every single person in this office is the top of their field. They are the very best at what they do. If you are searching for a dentist office with kind, intelligent and compassionate people, Family Dentistry of Jensen Beach is the place that I recommend. I had been to another dentist and they told me it was going to be $1,200 for a cleaning, and I have good insurance, but they were doing a specialty cleaning. Anyways they told me I didn’t need that and they did everything for under $200. Absolutely thrilled I found them! The doctor as well is thorough, professional, and explains treatments well. The office manager Mimi is amazing! I also had some discomfort and they were able to get me in the next day. My husband and I have both gone and enjoyed our visits.

Everyone on team is an all-star. I went to another dentist for a cavity I had and the dentist check it out and said it's not a big deal he could repair it, he checked my insurance then came back and said i needed a root canal and couldn't fix it. I decided to get a second opinion and I went to Dr Daashous and he fixed it without a root canal. I strongly recommend this office to anyone that needs dental help. The doctor is excellent, the staff is great. The Admin Stacy is always pleasant ever time I walk in, the docs assistant Alishia is caring and compassionate, and Tina is a very experienced Hygienist. 10 out of 10 strongly recommend. Nobody wants to go to a dentist. But this office does their best to make it a pleasant experience

She explained everything so there were no surprises and she did a great job. The office was super clean and the entire staff was sooooo kind! I went to my appointment last week, and they said I was due for x-rays and I said I didn't want to do x-rays, just the cleaning. They said they couldn't do a cleaning without doing x-rays so I got up and walked out. I have plenty of friends who don't get x-rays done at other places, so I have no idea why they would tell me I was required to get x-rays. If I go to you for a cleaning, why can't you just do a cleaning? Sorry, but I'm not going to a place that tries to force me to do something I don't want to do. Makes absolutely no sense.

Experiencia negativa: Let me start by saying if you have minors, they won’t allow you in the room with them as they get any procedures done or even a simple cleaning. Not sure why they implement this policy but seem as they have something to hide. I asked about being present as my daughter is a minor and they said “yes we will get you once the X-rays are done.” As I sat for 15 minutes, I asked if the X-rays were done already. The receptionist said the hygienist will get me in 5 minutes. Fast forward 15 minutes later and the cleaning and X-rays were all done by the time she came and brought me to the back to explain the X-rays. Why lie to the parent first off and secondly keep them out the back when you are dealing with a minor? Decided to take my daughter to another dentist office where they happily allowed me to be present with my daughter.
