I cracked a tooth on saturday and was in their chair first thing monday morning. They took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure I was comfortable at all times. The exteaction, follow up, and cleaning were flawless experiences.The most amazing part was how up front they were about costs and timeframes. They have a patient for life and I can't stress enough how awesome this entire office is.

Experiencia negativa: My experience with the office on Port St Lucie blvd was horrible with the office manager. I went in to discuss an overpayment and the explanation did not sit well with me. I contacted her again and was basically told you got a refund so be happy. I am happy that I got a refund, but the billing is still not correct. She said that I chose them so I trusted them. No I chose them because they had a opening at the time. The experience was bad so lesson learned. Her customer services skill needs more work. Elizabeth.

Experiencia negativa: I requested 3 and a half weeks ago for an appointment for an extraction. I called again and was told someone would get back to me. I called several times after this and no one got back to me. Then on April 25th, 2025, the Office Manager apologized for not getting back to me and would call me on April 28th, 2025. Before my cleaning appointment to inform me of the schedule extraction. I got no call on April 28th, 2025. I got a text and email for the cleaning on April 29th. THANK YOU FOR GREAT SERVICE I DID NOT RECEIVE .

Experiencia positiva: First visit- very thorough exam, Dr. Rankin was patient and very informative. The hygienist was also very informative and thorough. Don't think my teeth have EVER been that clean! Haven't had any work done yet but I'd highly recommend! Another dentist asked me to schedule next appointment for $1700 worth of dental work on my 1st visit. I never returned.

The entire staff from the wonderful lady at the front desk, to the best hygienist in the world (shoutout to Mary) all the way up to the amazing and chill Doctor couldn’t have treated me any better. No judgement for poor care in the past, these wonderful people only care about getting your teeth right for the future. I’m one of those people who have always dreaded a dentist visit, and haven’t kept up like I should. But after my experience today my entire opinion has changed, looking forward to the work I’m getting done next week and looking forward to the path they’ve laid out in front of me to get everything I need taken care of. If you’re looking for a new place to get your mouth taken care of, trust me, you’ve found it.

Experiencia negativa: I don’t like being lied to number one and overcharged. I called my insurance company to verify what I was told and the insurance company told me the get paid Venmo in just a few days after the claim is received. I’ve been fighting to get my money back that they overcharged me in the amount of $325.60 for over a month now. I’ve gotten the biggest run around So make sure you check your EOB!!!! If I hadn’t would I have even been notified??? I doubt it. They also didn’t submit everything to my insurance and when I asked why the response was, I Don’t know,,, I don’t think they cover it”. Well guess what!!!! Insurance did cover it and they had charged me full price. How do they sleep at night, shame on you all!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Sean Rankin DMD is one of the very best healthcare professionals I’ve ever seen. I’m a cancer survivor (Squamous Cell, base of tongue) but present myriad challenges for dental care including: VERY small jaw opening, a right mandible that was made from my tibia, a titanium brace spanning my entire mandible, implants and fillings to name a few. Dr Rankin has always taken the challenges in stride and continues to advocate for caution when other Oral Health Professionals suggest additional treatments that are not necessarily in my best interest. His staff members are always professional, supportive and caring. They all take my fear as real and do their best to put me at ease. Really liked my hygienist and Dr Zinn today!!!! Professional and through!!

Experiencia negativa: BEWARE This place just wants to charge your insurance who does a treatment plan discussion when someone is a new patient trying to just get a cleaning My husband sits down in the chair does X-rays and thinks his cleaning is going to start and doctor comes in to go over his cavities he sees in the X-rays like wait what I’m here for a cleaning and then proceeds to say well we actually don’t have time for a cleaning ..I understand our out of state office didn’t give us X-rays in a timely manner but my husband asked multiple times should we reschedule since X-rays are taking a bit and they reassured him they would have time for a cleaning and then all this happens In a typical new patient appointment for just a cleaning you meet hygienist take X-rays and she or he starts cleaning and then alright I’ll let the doctor know we’re ready doctor comes in goes over somethings with you end of story I’ve worked in MULTIPLE DENTIST OFFICE as a front desk staff and I have NEVER seen this treatment before and to me all this office cares about it making you come in multiple times just to bill your insurance a new patient comprehensive exam and bitewings and then alright come back for your cleaning so then they can charge another periodic exam to insurance and a cleaning We will not return and I’m new to PSL I’ll make sure to everyone I meet or someone asks me about this practice I’ll say be careful and beware this was the worst experience EVER

Experiencia negativa: I was a client here for a few years. They performed a periodontal scaling for me back in 2022 and told me my responsibility would be a few hundred dollars, that I paid that day. They ended up not getting the service covered through my insurance, something they didn't communicate as a possibility whatsoever, and ended up sending me a bill for over $800. This is after I paid over $2,000 for SureSmile. I tried numerous times to communicate with someone in the billing department about this, and nobody ever got back to me. I assumed they weren't that concerned about it because nobody ever contacted me, and every time I went in for my appointment, nobody said anything to me. I had an appointment scheduled for tomorrow and when I didn't get any call to confirm my appointment I reached out. They told me they sent my bill to collections and they canceled my appointment because I had an outstanding balance. No communication whatsoever. They only care about money there, even though they've gotten thousands of dollars from me and my insurance.

Everyone from front desk to rad tech, dentist and dental hygienist does their job with kindness, integrity, and accuracy. Can’t say enough how incredibly grateful I am that I found this place after an awful experience with a separate local dentist. My experience goes as follows: I booked my consult visit over the phone and came in. During my consult on 6/25/24 it was explained to me that I needed imaging and periodontal charting to evaluate the condition of my gum health + check for tartar. The x-rays concluded I did have a concerning amount of tartar that needed to be removed and I was given a thorough explanation of costs, along with an appointment for the deep cleaning. Carrol is the kindest, most gentle and personable Hygienist ever. I knew she was going to have some work cut out for her because, I haven’t gotten a cleaning probably since President Obama’s 2nd term. Yesterday 7/9 I came in for the cleaning which Carrol took her time, we chatted and she did what needed to be done. I simply could not have gotten a better dental hygienist and that’s all thanks to ALL SMILES DENTAL P.S. to anyone who reads this review this goes to show that you should always do your research when looking for a provider. Please self advocate and do not be afraid to leave a practice if you feel you are being taken advantage of and again much love to Prima Vista All Smiles for taking care of me!!!
