Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely the best dentist office AND orthodontist office in and around the Ann Arbor area. Dentists, assistants and even front office go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and at ease every single visit. My family and I have been proudly attending this office for four years now. I am currently doing Invisalign at the same time as my daughter who is in braces. We attend at the same time to our appointments and have made it a family affair. I highly recommend Enhance dental for any dentistry or orthodontic needs. After 4 years of being a client of this dentist office I loathe having to deal with certain employees at the front of the office. While I love my dentist, the hygienist and dental assistant inside the office, the front is not the same. The young receptionist is nice, but there are one to two employees that need to be retrained in customer service. Especially if they are the first impression of the business. A smile or greeting never killed anyone and doesn’t take much. Think the office manager needs to address this and see how employee satisfaction could be raised so positivity can trickle down onto its clients.

Even though it was his day off, the dentist came in and helped with a quick extraction before it was even lunch time. We were so grateful for the prompt and caring service. Experiencia negativa: The worst! I gave them a second chance hoping the first time was an "off day" but today was worse. The staff are unprofessional, rude, and cold. It took at least 5 minutes for anyone to come to the desk and greet/check me in even though Dr. Stone saw two patients enter the office from the room he was sitting in. When someone finally came to the front, they were incredibly rude. I apparently was scheduled with a hygienist that no longer worked there (wonder why) and no one informed me. I waited for 30 minutes then checked with the staff and they said it would be at least another 10 minutes. No care or apology about this so I decided that I would cancel my appointment and take my business elsewhere since they clearly do not care about their patients/customers. Going to the dentist is stressful enough without this added nonsense. 0/10 recommend.

Visit on 8/7 Had an appt what I thought was getting my mom's partical. After we got in the room the hygienist said we were not getting the partial today. The lab never got the scan, didn't know how it got lost. But it wasn't anywhere in the computer. First, the last time we came because the lab wanted a redo on the scan, then yesterday thought we were picking up the partical. Now it's going to be another couple weeks! Mom my is 93 years old with severe dementia and we drive an hour to get there. Very disappointing and upsetting! Dianne (daughter)

I had a crown crack and because it was on a mini post my dentist did not want to mess with it because he had never seen that type of implant before. I found Enhance Dental on Google, they were great, they got me in right away for an appointment and went over and above to get that crown fixed, they were wonderful. Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience today! Everything from start to finish was smooth and pleasant. The doctor was gentle, thorough, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the teeth cleaning process.

Experiencia negativa: A few years ago I got some superficial cavities filled. Like the x-ray just showed a shadow on a few teeth nothing that couldn’t be fixed without drilling to my knowledge now. I’ve never had more problems with my mouth since then. In my case there were a few shadows in between my teeth and Dr. Stone advised me to get all these cavities filled despite not having any pain or sensitivity from them. After I got them filled I had a horrible sensitivity problem which they advised I start using a fluoridated toothpaste. I did not use fluoride because I know of the adverse health affects it could cause and it’s not the natural substance of the teeth so it’s not sustainable unless you keep using the toothpaste. I have since developed horrible bad breath and my oral microbiome is completely off since the procedure. After doing some research and finding functional dentistry i now realize my fillings were completely unnecessary and they took advantage of my lack of knowledge. Good oral hygiene comes from a good diet and I’m a Whole Foods plant based eater so there was no need to fill my cavities. I know experience pain while chewing on one of the fillings and am regretting my decision to put my faith in this dentist. I wish i knew about hydroxyapatite then. I wish I would have gotten a second opinion. I’m also now concerned about the resin they filled my tooth with and if it’s leeching microplastics into my body every time I eat. I want to cry because I just want my teeth my natural teeth back.

I was dealing with an annoying cough at the time so we came up with a hand signal to allow me to take a break and cough. Allison was my 10 yo son’s RHA. She was great at working with my favorite squirmy little boy. We were in for a cleaning and X-Ray. Nothing was painful. When your procedure is begun, each step is carefully explained so that you understand what is happening, what the issues are, and how it is going to be resolved. So there's no worrying or need to be apprehensive, with this level of communication. Routine procedures, such as cleanings, are handled by knowledgeable and well-trained dental assistants who are gentle and thorough and may offer suggestions to help you to maintain a healthy mouth. Dr. Stone has performed several pretty major procedures on both my husband and me and the results have been more than satisfying for us both. We can highly recommend Dr. Stone and Enhanced Dental for excellent dental care. Here you are not required to wait, sometimes for months to be seen, either when you have a special need or simply for great routine care. My cracked toots required a crown. He did the crown preparation procedure without ado, and made a temporary. The goo to make the crown and temporary did not get all over my teeth. It was a good experience. I’m almost looking forward to getting the permanent crown.
