As someone who had poor oral hygiene as a child and am now facing the consequences, I feel I can completely trust the doctors and staff in charge of my treatments. Dr. Deb is genuine, efficient (ofc effective), and accommodating to her patients while my assistant Kaylynn, made sure I was comfortable, and safe in their hands at all times. After he explained instead of wrapping things up and just letting me go, he asked about my medical history and what I was currently doing medically. No other doctor has ever really asked me and then told me how tmj could affect these other issues. I felt good walking out because now he actually knows a little about me.

The front desk staff is all very friendly, nice and most importantly not rude! Sarai enthusiastically handles my insurance claims so that I don’t have to constantly be on the phone trying to get it sorted out. I appreciate that there’s no drama in front of patients unlike other places. This last time Alorah and Dr. Deb handed my fillings quickly and basically painless.

Experiencia negativa: I had a very disappointing experience with this practice. I came in solely for a referral to have a tooth with a failed root canal extracted. Despite explaining that the crown had already fallen off and that the oral surgeon would take their own x-ray, I was told I had to come in for an appointment and undergo another x-ray. At the appointment, the dentist took an x-ray that only captured part of the tooth. When I finally saw the oral surgeon, he questioned why such an incomplete image had been sent and had to take his own full x-rays anyway—at an additional cost of $100 to me. In the end, I paid $228 at this office for no cleaning, no procedure, no real service, and an unnecessary x-ray that wasn’t even taken properly. To make matters worse, I had to chase Dr. Olsen down for a response to my concerns with multiple phone calls and multiple emails before finally receiving a dismissive reply. The lack of respect and basic communication was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Not only did Dr. Olsen lose me as a patient, but also other members of my family who were going to this office. Patients deserve transparency, respect, and value for the fees they are charged. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this office.

I’m 8 weeks out from finishing an Invisalign treatment, and the results are amazing so far - I’ve suffered from TMJ and this treatment has put those symptoms to rest (the aesthetics of an aligned bite and smile are an added bonus for me!). Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for top-notch dental care!

Kristen was my hygienist and she is wonderful at her job, very knowledgeable, and fun to talk to! She is great with my kids also. Dr. Crowley was so welcoming, professional and down to earth! Experiencia fantástica: Update: The doctor personally called and clarified the miscommunication. I appreciated the effort to reach out and explain. The retainers feel great. Original review: I was quoted $250 per set retainer over the phone, but after driving an hour to get there, I was told the price was $600 without any prior notice. It felt like a classic bait-and-switch. The experience was frustrating and disappointing at the time.

Experiencia negativa: At first, I thought Dr. Olsen was everything his website said he was. I had gone to him specifically for TMD to help alleviate my trigeminal neuralgia pain. He explained the importance of an oral splint and offered Botox injections for additional pain relief. Once I adjusted to the splint and the Botox took effect I was in less constant pain than I had been in years! He told me I would need braces and set me up with a discount purchase plan which has to be done within weeks to get the discount. I was not covered for the splint or Botox, and had to pay out of pocket, so it left a big hit on my credit card. After the month of wearing the splint 24/7 I was supposed to only wear it at night, but I could not take this splint back out and not be in tremendous pain. I revisited him to address this and his answer was to wear it 24/7 another month. By this time, my super savings offer on the braces expired. I questioned how braces would fix the problem of my misaligned jaw, and got an explanation that made some sense in theory, but I wasn't thoroughly convinced that spending thousands of dollars that I didn't readily have was an available option for me. My next month passed and I was met with the same challenge. Removing the splint caused intense pain. I saw Dr. Olsen again and that's when he flipped a switch. His pleasant demeanor vanished and was replaced with an almost wicked narcissism. He told me I needed to see a neurologist and that since I couldn't afford his braces I certainly could not afford the 40-60 K to make crowns to even out my jaw and bite. He shamed me right there in the dentist chair. I got up and headed for the door. He followed and put the happy helpful dentist face back on, and on the way out to the door he even had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to come back and have my teeth cleaned. I answered him that I had more important issues to address. Yes, the oral splint and botox worked to alleviate my pain, but once I could not or did not BUY into what he was selling, I was treated accordingly and his true colors were revealed. I was left with no guidance other than to wear the splint at night to keep me from grinding my teeth.

She was noticeably Thorough getting all of the tartar off of my hard to reach spots. And extremely gentle. This dentist office is a farther drive than my previous dentist, but I’m willing to take the time to do it to continue to have quality service from Dr. Olsen and team.

Experiencia fantástica: TMJD patient: I've been under care at Dr Olsen's office for 2 years and I am continually impressed by everyone in the office. I'll post a more detailed review when treatment is complete, but I can confidently say if you are looking for TMJD care this is the place. I've been through multiple dentists close to me who advertised specializing in TMJD and didn't come anywhere near meeting this level of competence and care. I happily make a 5-hour round trip to come here. Kristen is my hygienist and she seems to be more aware of what I need for comfort than even I do. She pays close attention and gives cues to make sure that my jaw is taxed as a little as possible during my appointment. She even does the cleaning with the lights off to accommodate my light sensitivity. Dr. Olsen is a great dentist and wonderful human being. Chrissidy, the ladies at the front desk. I'm very grateful for all of them!

They immediately stopped the prep and canceled the crown. Doctor Deb arranged the extraction of the broken tooth! Immediate relief! Kirsten ( the best) followed up and rescheduled my cleaning. The facility is state of the art and they offer additional services like Invisalign and Botox and TMJ. Today, Dr Deb showed me how TMJ can cause gum recession and gave solutions on how to prevent it. I take reviews very seriously, because reviews help people to make the right decision, and in healthcare, getting the right info is paramount. I have been going to Dr. Olsen for about 2 years now. I was drawn by his affordable Invisalign program. My teeth were stubborn but Dr. Olsen and his team went an extra mile, extra time, extra material and extra cost without any complaints. My teeth are not perfect but I’m confident smiling away the very tiny imperfection that looks natural:) The whole team at Dr. Olsen’s office is warm and welcoming. They know how to calm you down on your busy and stressful day with their selfless smile. No wonder Dr. Olsen splurged last winter and took them all to Cancun for a week of stress-free vacation! They deserved it and I just love hearing when bosses reached in to their pockets to show appreciation to their employees. Dr. Olsen’s office gives me a sense of family, as if my teenagers belong there also, so I moved them from another dentist to his care. Everything went great but what really impressed me, (well, I was disappointed at first) was when Dr. Olsen found 8 cavities in my responsible daughter who claimed she brushed and flossed everyday. 8 cavities! No, that’s impossible!! They produced copies of X-rays and I sought for a second opinion. Guess what, the next dentist, just about 2 weeks later found an extra cavity. lol, I was furious but I’m glad the dentists did their job and I got to take care of my daughter’s health like I should! If you have read this far, you know that I’m not spending my time making this thing up. Dr. Olsen is an excellent dentist who serves his patients and his team members with kindness and to the best of his ability! Do not hesitate to trust him for yours and your family dental care!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Olson is an incredibly skilled and wonderful dentist. I am getting older in my years and have built up quite an anxiety over going to the dentist. That, in addition to growing up with well water (no fluoride), poor dental care as a child, and "dark" colored teeth as a result of Tetracycline, caused me a lifetime of embarrassment and very low self-esteem. I avoided ever smiling or having my picture taken without my mouth closed. I would cover my mouth when I spoke or laughed to avoid showing my teeth. Just going to the dentist and having someone look up -close to what I tried to hide from the world was humiliating. Dr. Olson has changed all that for me. He has been so kind, thoughtful, soft spoken, and gentle. I have been going to his office for almost two years and every single appointment has been absolutely pain free and anxiety free. He and his staff have renewed my faith and relieved all my fears of dentistry. He patiently and thoroughly explained all of my options for fixing my teeth. He quoted me a price and patiently waited for a year and a half for me to save the money for the procedure. Never any pressure and most importantly for me, despite being a year and a half later, he honored his quote without hesitation. I also suspect he was MORE than fair out of the kindness of his heart and his genuine concern for my peace of mind. Dr. Olson's staff are extremely competent, thorough, and friendly as well. His assistant is incredibly personable and highly qualified. She is extremely knowledgeable and has a wonderful way of making you feel at ease. His office staff are always polite and helpful. Last week we completed a procedure of new crowns. Through every appointment and step of the way I experienced no pain! The temporary plate, which I had for 3 weeks was amazingly comfortable and actually very pretty and very white!!! I felt like a new person. Now that I have the new permanent teeth, I am absolutely ecstatic! I love my new teeth and I'm so proud of my new smile. Dr. Olson is extremely talented and skilled in what he can accomplish. I cannot possibly say enough to express how thankful I am to him. I can very confidently recommend him to anyone! Also! A huge bonus in going to Dr. Olson's office is having the privilege of enjoying his beautiful photography which plays on a screen in front of you throughout your time in the dental chair. The location and way my teefies sit made it difficult. Now I have my permanent in, I have no problems whatsoever. It’s very comfy and cozy on my nubbin.

He is always explaining what your choices are and does not rush you into any treatment that you are not confortable with. He is very calm and patient. He also is very gentle when working on your teeth. I can tell that because I went to a lot of dentists in my life... and I can see the differences. The assistants are very nice and knowledgeable. Also I got a lot of help from them with my claims to the dental insurance. I never had a bad experience going to Dr Olsen office. Experiencia positiva: TLDR: Legit Invisalign Deal, Short wait times, Can work on communication *1. Invisalign Deal* The $3,459 all-inclusive deal is legit. You'll see that exact number on your bill. I was told that my treatment would take about 4 months. This is provided that I eat with my trays in which supposedly makes your teeth move faster such that you can switch trays every 4 days instead of 7. Everyone around me thought that eating with my trays in was crazy but I've read other sources where other patients ate with them in so I'm guessing there's 2 schools of thought to it. Regardless, I'm happy to complete the treatment as soon as possible. Prior to Olsen's clinic, I also had an Invisalign concusltion at Great Expressions and I was quoted for $4,995 (44% more) for a 12-month treatment. So, seems like Olsen's was not only the cheaper but also more time-efficient choice. *2. Short wait times* I believe the clinic when they say that they don't double book because when I've show up on time there's almost been no wait. This is in constrast to Great Expressions where I could show up on time and still take half an hour to get started. As such, Olsen's clinic also has a $50 fee for last-minute cancels which I think is reasonable although I would never want to pay it. I've been late up to 15 minutes before due to traffic and they weren't mean about it or tried to make me pay an additional free so I'm glad there is some grace to it. *3.Can work on communication* The reason for a 4-star review is that the clinic could use some work on their communication. *3.1 Set of 4 Vivera retainers deal* For starters, along with their $3,459 Invisalign package, they offer a separate deal on Vivera retainers (which you are required to use every night after your treatment). The deal as told to me was "You can get the one for free with your package or 4 for $410." I was shocked that at the end of my Invisalign treatment I was only getting 4 instead of the 1 free plus 4 I paid for. Thinking back I can see how that confusion happened but I feel like that confusion could have been saved if they instead worded it as "You get 1 for free but you can get 3 additional for $410." I give them the benefit of doubt that they weren't playing with words to make it sound like a better deal than it is. *3.2 Invisalign Brief* There was little to no briefing regarding what to expect during your treatment. There were several things which I had to search online to get answers for that I would have preferred if the clinic had briefed me on. For example, the first 3 days hurt A LOT. If you eating with the trays in, it takes a couple of weeks to get used to it. If you are going to an all-inclusive resort, you can only wear your trays at night for those days and just keep wearing the same trays longer (really specific but over several months I can imagine people will want to take pauses more often than not for whatever reason). Some of your trays won't fit because of how they are removed from the mould; you need to twist them to get them to fit. After your treatment, you still need to wear the retainers *full-time* i.e throughout the day for 6 weeks. None of this was briefed to me. I have already feedbacked this directly to the clinic so hopefully they will implement some sort of FAQ sheet or something. *3.3 Insurance coverage* This section may only appy to me. I had a chip on my tooth that I wanted to get filled. I was shown a quote for $262 and was told that my Insurance would cover 90% of it (I would ony pay $26.20). Turns out no. It was 90% but not the entire amount was "allowed" for whatever reason and I ended up paying $119.80 (4.6 times what I thought I was going to pay). Perhaps the error was on my Insurance's side of things but you can take this story for what it is.

Dr. Olsen also holds a degree in dental cosmetology along with many other qualifications. He is kind, respectful, fun and caring. Appointments are always on time and such a joy! He offered best pricing and the quality of service and their office is top notch. He and his staff are very professional and I would not hesitate to refer any of my friends or family to his office for their services. 5/5 is a very accurate rating for them.

I have been extremely happy with it all. The office is professional, comfortable, and the staff are all friendly. Dr Olsen is kind and compassionate and is always patient to explain all the dental care. My most recent care with Dr Olsen, the new dentist ( forgive me I cannot recall her name), and his assistant was all just excellent. I have faith that his office uses the best supplies and treatment options. He is not the closest dentist to our home, but very worth the drive for me.
