Experiencia fantástica: Im retired on a limited income. My previous dentist moved away from me. I took so long to find another doctor that I eventually gave up and ignored my dental wellbeing for too many years. When I had a dental emergency, I was again thrust into the search. So I started with a dental office in my neighborhood that was in my insurance network. I've passed by Glacier Peak Dental many times, always thinking that it looked a bit ritzy and I would never be able to afford their services. But alas I ventured in to see what they could do for me. The office seemed rather small but set up my appointment and returned the following Monday. On Monday I arrived early and sat in their waiting room and as I sat there, I realized they had an area set up for children that was VERY well appointed. There was an electric game machine and a separate tablet plugged into the wall to accommodate kids of this era, who are born into technology at an early age. Those two things alone told me that they were sensitive to modern day needs. The waiting area was rather small, but once I was summoned into the exam area, behind a closed door, I discovered that the entire facility was much larger than i expected. To include a separate office for counseling patients of their dental situation (after a thorough exam). They discuss payment options after applying insurance, all in a private environment. While in the exam room, I discovered that the care is conducted a little different from my earlier experience with dental offices. They were extremely polite, considerate ,yet down to earth with smiles on everyone. That offers comfort in itself. They have the most modern equipment in an effort to display and explain to the patient exactly what the dental TEAM sees in determining the options for care. To conclude, they have well educated and personable staffing my anxiety was quelled by the time I left. After everything is said and done, I picked the right place AND I'm surprised that they are not busier than they are. I recommend them, as they are not the "ritzy joint" I thought they were by looking at the outside. P.S. they have a good respect for our military veterans, offering close-in parking as well.

ETA: I’ve been going here for a few years now, I’ve never had an issue but recently had a rough extraction because a dang bacon bit took my molar out. Doctor Stanley not only gave me his personal number for any concerns but managed to get me pain management on the day they are closed within hours of me reaching out. I have NEVER experienced care like I have from the two dentists at this location but today was the most amazing experience I’ve had with any doctor. I found Glacier Peak on line and made an appointment for the next day for my daughter and myself for a check up and cleaning. My daughter’s appointment was in the morning and mine was the afternoon. After they opened they texted me asking if I would like to move my appointment closer to my daughters which is exactly what I needed. The dentist was extremely knowledgeable and helpful while checking my teeth and with the cleaning. My daughter was impressed as well and found them extremely helpful. I am a cash pay patient and their annual member fee is reasonable and I am happy to put funds toward such a great practice with a great team!

Experiencia fantástica: I hadn't been to the dentist in 5+ years due to a bad experience. After breaking a tooth I made an appointment with Glacier Peak Dentistry. I was very honest about my unreasonable fears of the dentist, they were kind and understanding. They gave me all options of treatment as well as options to help with my anxiety. A week later I went for my root canal to repair the tooth, needless to say, I was a total wreck. They started Nitrous Oxide as soon as I sat down and talked me all the way through the procedure. 2 1/2 hours flew by, with only 1 incident of pain which they immediately responded to. This was the BEST EXPERIENCE AT THE DENTIST in my 56 years of life. I highly recommend and will be a life long patient! If you are terrified of the dentist, make an appointment, you won't be sorry.

And I'm so glad I did. They got me in quickly, and I've never had a dentist explain things so clearly before, including a large screen with visual explanations. Dr Stanley had a gentle touch, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. The staff was friendly and helpful from top to bottom. Experiencia negativa: I rarely give reviews but my frustration has led me to warn others. They don’t stand by their work and have now lost multiple patients from my family because of it. In addition, their move to Delta premier insurance prices out teachers such as myself, and other public servants, that only have the Delta PPO plans. You would think with so many options in the area they would have better customer service.

I’ve never had someone take so much time to explain everything. He put photos of my problem areas on a large screen and went over them in detail. The experience engendered so much trust in a first visit and I already scheduled my next 2 (fillings and next cleaning). They even had TVs on the ceiling! I will never go anywhere else.

It was incredibly easy to get an appointment and the whole staff are so friendly and efficient. They were also able to fit me in right away for a quick procedure to save me a trip later on which I massively appreciate. Facilities are very clean and tidy. Great experience overall, would totally recommend to anyone looking for a good, reliable dentist!

After my cleaning, Mai walked me through future appointments and my insurance coverage. Experiencia fantástica: I had a quick scheduling process online! Was able to get in next day. The office is welcoming and cozy. I came in thinking I’d get a regular cleaning but I knew I had some issues that needed to be dealt with. My mouth exam was very thorough and my hygienist was amazing. I’ve never had an exam like that before. I was worried once she told me I’ll need a deep cleaning and asked to go over what my insurance will cover. I can’t remember her name but she was so sweet and didn’t make me feel ashamed in not being able to get treatment done that day. She even went over prices of everything my insurance was going to cover and what I’ll need out of pocket. I unfortunately did have to reschedule since I didn’t anticipate the deep cleaning. The dentist still came in and finished his exam. He was so welcoming and very friendly. Answered all my questions! When I called later to try to reschedule my appointment the receptionist was very friendly and didn’t get upset. In that moment it dawned on me to ask about Carecredit and they do accept it! I kept my appointment after that and I’m so glad and happy with all the staff! Thank you Dr. Appelsies and staff.

Experiencia negativa: Scheduled an appointment to have a cleaning and X-rays done over a month ago.. they told me it would be a certain price so I scheduled it. A day before I go in they call me with a price double what they told me. The woman scheduling me in the beginning was a bit rude on top of all of it. I’m sure the dentist is good but the people doing the scheduling and looking up pricing not so much.

Experiencia fantástica: Glacier Peak Dentistry is a wonderful practice with both friendly staff and excellent service. I haven’t been to a dentist in several years and was a little nervous, but everyone there made me feel welcome and ready to help with any concerns. Even with a couple of issues they didn’t make me feel uncomfortable or guilt trip me into the ground. Experiencia fantástica: Outstanding Experience! My son was experiencing severe mouth pain and I'm extremely impressed with the promptness of the dental practice. They accommodated us on the same day and conducted a comprehensive examination, displaying remarkable care and compassion. Given my son's previous unpleasant encounters with dentists, he was understandably anxious. However, the doctor made him feel at ease, and after the visit, his mouth felt significantly better. In fact, my son commented on how comfortable he felt with the doctor. Additionally, the other doctor took the time to discuss my son's situation and provided helpful advice on alleviating his pain. Later in the day, we encountered issues with filling the prescribed medication at the pharmacy. I promptly reached out to the dentist, leaving a message requesting their assistance in resolving the prescription problem. To my delight, within an hour, Dr. Stanley not only contacted the pharmacy to ensure they received the correct details but personally called me to inform me that everything had been sorted out. I deeply appreciate the professionalism and thoughtfulness demonstrated by both doctors towards us and the well-being of my son.

From the professional and sweet front desk to the super understanding dental assistant to the Dr. himself, it was all seamless. Dr. Appelsies and his team was prepared to see me immediately following the cleaning, which really saved me time from having to make a return visit. The repair was quick and went smoothly. Experiencia fantástica: From my first contact with the front office staff, I felt welcomed and was able to get an initial appointment easily. The pale blue and white decor of the office lent itself to a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. I was greeted promptly by a very competent, friendly and thorough hygienist, named Kit. His easy going but highly professional approach made me calm and and confidant under his care. He was by far the best dental hygienist I have ever worked with. Dr. Applesies was also very friendly and professional and included me in the decisions about my future dental care. I had had an excellent dentist that I was concerned about leaving behind when I moved here. However, during my first visit at Glacier Peak today, I knew immediately that this practice would provide excellent care in a safe and comfortable setting. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: I had scheduled an emergency appointment today because of a cracked tooth. I was extremely lucky to be provided a same day procedure. Every single person I came in contact with during my visit was so amazingly nice. This was the best experience I've ever had at a Dentist. While the procedure I had done was not a fun one, everyone at this office made me feel comfortable and made sure I understood what was happening at every moment. I turn into an absolute baby when it comes to dental procedures but the doctor's made sure I was doing well throughout the whole thing and were very patient! The doctor's made sure I knew all of my options and helped me decide which was best for me. I truly appreciate everything everyone did for me today. I am so thankful. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I definitely recommend Glacier Peak Dentistry!

Experiencia fantástica: I had mouth trauma at a young age so the dentist gives me anxiety. It’s hard for me to find a place where I’m comfortable, which is why I’m glad to have found Glacier Peak. The entire staff was excellent and the doctor really set me at ease and made sure I was doing ok throughout the visit. He also has great communication skills and always explained what was happening and why. There was no pressure to undergo any procedures. It’s a relief to have a dentist who I can trust and it makes my visit so much easier.
