Experiencia fantástica: I have horrific dental anxiety. I came here after an awful experience at another dentist. Dr. Loo is the sweetest woman on the planet. She is very mindful of my difficulties with coming to the dentist and very reassuring on all fronts. Every time I go in I cry and am scared, and she is always reassuring and calm. She always wipes my tears and is very good at knowing when to explain what’s happening and when to just work and let me close my eyes and let it happen. I would never go to another dentist. Dr. Loo’s assistant is also so kind, and always talks to me about our kids to keep me grounded. This office is incredible and has truly changed my ability to take care of my teeth the way they need to be.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Suman is my favorite dentist I have ever been to. I am pretty anxious about sitting in that dental chair but feel completely comfortable with Dr. Suman. Not only is she very talented doctor but she makes you feel calm and comfortable. I recently was seen by Dr. Loo. She also is an amazing doctor. I was in for a routine procedure, and she noticed other issues and fixed them all. I am so appreciative to be a patient there. The only dentists I have felt comfortable with.

Today I went in for a check-up and cleaning at New Day in Northglenn. The entire process, from booking my appointment to the x-rays, dental exam, and cleaning, was offered with kindness, professionalism, and competency. I loved the dentist, and my favorite part was the work of the dental hygienist. Last time I got my teeth cleaned they didn't feel any different. But after a thorough cleaning by New Day's dental hygienist my teeth feel VERY different--so clean and smooth. I'm incredibly happy with the quality care, smiles, and kindness found in this office. From the front desk to the chair everyone was so kind and it felt like a safe place especially for someone like me who has a lot of anxiety when it comes to the dentist. I’ve been to so many dentists where you are just a number to them and who make you feel bad about your situation. But here they checked in with me constantly to make sure I was comfortable. They noticed how anxious I was and looked at me like a person. I got emotional realizing how much work I need done and they were so supportive and caring and met me where I was at. Experiencia negativa: SCAM ALERT - receptionist just told me that all new patients are required to have a Scaling and Root Planing done. This is a $1000+ procedure that Dentists are now using to drive huge margins without needing any real proof that it is medically necessary.

It makes me really uncomfortable to talk about Christianity at all since I am actively against what Christian’s have done to our rights, but I especially don’t want my dentist talking to me about it while they have a sharp object in my mouth.

Experiencia fantástica: Props to this team! I am unfortunately (for all parties involved) a difficult patient. I gag (loudly), wretch, get anxious, sweat, need to hold the spit-wand myself, and am likely heard by those in the waiting room downstairs in the doctors office yet this team is kind, compassionate, patient, and legitimately helpful. For the last week I have been exponentially dreading getting a filling repaired. I was brought back on time, hemmed and hawed for the better part of 35 minutes while Dr. Loo waited patiently for me to stop gagging and being generally difficult and then after 10 minutes of a very bearable repair, I was done. The mental battle was far worse than anything they did and although I know there are easier patients to deal with, not once have I felt anything other than "normal" while in their care because of the way they make me feel. If you loathe going to the dentist as much as I do, you can rest assured that you're in great hands with this team. Thank you, Dr. Loo and Team PS- You're rockstars but I am still not looking forward to seeing you next time ;)

We've always gotten fantastic service, the Dentist(s) and Hygienists are amazing and we've never had a questionable experience here - everyone is AMAZING!! I took my roommate in today (9/4) for a 2nd opinion on a treatment plan recommended by another dentist - my roommate has an intellectual disability, and I've noticed that some of the local dentists that accept Medicaid, occasionally order treatments and procedures that are not beneficial or effective. So we paid a nominal amount to get our dentists' opinion, and Dr. Suman was SO RAD!! She gave a thorough evaluation and gave her honest opinion, which was incredibly refreshing. I would recommend this practice to ANYONE looking for an amazing dental team!! Five stars, 100%!

They get me in and out quickly and efficiently and always do such a great job. They truly go above and beyond! I was overdue for a cleaning and they were able to get me in almost immediately, due to another patient cancelling last minute! I had to bring my 4 month old baby with me and they went above and beyond to accommodate and make sure I could attend to him as needed and still get my cleaning done! They deserve more than 5 stars! This was 2 years ago and they’re still just as amazing! They’re a 30 minute drive for me but it’s worth it for the amazing service and peace of mind knowing that I trust them and what they say!

Experiencia negativa: To start - I think Dr. Suman is absolutely fantastic and I would recommend her to anyone. However the rest of the practice could use improvement. To start, the first hygienist put on her gloves, realized the water tank was low so filled up the water in my chair and then in the next office. Then kept on touching her face, pushing up her glasses and then put the same gloves in my mouth. Next, the hygienist Nicole who cleaned my teeth is incredibly rough and I am in pain for days after my visit (this has been the last several visits so not a one time occurrence). I never had issues going to the dentist and now am fearful after 40 years. Finally - they now are charging for Nutritional counseling (which was not done) and hygiene counseling. When I called to question the bill, I was told well did they say you shouldn't drink soda. They did not because I do not, however did not know that one comment would warrant a $66 increase to my bill. Sadly I will not be returning.

Experiencia negativa: Truthfully I would never go to this dentist. It used to be under dr. Zeigler who’s an absolute amazing dentist, who respects his clients and will do anything to help them. The location on 112th and Huron is now ran by Jamie Suman who is extremely rude and doesn’t care about her patients. I used to go here when Jeremy was here and she had just started . I saw her one time and she was extremely rude and my pain did not matter to her. After that I have never been back to this location and I have gone to Jeremy’s new location in Lakewood and would recommend anyone to make the extra 30 minute drive to see someone who actually cares about their patients and not just there to make money off people - Zachary Miller
