It starts with a warm greeting from the receptionist , a chairside assistant who make you feel comfortable, and the dentist who shows a caring concern for my teeth. I really appreciate the time they take to carefully explain all the various options if treatment is needed. Oh yes, and also the warm smiles from the office staff upon leaving.

Experiencia fantástica: First time visiting this dental clinic and I was happily surprised with the warm welcome from the treatment coordinator, Samantha. Just a very warm welcoming environment as soon as you step in. From that point, my appointment began about 5-10 minutes before my appointment start time. Full transparency, I have always had very healthy teeth (no cavity club) but this was the most thorough dental appointment I have ever had. Usually I get told "everything looks good" then I leave but there was actual dialogue here and they took time to hear any and all concerns/questions I had. Will be going back here and I think we will bring our kids soon as well.

The staff is very friendly and nice and they have many dentists on staff which makes things easier if you need a check up or whatever. I like the fact that I can watch TV while they're cleaning my teeth. I also like the availability of nitrous oxide when I need a procedure done. They're very friendly, courteous, helpful, and they get the job done right. Excellent.

Experiencia fantástica: Quick appointment, excellent and clear communication, and above-and-beyond teamwork. I had a molar that I knew was cracked, and when part started to wiggle, I decided to call a dentist. I didn't have one established yet and called an office closest to me, but their earliest appointment was 2 weeks out. I saw a recommendation for FDT on Reddit and gave them a call. I got an appointment in just two days. They took Xrays and pictures and talked with me in detail about my issue and treatment options. They even called the oral surgery office to make me an appointment on my behalf. We even all laughed when the Spice Girls played over the speakers. Dr Cooper and her assistant were very personable and answered all my questions thoroughly.

Whoever you go to now or in the future, make it a Family Dentist Tree. Why? You wont find a more imaculate office or a welcoming one. Everyone you speak to is not miserable, they are guniuely there because they are passionate about what they do. They use the best tech we have to offer in their medical field as well, always a plus when you have the shiny clean toys. I myself need a deep cleaning and they would have been ready to do so that day, but the VA as per usual is slow to move. The dentists have a gentle touch and the dental technicians are kind and have excellent bedside manners. Smiling and laughing while in that chair is rare indeed. If i wasnt being forced to move back to South America so i can be with my wife and baby boy, we would be moving here to Rochester and happy knowing our families dental health will always be in good hands. I found Family Dentist Tree years ago and have not missed or skipped an appointment since! They have all the best tech to keep pain and discomfort as minimal as possible. Experiencia fantástica: I just had my teeth cleaned at Family Dentist Tree. I was very impressed with how the entire staff helped me feel safe with regard to the Covid-19 pandemic. They took my temperature before I entered the office, and asked a few screening questions. The office looked different with a plexiglass screen around the reception area, and less chairs because they were 6 feet apart. There are one-way arrows just like at the grocery store, and the hygienists and dentists wear N95 masks. But you know what is the same? Everyone is still the same friendly, professional, and accommodating group I've grown to love! Way to go, Family Dentist Tree!

She did my regular cleaning. Because there was a blizzard happening I was able to get the 2 issues taken care of right after my teeth cleaning. That saved me a second appointment. Brook, my hygienist, did a great job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Cooper kept me relaxed and comfortable while explaining the procedure I was undergoing each step of the way.

Experiencia fantástica: This a wonderful dental practice. I needed a crown replaced and a cavity had formed. It was a complicated case and Family Dentist Tree was recommended. The dentist and dental assistant made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Their knowledge and skills were outstanding and they really care about their patients. Everything was explained very well, which was interesting and helped me relax. They have State-of-the-Art dental equipment and are talented in using these dental tools so I know I have extremely high quality results. I can’t believe how relaxed and easy everything was. Best part is now the pain is gone and I can eat comfortably again!

Very snarky and sent us a fear-mongering voicemail about collections when we'd received one mail invoice and one email from her (despite her claims she'd sent more). Then he went to the ER by himself. I called to see if I could still come in for that appt. The answer was Yes. All were comforting to me. And as usual I had a great appt!.
