They are absolutely wonderful overall for any age of dental care, but you can tell they specialize in Pediatric Dental care too. We were greeted by a kind hygienist, she already had Bluey ready on the TV in the ceiling our daughter could watch while in the chair. The hygienist was so gentle, and also made sure our daughter had a fun experience at the dentist! She got to play with all the different tools, and loved exploring the exam char too. Our dentist, Dr. Christina Pauley, was the absolute BEST!! She made the exam fun and educational for our toddler, and also for us parents too. All our questions were answered and we felt reassured we are doing all we can for her oral health care. The Prize Chest is an added bonus!!

I’ve had same-day crowns done on two separate occasions, and both experiences were smooth and impressive. A year ago, I went to a different place in town that told me I had to have a cavity filled and quoted me about $500 (with the discount I paid $50 for through their annual membership). Dr. Pauley was much more discerning and I felt zero pressure. I could tell they actually cared about the PATIENT rather than the money I could pay them. Shout out to Karina, my dental hygienist who's humor and conversation put me at ease.

Experiencia fantástica: I was really impressed and amazed at the efficiency of the staff at Penz. They were able to get me in last minute and fix the crown and broken tooth. Plus I was able to stay there long enough for them to make a new crown for me. They made me nice and comfy with a pillow and blanket in the reclined chair so I was able to even fall asleep while they made the crown! I just want to thank the whole staff for all they did for me!

As someone who has had some negative experiences in the past with dentists, Dr. Penz's approach is very helpful. He takes so much time out of his day to meet with you and does not make you feel rushed at all. He truly cares about his patients. I have been so impressed by his thoroughness and attention to detail. The front desk staff are amazing as well - very responsive to questions (including reaching out to insurance) and friendly. Pricing is very reasonable too. I live in the twin cities and have tried numerous dentists in the area and have received very poor care. I went to Dr. Penz from a family referral and he has been exceptional! He even fixed some issues from work I had done at a previous dentist causing me problems. Penz Dental is amazing! 5 stars for sure!

Experiencia fantástica: I do not generally have an easy time finding a dentist I like. In fact, I dislike dental visits intensely. We recently moved to Rochester from Wisconsin, and I dreaded finding a new dentist. I love this office! My hygienist Ana was great: patient, understanding, thorough and reassuring. Dr Penz seems equally understanding and thorough. I have not needed anything but this cleaning and exam yet, but I expect if I do eventually, I will come back. I have had several crowns and a lot of fillings in the past thirty years, so there is a lot to keep track of. But I feel confident Dr Penz's office will handle it well. They have certainly been reliable so far - over the last four years.

Experiencia fantástica: We travelled from La Crosse, WI to come to see the team at Penz Dental Care because they came highly recommended for working with kids. Everyone from the moment we walked through the door was honestly amazing. So welcoming and respectful for our 5 year old. They spoke directly to her, got to know her at the front desk, talked through every aspect of the exam from the special glasses, gloves, to selecting toothpaste flavor and even getting to touch and try operating the tools used for the cleaning! She also had the opportunity to have a cartoon playing during the exam - we don't usually do much TV typically, but that helped her zone out when she needed to while being involved during the parts she wanted to be involved in. We will absolutely travel back to see this team again. Thank you so much for the fantastic dental experience for our 5 year old!

I could not have asked for a better experience. Dr. Pauley was so knowledgeable and provided the best Dental experience of my life. It was the first time that I have been at a dental office where I felt that they truly cared about my oral health and took the appropriate amount of time to examine me. I didn’t feel like just another patient, I felt like family!
