Experiencia negativa: Very nice office and staff - however the past times I’ve been there there has been some miscommunication with insurance and payment. They say at the time of my services that insurance covers a portion and I pay the rest up front (they won’t even start the treatment til you pay the amount due in full). It’s so frustrating to receive a call stating I owe more even… it’s very suspicious to me. I will not be back.

The moment you walk in the door, you are greeted by smiles, not just one smile, but all of them!! The group they make you feel very special and if you are like me, you have anxiety about going to a dentist. They will surely calm that anxiety because they know you have real anxieties.. Dr Swords Is a very caring and kind Dentist… He talks to you to make you feel very at ease and walks you through everything he will do before it’s done… His whole staff I just can’t say this enough. Experiencia negativa: Worst dental experience I have ever had. Had to go twice because he messed up my teeth. After second time now my tooth is sensitive to cold and hurts to eat. Also not the best service from doctor. Do not recommend to go there. I’m impressed how they have such good reviews. Had way better care in the past for cheaper and didn’t have to come back to fix anything. He treats you like he just wants to get over you faster.

I can't even tell when Dr Swords gives me novocaine injections - he's that good! Everyone's biggest fear, right? When searching for a dentist after moving to GA in 2022 I looked thru a bunch of reviews. North Columbus received good reviews, but people complained about their pricing - well.... anyone who's been to a quality dentist lately or had a lot of work done over the years understands it costs $$, especially since dental insurance is hard to find & really isn't worth the money anymore. If you want GOOD dental work and pain-free procedures by PROFESSIONALS.... this is the place. Worth every penny when it comes to pain & suffering. They're also very understanding with my financial ability & delaying scheduling expensive procedures. They let me know what needs done first, second, third so I can manage the costs. Highly recommend this office for so many reasons and happy I chose them! Thanks North Columbus Dental Group - especially Kim who I see the most & takes such great care of me! The Doctor saw me same day and removed my tooth painless and fast. I would recommend him to any one and the price was great and reasonable. This is my permanent dentist for here on out

My husband gets very anxious when it comes to dentist appointments but they did everything they possibly could to keep him calm and help him relax. Experiencia fantástica: I enjoy this office. I always come up with jokes when I'm nervous about something. There's something about laughing when in pain, but they smile with me. They work pretty good and fast. I had 4 fillings on one side. Just remember you got cotton in your mouth or don't you'll feel like 2 face on Batman when finished. But all and all they deserve 5 stars. They make you feel comfortable and they get the work done.

Experiencia fantástica: If I could leave 1000 stars I would! I was in EXCRUCIATING pain all of Sunday night and I was desperate for an emergency tooth extraction. I called them at 7am on the dot and asked could I come in the same day. The sweet receptionist got me in at 8am! They showed so much concern. And when I got there they welcomed me like we were related. The waiting room feels like home. They pulled that bad baby out in no time and sent me home with cute care package. I love this office, I'll recommend them to anyone I know!

The scented candle on the counter & comfy waiting area, eased my uncertainty. The staff was all very courteous and friendly. I like to mention names but everyone I interacted with was the best. I hate going to the dentist but am actually looking forward to my next visit. Today’s experience was the best most comforting dentist office I’ve ever been to! Dr. Swords was very thorough while explaining all the issues and discussing my options. Before leaving I was given an itemized list of procedures & their costs. I highly recommend this location! Experiencia fantástica: Dentist did pretty good with pain management during the procedure, had to numb me multiple times, but I'm have a pretty strong genetic immunity to all opioid pain killers and NSAIDs so the tylenol 3s I was left with for post care left me with a fair bit of pain and discomfort. Somewhat afforeable but all dentists are over priced.

Experiencia negativa: This dentists office is truly one of the worst places. Told me they can pull my tooth over the phone and the cost will only be $59. So of course I've make an appointment. Get to the dentists office thinking i found a dentists that can help when all they did was x-ray and then tell me. Sorry we can't pull your tooth. But you have to pay $172.00. An I didn't get my tooth pull at all.

Highly recommended when you are in need I had a wisdom tooth coming in giving me so much pain they were able to schedule me the very next day and get me the help I needed to remove the tooth. Definitely would come back and get more done.

Experiencia fantástica: Not a fan of the small parking lot but I have never had a problem here. Make sure you bring your patience for turning in and exiting the lot but it will work out. The people here are friendly and efficient. They have flexible office hours to make appointments fit into your schedule and they're willing to work out payment plans.

Two associates that have worked with me are wonderful and Dr Shields has done a great job with my first root canal. Looking forward to routinely going to see them. It's a very nice office very well kept and state of the art, in addition to being centrally located in town and very easy to find. Some of the things I needed done were a bit pricey but otherwise I have no complaints and would recommend them to anyone in need of dental care in the Columbus Georgia area.
