Experiencia fantástica: The experience with Teresa the hygienist and Dr. Tran was fantastic. There are a couple of things that was for me as a first visit a tad uncomfortable. First was the facility is beautiful and the staff, the business manager (did not remember her name), Elizabeth and other staff are top notch, attentive, and thorough. They made me feel welcome and comfortable. They answered questions and also made room for me to see the same doctor that my husband just started seeing, Dr Tran. The paperwork was involved but the staff was gracious and provided me with scanned copies of all paperwork so I could read it over more thoroughly. I also received continuous text alerts to help remind me of my first visit. Again, I truly appreciate this as it helps me get to my destination on time. The unpleasant experience was the bathroom closest to the front desk. This is hard to “keep track” unless you assign someone to check on the cleanliness of the restroom. There was obviously someone who had used it and left a splatter of what they had to evacuate…. For being an establishment that seems to care about the cleanliness, this was one thing that was not purposefully overlooked. In all fairness, It was a busy Monday and really at any time when will staff have time to check this out? Really though I think it’s incredibly important to have bathrooms in any medical establishment not only look clean but be sanitized with appropriate cleaning materials. Or close it and call someone janitorial to do it. I’m not used to this and felt sickened. The other was the lovely lady that first did my standing X-rays. I’m not accustomed to this huge machine and it was awkward. Maybe a little more explanation of what this machine is and why is it needed would have been informative. I had an idea what it was but was used it being used for orthodontics. The lead coat meant to protect me fell off me as technician was about to leave the room to hit the button for the machine to start; this led me to believe that the Velcro to this lead coat was worn and that a new one with a better Velcro fastener be considered. I don’t want to imagine what amount of exposure which I hope is not much that I could have been exposed to if the technician would’ve not heard me. My calling out to her and her attention to my call was greatly appreciated. As I said staff is aware and very courteous. The other is having the appropriate cuff for folks that have a little larger than normal circumference of arm to take blood pressure readings. Not having the correct cuff causes incorrect readings. This was the case for me. The present bp machine is the kind usually found at Costco or a drugstore. Again I have bigger arms so this was my problem not the dental office. However my impression is that 12 Bridgea is a top notch dental facility that has state of the art or close to it, machines to take care of their patients needs, and a clinic style bp machine is a good investment especially if the doctors are working with patients that are being administered certain medications or are doing procedures that require monitoring of bp. Again, this is just an observation. The wristlet bp machine worked great so bottom line the job was accomplished efficiently. I hope my review has been helpful. Most importantly I am seriously thrilled with Teresa as my hygienist and Dr. Tran as our dentist!!!! And I’m incredibly happy and grateful that the staff is so kind and supportive.

All the staff is courteous and understands when you have little issues with being at the dentist. I think I've seen them all over the 10 years plus that I've been a patient, and I recommend them especially if you are someone who avoids the dentist.

Experiencia negativa: The dental work here is great and everyone is very patient even with a tough customer such as myself. I feel like I'm drowning anytime I go to any dentist and I need frequent breaks; this never seems to bother the doctors or dental techs and I really appreciate that. That having been said, please make sure to advocate for yourself because the doctors will pressure you into unnecessary work and the office staff may make errors that wind up costing you a lot of money. Last year I was coerced by the staff into replacing two crowns that would've held up just fine for another year or more. The front office told me not to worry because I had double coverage so it wouldn't cost me very much. I countered that I did NOT have double coverage and that I would prefer to schedule only one crown replacement so as to not go over the yearly max that my insurance would cover. On the day of the work, I was once again recommended that we carry on with the second crown since I was already numbed up and the doctor had just finished my first replacement and we had time. Against my better judgement I agreed and hoped that the staff had better information than I did. They were wrong and I was slapped with a bill of a little over $1,000. After a tense conversation they offered a 20% discount if I agreed to pay the bill in full yesterday and I did. I'm very frustrated that the office was so pushy about replacing two crowns, neither of which were causing any problems for me. It feels to me like they placed their own financial and business needs above my dental health; and I was left financially responsible for their error. In my line of work (and most others) if I make a mistake, I'm going to be the one paying for it. Get a second opinion from an office unrelated to this one, make sure you know exactly what your coverage takes care of and don't allow yourself to be convinced that optional work is somehow required.

Experiencia fantástica: Twelve Bridges Dental Group is my favorite place for 14 years. I am ALWAYS happy about the service and how they treat me. Very professional doctors , they are very attentive and take excellent care about my teeth. Mary is my favorite dental assistant. She is so caring and always give me good advice on how to take care about my teeth. I recommend this dental group to everyone.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Raj Zanzi is amazing at what he does! I had a root canal done and he had filled my tooth so well, there is no visibility that there was any work done on my tooth. I also had two deep cleanings with Megan and every time was great. She was able to get all my plaque out and left my teeth feeling super clean! Twelve Bridges Dental’s team is always getting me in and out on time & never fails to update me on any changes. Would definitely recommend this place to all!

The staff (Hygienist team and Admin staff) are friendly and professional. We are always provided a quote ahead of time. Really excellent practice! While going to the DDS can be challenging and stressful, if you need to, this is the place to go!

Experiencia fantástica: Grateful to find Twelve Bridges in an emergency situation. They were able to fit me in that day, took a look at my issue and take care of it. Extremely professional and despite having lagged in my dental care due to past bad experiences at other dental offices, not once was I made to feel bad about the condition of my teeth. I was able to schedule a cleaning as well as set up a treatment plan to get my mouth healthy again.

Experiencia positiva: I am giving only four stars based on today’s visit only . I saw a new hygienist after the scheduling with my regular hygienist fell through at the last minute . This person was professional and friendly but that wasn’t my issue . My problem came when this person went to work on my mouth . This person was a little inexperienced or wasn’t taught well because my cleaning came with a little roughness . The mirror turned sideways uncomfortably into my gums or other part of my mouth most of my cleaning , her finger holding my lip open a little too roughly even after explaining how my lip was cracked and water dripped in my neck a couple times was enough for me to ask her to please be more gentle and that she was being to rough . Even after I made the request it’s as if she forgot again . I’ve been going to twelve Bridges for 6 yrs and I haven’t had a complaint until this particular visit so I certainly don’t plan on leaving them , they are a great team . I just made sure to schedule with my last hygienist for next time . Don’t hesitate to see the them at twelve bridges I just wanted to talk about the experience I had in particular today .

Experiencia positiva: Inaccessible at different times. I experienced difficulty in being seen by any hygienist for 5-10 minutes to confirm or deny a potential issue near a new filling. Was told sorry, we have no one available on that day and you’ll have to wait a couple days. Called back another time to see if they had any cancellations and the same response was given. It reminds of not paying extra for the special line pass at your favorite amusement park and now you have to wait 4 hours to get on that ride. Very friendly staff and the dental team is great. But the office is greatly impacted from my perspective.

Experiencia fantástica: The dental hygenist I had was very gentle and careful with her instruments. In the past I have had some minor cavities filled and I have been very happy with the results. I like that this office has the very latest in digital xray imaging processing. I use their insurance program to get the best routine preventative care I can get. In my latest visit, Dr. Raj Zanzi took immediate action to get me a temporary crown for a cracked molar before his vacation. He most likely prevented me from needing a root canal. I have been a patient since 2016 and I return because i continue to get outstanding care.

Experiencia fantástica: The office is very efficient and lots of communication/reminders on appointments. Because there are multiple dentists, I can often get multiple of my kids' appointments done at the same time. They have had flexible options for rescheduling. I have not felt that the doctors recommended any unnecessary treatments for my kids.

Their dentists, hygienists, and front desk personnel have been professional, friendly, excellent communicators, and importantly, looking out for the patient's best interests. The office is very clean & tidy, with state-of-the-art technology. We have been on their annual insurance plan which is an excellent value and includes two cleanings with x-rays + discounts on all procedures. We are confident you will have the same experience as we are not related nor know any of their staff outside of the practice.
