Experiencia fantástica: So I was referred here by my brother-in-law. I am someone who I'm not fond of dental procedures of any kind. But I cracked crown from like 20 years ago and I came here. I have to say from your office staff who checked me in Jean to Dr. Fisher, Megan and Kristen. It was a good experience. Experience? You know everyone was super friendly and funny. Definitely helped me stay at ease and I scheduled my appointment to come back on Tuesday. Highly recommend everybody.

The staff is friendly, welcoming, the office is clean and organized, and everything feels efficient and professional. At my recent visit, I was seen by a different hygienist (Yesenia) since my usual hygienist was unavailable, and she did an excellent job. She was professional, gentle, and very thorough throughout the entire visit. She took the time to explain what she was doing and made sure I was comfortable, which I really appreciated. Dr. Thompson as always was impressive, attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain my dental health and any recommendations without making me feel rushed. I appreciated the careful exam and the clear, reassuring communication. Thank you for your excellent care and for maintaining such a high standard across the entire team.

I also recently started wearing Invisalign with Dr Lexie and her assistants Alisha and Yang were and very professional. I have already recommended Douglas Dental to friends and family and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a great dental team here in the Roseville area.

Experiencia fantástica: New patient @ Douglas Dental & Orthodontics, and had the pleasure of receiving care from Dr. Dao and his lovely dental assistant Meghan. Had a great first appointment - came in apprehensive due to dental anxiety, but left with a big smile and an upcoming appointment. Will be getting two crowns placed with Dr. Dao, and strongly recommend you consult with Dr. Dao if you're in a similar boat. Some procedures really need to be done right the first time, and I wish I'd reached out to Douglas Dental & Orthodontics to consult with Dr. Dao sooner than later. Dr. Dao spent a ton of time with me and was incredibly patient and understanding. As someone with dental anxiety, Dr. Dao worked really hard to address all of my concerns and was super communicative, thorough and gentle throughout the appointment. Meghan has a great sense of humor and is great at what she does - she made the time really fly by. Dr. Dao walked me through my treatment plan, making sure I understood everything, giving me plenty of space to ask questions and bring up any additional concerns I had. Looking forward to our next appointment, and will definitely be referring friends and family to Douglas Dental & Orthodontics. 10/10.

Stacy did a very thorough cleaning and took the time to make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. On my way out, Rayna, Sunshine and Kristin were so friendly and helpful, which really topped off the visit on a positive note. The entire team is consistently kind, efficient, and attentive. The entire staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, which always makes visits feel comfortable and stress-free. They are very accommodating with my schedule and consistently send helpful text messages and reminders leading up to each appointment. I also appreciate that they never pressure me into procedures I’m not comfortable with, they take the time to explain options and respect my decisions. Every six months when I come in, I leave feeling like my teeth are truly clean and healthy. Most importantly, they listen to my concerns and make me feel heard as a patient. She was prompt in responding and set me up asap for my problem tooth. I showed up for my appointment and was yet impressed again with the comfortable and welcoming office and staff. Hardly had to wait and got called back to be evaluated. Met with Stephanie and she was fabulous and completed x-rays while educating me with feed back to some questions I had. Then in came Dr Fisher. He was very personable and made me feel very comfortable. Not only did they find the problem today but they fixed it too! That to me is awesome and unheard of in my past. They got me all taken care of pain free and I was on my way. Rayna checked me out and collected payment and her and Tyese worked with my work schedule for a return visit to do a full exam with cleaning. All in all, it was a great first experience so thank you!

She explained everything clearly, made sure we understood our coverage, and formed a genuine connection with both my daughter and I. This entire team truly cares. Found this place after careful research and, from the moment you walk in, the office is super trendy, well lit, and feels like a luxury spa. I waited for maybe 2 minutes and was then greeted by the kind and friendly Shukria, who was very friendly, helpful, and professional the entire time. And then came Dr. Roop. I’ve seen and worked with tons of dentists. Best bedside manner to date. Professional, love her approach, and very knowledgeable. She made me feel like included in my dental care plan. We were given a call an earlier appointment was available and upon arrival were pleasantly greeted by staff at the reception desk. Our experience continued pleasantly, when the dentist assistant Lainie made our youngest son feel comfortable and spent time with him prior to completing any dental check up. We are grateful to Lainie for being so wonderful with our son.

I missed my appointment, I showed up to the location, albeit frazzled, but Erin was an absolute rockstar. Erin spoke on my behalf and pleaded my case to the ortho team regarding the necessity in getting a new set of retainers. I must mention this is the week of Christmas, so busy. I went to see Dr. Lexie for a second opinion regarding my Invisalign treatment at another orthodontic office. From the moment I arrived, the front office staff was welcoming and friendly. I first met with Maddie, who was wonderful. She took the time to listen to my concerns about the progress of my Invisalign treatment and was so kind and understanding. I then met with Dr. Lexie, who was wonderful as well. She also took the time to listen to my concerns. I explained that one of my main reasons for pursuing Invisalign was to address my bite and jaw issues, and she was the only dentist who went a step further by referring me out for further evaluation. During the examination, she clearly explained what may have happened during my treatment, identified the areas of concern, and discussed options for correcting them. She validated what I was feeling and showed so much kindness and understanding. Throughout my visit, I never felt rushed or dismissed, which truly meant a lot to me. I felt comfortable, supported, and genuinely cared for. Dr. Lexie and her entire staff truly care about their patients. By the end of my visit, I knew I was in the right place and made the decision to transfer my Invisalign treatment to Dr. Lexie. I highly recommend Douglas Dental and Orthodontics.

I’ve never been rushed to do a procedure. He doesn’t look at what insurance covers in order to sell a product, treatment or procedure. My dental needs are assessed solely on what’s required. I’ve experienced 3 different hygienist over these 6 years and each are thorough and put me at ease. This is wonderful office!

Not only were he and Delashon professional and kind (I am nervous at the dentist), they did an excellent job. In fact, every person that works at Douglas Dental is courteous and knowledgeable. A special shout out to Kristen for navigating and explaining the options with my insurance coverage and thank you Dr. Dao for recognizing that the procedure had to be done by the 31st and coordinating everything on such short notice!

Experiencia fantástica: This is the only Dentist that I go to, or will go to. Dr. Dao has done nothing but improve and supply more support for his patient's. He does extremely good work himself, however he higher and employ's the best of the best. His office and equipment are top tier, and also, very clean. His staff is knowledgeable, and they all do extremely good work. A staff that cares about you, and your pain level: just making sure you are comfortable. The TV screens are a super plus, because I get to focus on something that I want, while my jaw hurts (that's on me). I would recommend everyone go here. Dr. dao and his staff only care about you, and your comfort. Please give him a visit.

Experiencia negativa: I’m sharing this because I got a root canal done by Dr. bao at this location in 2015. It’s now infected. I got it checked out somewhere else, they informed me it’s infected and is caused by the root canal not being done properly. I called this office to let them know and see if there’s anything they can do. I was told Dr. Bao no longer does root canals. They said that Dr. Bao could see me to examine the tooth (but that I would have to pay out of pocket because I no longer have the insurance I had at the time) and then he would refer me to someone else who could do it and that I would definitely be paying over $1,000. I’m in great pain and it’s extremely hard to find someone who will redo a root canal that was already done without paying over $1000. I find this odd and frustrating. The receptionist also made it a point to let me know she deleted me file over our phone call because it was no longer current. I found that to be VERY odd. I remember having a good impression of Dr.Bao but now I’m extremely disappointed. Dr. Bao, I’m hoping you will reach out to make this right since it is your work.

I was able to get one fixed the same day, and for the second one, I broke it on a Saturday just before a church event I committed to, and Dr. Thompson came in early Sunday morning to fix it for me. They have a great office, excellent customer service, and do an exceptional job.

The new patient process was completed on a tablet, very easy. I was welcomed immediately and they were expecting me and prepared for my arrival. Diana was helpful, answered my questions, and was good company. I asked for a toothbrush and floss before my appointment and they had the items ready to go for me, which I greatly appreciated. My appointment started early, since I had arrived and completed the required paperwork early. I appreciated their sense of urgency. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and relaxing with a window view. The x-ray process was quick and easy. They immediately mapped my mouth, digitally, and made thorough notes after asking health related questions. The cleaning was thorough and delicate. They offered television during my cleaning. My dental hygienist was attentive and detailed. She inquired about my comfort often. She was quick efficient, and thorough. Top Notch! Dr. Binh was very affable and greeted me with a smile. He inquired about my experience and was very focused and interested in my answers. It was obvious that he has had extensive experience in the industry. The exam was thorough and he had asked many questions regarding my previous dental treatments. He immediately knew the work I had done previously and made thoughtful recommendations to improve my dental health. He was neither pushy nor eager to do anything unnecessary. I appreciated this greatly. I am looking forward to working with Dr. Lexi the orthodontist. I have found my new dentist, hygienist, and orthodontist. I am looking forward to my next visit. I walked in and they got me in exactly at my appointed time without any additional waiting. This was multiple on visits with the same results. They even have a little arcade place for the kids! Lots of little touches that show they care about the customer experience as well as Expert dental practice. By far the best dental place I’ve been to.

Experiencia fantástica: We have been visiting this dental office for about 4 years or so, we have Dr Thompson. Every visit has always been amazing for my kids and myself but I just wanted to share the extra effort that was put into this recent visit we had. All of the assistants and hygienists have always been so incredible, we have a 5 year old who recently has become nervous going to the dentist and everyone is so calm and patient with her. Dr Thompson has his own kids and the patience, kindness and respect he gives us as parents and to my daughter have been above and beyond. We had a bunch of fillings and some crowns we had to get done and he went the extra mile for us. He’s been so sincere, genuine and caring to our situation, I can’t thank him and the staff enough for everything they have done for us the past few years. Thank you.

Experiencia fantástica: Welcoming front desk, beautiful office. They even have a play room for small kiddos (huge plus!) Dental hygienist was very attentive and nice. Came in so sleepy after working 12hrs and they were so considerate and treated me so well. Chee gave me a pillow and a blanket while I waited in the back for the dentist. Highly recommend.
