Experiencia fantástica: Had my first visit today... most thorough and thoughtful initial evaluation I think I have ever had in 60 plus years of such extensive dentistry that I only have 4 teeth left that have not had some sort of restoration or otherwise been worked on. I often walk away from such visits either depressed or overwhelmed, but despite Dr. Jon finding lots of issues, his non-urgent manner of addressing and planning left me with the feeling that I am in great hands and that I can reasonably look forward to keeping all my teeth and not being in pain, which at the age of 74 is a blessing given my dental history. And his staff was not only cordial and pleasant, but absolutely exuded competence. Thanks, Dr. Jon, for accepting me as a patient!

Experiencia negativa: Please be careful if you see Dr Jon. His style of dentistry is a bit aggressive. For me, he chose to exam my tooth using only the xray. He never looked in my mouth at the tooth in question. His direction was extract the tooth. Make sure they do a bone graph because all he saw was an implant. He didn't want to save the tooth. Very unhappy when I left the office. Got a second opinion today and sure enough the tooth can be saved rather than pulled. I have extensive knowledge in the dental world and know you always try and save a natural tooth. Needless to say, I won't be going back to see Dr Jon.

Experiencia negativa: I was looking for a new dentist so I thought I'd give them a try. The office staff are snobby and unfriendly. Spent WEEKS just trying to get a plan breakdown for all the work to be done but they had non stop issues with getting it emailed to me (they told me they have email issues). After 8-10 phone calls they still couldn't get it to me. They still wanted me to keep my all my appointments take and my money tho! Even though they couln't get me something simple. I had to cancel and reschedule just to allow them time to figure it out. (shouldn't be this hard). They billed me for 2 missed appointments anyway cuz I was tired of rescheduling and tired of trying to get what was needed. I never received the plan. 6 months later I thought I'd try them again but they tried to guilt me into missing my past appointments as if it was my fault for their office incompetence? Sorry but I've been nothing but nice and cooperative until this point. Why would I give thousands of dollars to a dentist that can't get me a basic plan and then treats me like I'm beneath them even 6 months later? They should have been trying to win me back as a customer but instead I was being made out to be the problem because I was trying to explain why I haven't followed through with a dental plan that I never received? Even this morning as I called they were unable to get it to me after hours of waiting. Nope. Done. Figure it out.

Dr. Jon was referred to me by a friend of mine. I worked in the dental field for a very long time and know enough about dentistry to know a good dentist from a not so good dentist. My first visit was extensive and very detailed. He uses the latest technology to evaluate everything in and around the teeth. I was not satisfied with my previous dentist because they used very little technology and the hygienists were not thorough.
