Experiencia fantástica: I saw Dr Kaur for the first time for a check up and cleaning and was impressed by the time she took to discuss my issues and even told be about a possible solution to my horrible teeth grinding that wasn't just another mouth guard. Botox in the jaw. No other dentist has ever told me about this solution. The hygenist was also very very thorough and gentle with my very sensitive gums. I highly recommend her.

Experiencia fantástica: Had been developing a toothache for 3 or 4 days and the pain got so bad I couldn't take it any longer. Called Loomis Family Dental and they fit me in in about one hour. Took X-rays and visual investigation. Gave me diagnosis with options. Referred me to a specialist. Got prescriptions for an antibiotic and pain reliever. Entire staff were great. Dr. Kaur gave me several options and informed me of the costs and likely results of each and what she thought was the best way to go. Excellent.

As a new patient, making my first appointment was pleasant and easy. Upon arrival I was immediately greeted and put at ease by the front office staff. I had my first appointment 3 weeks ago and since that time, 2 more appointments, all of which were amazing. All staff members were professional and kind! And, Dr. Kaur truly listens to, and cares about her patient, which is evident by the services and treatments she provides. During my most recent visit, I had several extractions which I was obviously nervous about and not looking forward to. But Dr. Kaur made me feel at ease and performed the extractions with such ease and confidence. She took her time and was so gentle and proficient, that the extractions were over before I knew it. I feel so lucky to have found Loomis Family Dentist and Dr. Kaur. In just 3 easy appointments, my smile has already been transformed dramatically and I'm actually excited for my final 2 upcoming appointments since I know my teeth will be healthy and my insecurities will gone since I will be able to smile confidentially again. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Loomis Family Dentist and Dr. Kaur!

Experiencia negativa: I was a patient of Dr. Mercer who I respected and trusted My son gave Dr. Mercer a five-star rating when I referred him to Dr. Mercer over a year ago. Then Dr. Mercer sold his practice and moved out of state. The new dentist who purchased the practice from Dr. Mercer still operates under Dr. Mercer’s name, but in my experience his work was sloppy and unprofessional. I paid my bill for services rendered last February vowing never to return only to be hit with a further bill three months later for nearly $500 for services not covered by insurance. This never happened with Dr. Mercer.

Experiencia negativa: Dr. Mercer sold his practice, I was very disappointed in Dr Dhillion’s exam with me, he was more about getting fillings for gum recessions at $2315.00; Dr Mercer has been watching my gums every 6 months with no change. He did not even speak to me what needed to be done, he just called out each tooth, 9! So very disappointed that Dhillion took over Dr. Mercers practice. I’m now going to a different dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: Just recently finished Invisilign treatment with Dr. Mercer. Great experience...everything was carefully explained when I first inquired about straightening my teeth. I had impressions made, pictures taken, costs explained and after the suggested treatment plan was designed by Invisilign, I was given time to think about whether I wanted to proceed. I made my decision after again considering cost and length of treatment plan and I couldn't be more pleased. Everything was explained all throughout the process and I was seen regularly, about every 4-6 weeks. At one point during the treatment, Dr. Mercer was not happy with the progress, or lack of same, and consulted with Invisilign and set up additional treatment time to achieve the result we were both looking for (no additional charge to my treatment plan). Now, at 69 years young, I have the smile that makes me happy!

Dr. Mercer's chair side manner is calm and comforting while being thorough. I love going to this dentist and I recommend this office all the time!
