Magnolia Creek Dentistry: Dr. Felicia Pranata

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone in the office from the first moment I entered made me feel right at home. I enjoyed going to the dentist can you believe that! A pleasant surprise!

Experiencia fantástica: great atmosphere! very clean & great service

Experiencia fantástica: My dental hygienist, Xochi was amazing and was very patient and intentional with my deep cleaning. Dr. Pranata was kind and showed me the right way to floss under my permanent retainer.

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful experience at Magnolia Creek Dentistry. It was my 1st visit and they sent me forms to fill out beforehand online which was great. The wait time to see the dental assistant was 2 minutes. She was wonderful, gentle, asked questions and made sure I was comfortable. The dentist took time to answer questions. Checking out was easy and they explained my next visit and price. Thank you all!

Experiencia fantástica: It was an emergency visit after my 4 years old fell and hit his teeth. They accommodated my son and made all possible for him to have a pleasant visit! Front desk, technician and Dr. were great!!! My 4 years old back then is 7 yo now and we continue to visit Dr. Pranata. All staff members are very dedicated and we are satisfied visiting this office.

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was nice and friendly. Together they helped me resolve an issue with the insurance company and went beyond average care. The teeth cleaning was more attentive and gentle than the average dentist office. The dentist was personable and gave me extra advise which I appreciated. Beautiful office, Wonderful people, Great experience!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a wonderful experience with Magnolia Creek Dentistry today, from scheduling, to front desk, hygienist & Dr. all very helpful, patient & experienced. My teeth haven’t been this clean in years & the cleaning was very easy experience!

Experiencia fantástica: Kristy was very friendly and made good conversation! Dr. Pranata was the first and ONLY dentist that checked my gums and tongue thoroughly, which threw me off guard since I never had a dentist do that before in all my years of going to different dentists.

Experiencia fantástica: I was referred to Magnolia Creek by my son. Really glad I listened. The staff was really great, nonjudgmental, and listened to my concerns My wait time was minimal. Dr. Pranata did an examination without making me feel ashamed more than I had already made myself feel over the neglect that I had given my teeth. She and her staff are putting me on a path to restore what has been neglected for so long. They have an attitude of professionalism as well as a sense of humor. Will definitely be making this place a home from now on Thanks Dr Pranata and staff

Experiencia fantástica: I changed dentist because I lost confidence in my last one. Everyone in this practice is professional and friendly. And Felicia is very thorough and in still his confidence

Experiencia fantástica: First time there and I loved it. Very professional, caring and gentle. We’re very clear on all options for future need on dental work.

Experiencia fantástica: Great new patient experience! The whole team was very helpful getting me in and making me feel comfortable. I will definitely be back.

Experiencia fantástica: Moved to area and needed to locate a dentist, the team at Magnolia Creek Density were great. Friendly staff and Dr. Pranata took the time to talk to me about my dental care, I’ve found my dental care home.

Experiencia fantástica: Nice office - great services

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly and professional. I had not been to the dentist for many years , but they were happy to take me on as a patient. Don’t put off making an appt here, you will be welcomed and taken care of in the same courteous professional manner.

Experiencia fantástica: I appreciate good service in general but where dentistry is concerned, the standard is a bit higher. It’s as invasive as it gets…. But there is no more comforting feeling than to be in the hands of professional, communicative, and friendly staff. The moment you enter you are greeted warmly ( by name) from the receptionist and attended to immediately. They operate with transparency from that moment on and you’re seen by your dentist on the time you scheduled to do so. You can see the passion behind her smile for what she does and who she does it for. The process is never as bad as I think it will be but I am reassured throughout, feeling involved rather than helpless. Thanks ladies for running a business that’s worth talking about and a smile worth showing.

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly staff and knowledgeable Dentist! Everything was great

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been going here for 2 years now and absolutely love it. Never have had any issues here. The dentist & the hygienist are both very kind and takes their time explaining what the problem is so you can prevent it from happening. Front desk is always friendly. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Most gentle dentist and hygienist I’ve ever been treated by. The office staff is also very kind and considerate. The office is a calm and clean atmosphere.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was kind and kept constant communication throughout the visit. They’re fixing someone else’s bad dental work for me for less than 1/3 what the original dentist charged for the bad work. Never made me feel shamed or embarrassed as many dentist’s office do. Amazing team.

Experiencia fantástica: Love this dental office. They're always on-time, they send frequent reminders, they're very accomodating, and always get to know me a little bit when I have an appointment. I moved to Katy after getting married earlier this year, and I still come here for my dental appointments, because it can be hard to find a reliable place!

Experiencia fantástica: A very good new patient experience! A very thorough exam!

Experiencia fantástica: I have loved my experience at Magnolia Creek. The staff, starting from the lovely ladies at the front desk all the way to Dr. Pranata, are absolutely fantastic. Special shoutout to Kristy for giving me the best teeth cleanings.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been a little concerned as the office didn't have a dental hygienist. To my surprise on this appointment, they now have 2! I'm a happy patient. The dentist is very thorough to details within the examination. I recommend this dental practice.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone is so kind. It's the most peaceful dentistry I've been to

Experiencia fantástica: I really want to continue having my teeth care in this dentistry, they are very professional and kind. Thank you so much.

Experiencia fantástica: Since 2017, a was treated by a well known Webster dentist office and continually had problems with their dental services. They were extremely unprofessional, dishonest, performed poor dental work, and insisted on pushing services and expenses that were totally unnecessary. I finally got fed up and found Magnolia Creek Dentistry on the Google internet. I accidentally called during the lunch hour and the dentist answered the phone herself and got me scheduled for an appt. -- I just had my first visit with Dr. Panada and her staff. The office is very clean and inviting. The staff were all extremely kind and professional. When the previous dentist office refused to give me my records, Magnolia Creek staff called and obtained them for me. Dr. Panada was very honest, kind, gentle and very knowledgeable about the dental services I need, while taking into account my other medical conditions. The staff were very helpful in trying to schedule me to start the dental work, while coordinating with my dental insurance. I am very excited about switching to Magnolia Creek, and beginning treatment with a reputable dental office. I would highly recommend them to others. MRS GLEN WILLIAMS

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was very nice.i really appreciate being offered an earlier appointment due to a cancelation. Dr.Pranata took time to examine and explained a dental plan. She answered all of my questions and made sure everything went well during my visit. I found my new Dental Office for sure! A+ !

Experiencia fantástica: I recently got my teeth whitened; I completed the at-home (2 weeks) and in-office whitening treatment. Truly love the results!! I didn’t think my teeth could get lighter in color. Dr. Pranata provided precise and very detailed instructions on how to whiten my teeth at home and how the in-office treatment was going to go. She really cares about your all well-being. I enjoyed my experience at Magnolia Creek Dentistry, I highly recommend them!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Pranata is the best Dentist I’ve ever had; the front desk, and the whole team is just amazing.

Experiencia fantástica: Great dental office! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend Dr Pranata and her staff.

Experiencia fantástica: I HATE going to the dentist… they did an amazing job. Super nice and excellent with kids

Experiencia fantástica: This was simply the best experience I’ve ever had getting a crown. Dr. Pranata did an outstanding job—absolutely no pain, and the crown fit perfectly. Everyone in the office was extremely nice, professional, and helpful from start to finish. Most impressive of all, the costs were very reasonable compared to other places. I highly recommend Magnolia Creek Dentistry!

Experiencia fantástica: Today was my second visit with Magnolia Creek - a cleaning a couple weeks ago, and a moved up appointment for three fillings I desperately needed. I am SHOCKED at what a painless and convenient experience it was to have these fillings done today. Dr. Pranata managed to drill around three very sensitive teeth so delicately that I didn’t even need numbing. I was in and out of the chair in less than 40 minutes. I HIGHLY recommend this office and team! Everybody is so kind, compassionate, and professional.

Experiencia fantástica: Wow what a friendly staff. Dentist is really nice and knowledgeable. Let’s you know everything you need to know. Amazing place.

Experiencia fantástica: Quick & painless cleaning. Highly recommend! Staff was all friendly and courteous, communicate well and got me in same day (I was lucky, there was a cancelation or something because they're booked out over a month). STILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Pranata and her team is awesome. I have been going to her for couple years now. They explain everything throughly. Haven’t had any kind of issues so far and I am sure won’t have any in the future aswell. The office is clean and well maintained. I definitely recommend Magnolia Creek Dentistry and Dr Pranata if you are in search for one.

Experiencia fantástica: This was my first visit at this dental practice, and I came for a cleaning and exam. The dentist was knowledgeable and professional. The dental hygenist was superb; the process was quick and painless. For me, the worst part is always the gritty fluoride paste they brush with at the end--I always gag on it--but the hygenist did a great job of suctioning and rinsing so that I barely even tasted or felt it! Even my daughter (who hates the dentist) had no complaints. I whole-heartedly recommend this dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience! I didn’t feel like I was being scammed for unneeded services like some dentists will try to do. The dental assistant who did my cleaning was very sweet, and the dentist was straightforward and realistic. The front desk staff was also very sweet and helpful. Highly recommend (:

Experiencia fantástica: I had such a positive experience. I felt heard and all my questioned were answered. I highly recommend this dentist office.

Experiencia fantástica: Today was my first visit with magnolia creek dentistry. I’m so glad I find out about this dental office. I had a deep cleaning done today and my smile hasn’t looked this great in years. The dental hygienist was very thorough and gentle. They made sure I understood my treatment plan and when to come for my next cleaning. It’s very hard to come across a dentist you are comfortable with, but hands down the best experience I’ve had.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Pranata and her team are amazing. So welcoming and inviting. Jennifer got my xrays done for my yearly and was so sweet. Great conversation about my upcoming trip and her own personal experience. Dr. Pranata is so personable (she noticed I had a different hairstyle from our last visit a year ago) and made this appointment a great one. I cannot reccomend these women enough ❤️

Experiencia fantástica: Today came to Magnolia Creek Dentistry for the first time and it was a good experience. We started with checking blood pressure, discussing medical problems and taken drugs, then x-rays, examination by the doctor and cleaning. I was seen few minutes after arrival and no time was waited in between. The office is nice.

Experiencia fantástica: My experience was amazing! The staff is nice and very professional, I would definitely recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Had a great experience at Magnolia Creek Dentistry. The dental hygienist was very gentle and thorough. She was patient and took her time assuring that she checked everything and got a good cleaning without causing any pain. Then Dr Pranata came in and explained everything to me and all my options to help me have the best smile possible for me. I’ve been unhappy with some discoloration on my teeth and now feel confident that Dr. Pranata will help get my smile back to where I want it to be. I would recommend this office to everyone!

Experiencia fantástica: All of the staff make you feel welcome. The Doctor is very knowledgeable and answers all of your questions.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr.Pranata was recommended by another dental specialist. It’s my first time coming in Magnolia Creek Dentistry today and I’m so glad I made the switch. Everyone in the clinic was so pleasant! They were all very helpful and friendly. Shoutout to Kristie who did an awesome job from imaging to cleaning my teeth. She was very gentle and efficient. Dr.Pranata herself is very nice! She listened to my concerns and answered my questions. She did not say anything until she got the facts straight which just shows how professional she is. They respond quickly and updates you as needed. It was a really good start. Hope they continue to flourish.

Experiencia fantástica: My kids and I had a great experience with the whole team at Magnolia Creek. From Cynthia and Maritza at the front desk to Angelica and Dr. Pranata in the dental chair. My kids (4&3) had a great time and are excited for their next visit. My kids and I felt comfortable and cared for. Everyone was welcoming and smiling. I even had a problem in the parking lot and Maritza and Cynthia were helpful and so sweet. Thank you guys.

Experiencia fantástica: FIRST TIME VISIT. OFFICE STAFF VERY FRIENDLY. HYGENEST WAS GREAT, PROBABLY THE FIRST TIME EVERY I DIDNT GAG ON XRAY BITE STICK. AWESOME DR. TOOK TIME TO EXAMINE TEETH AND GUMS AND SHOWED CONCERN FOR ISSUES I HAVE. NO ONE TRIED TO UPSALE ON VARIOUS TREATMENTS AND PROCEDURES.

Experiencia fantástica: I love Magnolia Creek Dentistry. Everything from phone call encounters, front desk assistance, to the back end with Dr. Pranata, hygienists, and dental assistants is nothing, but amazing. Staff makes sure they explain every step before proceeding and are very gentle with the process which is important, especially for those who struggle with dental anxiety. Love this place so much, that I choose to travel an hour and a half, due to the great experience. Definitely 20 stars!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Pranata is my all time favorite dentist. It starts at the front desk with a helpful and friendly staff. The hygienists are gentle and thorough. The doctor herself is incredibly personable and caring. She does great work. As much as I hate going to the dentist, I don’t mind going to her.

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome experience today after a few years of procrastination. None of the reasons for my procrastination showed up today. Very gentle and effective procedures done today and every little detail was explained as the x-rays and costs were reviewed. Looking forward to my next appointments. No more fear of pain and costs. Thank you Dr. Pranata!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly staff and dental assistant and the dentist was very thorough and done a great job

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Pranata and her staff provided outstanding care, promptly scheduling my appointment after a dental incident that occurred over the weekend. Her resin bonding work was impeccable, perfectly contouring and color matching my tooth. I strongly recommend her services!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a very good visit and was able to make an appointment easily. The cleaning done by the dental rec was A plus. The doctor was informative and thorough. It was good experience.

Experiencia fantástica: All the ladies were super nice, helpful and welcoming. It is very relaxing and clean environment. We found our new dentist in League City!!

Experiencia fantástica: The staff were great, very welcoming. I had testing and treatment all done in the same visit. I liked that there is every other Saturday appointment options.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff is amazing! My visit was wonderful. I have had many dentists over the years but Dr Pranata is one of the best. She LISTENS!!!! She explains options and doesn’t try to upscale to the most expensive option. She wants to make you happy so you’ll return. The others do work that unnecessary and costs two arms and a leg. I’ll be making her my regular dentist

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Pranata was amazing!! so sweet and made me feel very comfortable.

Experiencia fantástica: They are really nice people and they are very patient with me and they made me feel wright at home and they did a great job on my teeth and the price was good

Experiencia fantástica: I went to Magnolia Creek Dentistry for an exam and cleaning. The hygienist was careful and kind, the dentist was thorough and also kind. I’ll be going back.

Experiencia fantástica: I have found the perfect dentist ! I have tried so many different dentists and was not happy with the service or staff. Magnolia Creek Dentist raises the bar in all these areas! I'm not the best patient in a dentist chair but they made me feel comfortable with x-rays and treatments. My fear of dentists has lessened significantly since I started going . I am very happy to have found her office .

Experiencia fantástica: By far the best dentist I’ve ever been to. Staff was super nice and Dr. Pranata was amazing. She even cleaned my teeth herself. Super impressed and highly recommend her. 10 stars!!

Experiencia negativa: Called in to get an appointment set with this office everything was going well until they called me saying I had no coverage. I told them I have coverage several times they insisted I did not. Honestly I have no idea why delta recommends this doctor when she is saying you’re not covered. Even delta spoke with them telling them I was covered and they still called me saying no. Horrible customer service.

Experiencia fantástica: I got in right away, and everyone was kind and helpful. They did a great job with my cleaning! Booking an appointment online was super easy, as was filling out my paperwork online, which saved me time at my appointment.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Pranata and her staff always have your best interest at heart. She is so thorough and gentle. Her office is clean and as zen as getting your teeth cleaned can get.

Experiencia fantástica: My family has not been seen here yet, but I just called the office and Dr. Pranata answered and took the time to talk me through different scenarios... late on a Friday afternoon! She was so very kind and has earned our business!

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly service, clean teeth, beautiful office. Good experience overall, I will be back.

Experiencia fantástica: My son has been going to this location for about 2 years now and he hasn't made a single complaint (very abnormal for him). The staff is always welcoming, involved and nice. They make us feel like family.

Experiencia fantástica: All of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They all made me feel comfortable and not rushed. I was treated with endless patience. Believe me, I need a lot of patience! HA I am relieved to find a dentist I like right in my neighborhood. My son and my husband also go to Magnolia Creek Dentistry.

Experiencia fantástica: Very calming and beautiful atmosphere, friendly staff, and the dentist is very gentle, which my kids appreciate.

Experiencia fantástica: We ended up at Magnolia Creek due to change in insurance and I hated leaving our previous dentist, but we have been SO happy with all our experiences since the switch. Dr. Pranata is excellent. She is honest, does not do unnecessary work, and always informs us of all procedures before doing them. Not only is the doctor great, but we LOVE the office staff! Angelica is a bundle of joy, full of energy and always willing to chat!

Experiencia fantástica: It was my first time here and felt immediately welcomed from the friendly staff. The waiting room was playing relaxing music and felt like I was at the spa! They had water and coffee and was decorated very cute! The visit went well and got trays to do teeth whitening which I am so excited to see the results!

Experiencia fantástica: Polite and professional staff to great you upon arrival. Clean and up to date office and dental equipment. Dr. Is through and explained everything in depth.

Experiencia fantástica: My second appointment with Dr Pranata Dentistry Great experience ! Appointment was on time, no waiting and very pleasant experience. Everyone was very courteous.

Experiencia fantástica: TEN STARS, TEN STARS, TEN STARS!!!! Dr. Pranata and her Staff; Alexandra, Jennifer, Angelica, and Adriana, were a saving grace for me. I got so emotional when I decided to come visit this Dentist and her Staff. I had come from another dentist, who I felt tried to take advantage of me financially, and made me feel very uncomfortable, when I told them I wanted to get a second opinion and I wanted to look around for another dentist. Magnolia Creek Dentistry was In-Network with my dental insurance, and had way more reasonable pricing and the Dentist and Staff were and are just amazing, wonderful, and understanding people. I do not believe I have ever felt so comfortable with any other dentist or doctor, for that matter. Not only did the previous dentist and his staff make me feel so overwhelmed, and uncomfortable, but the Dentist missed diagnosed me and wanted to charge me out the waazoo for work I ended up Not even needing. I am just so grateful and thankful for the kind, compassionate, and professional treatment I have received from Dr. Pranata and her staff. They were kind enough to work me in on such short notice, so that I can begin my treatment. They did not have to do that, but they did, and it meant the world to me. At Magnolia Creek Dentistry I feel like they care about me as a person, and they don’t look at me and only see dollar signs.

Experiencia fantástica: Very nice and clean environment. Everyone is very nice and polite. Will be our regular dentist to use from now on.

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience, the hygienist was awesome. Office staff was awesome and office was very nice and up to date technology!

Experiencia fantástica: Let me start off by providing you some dental history. I am TERRIFIED of dentist’s because of a horrific experience I had when I was 17. When you leave crying because you felt everything and had 4 people holding you down because a hooked root was in your head and had to be broken out, it does leave a bad taste in your mouth. 20 years later, I still have not had the best luck with dentists… until now. Magnolia Creek Dentistry is clean, conveniently located, and reasonably priced. My hygienist was personable, kind, and informative. The staff up front were kind and greeted me as soon as I walked in. I had to get a deep cleaning and decided to go with a shot to numb my gums, to which was not as bad as I thought. The dentist was very gentle and informative. I am going to refer all family and friends to this practice, as I have already set up my next appointment. I look forward to having my family attend this practice, as I felt right at home. I strongly encourage anyone who has doubts about going to get your teeth examined to reconsider and go to Magnolia Creek Dentistry. You will not leave disappointed.

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome Staff very professional. Magnolia Creek Dentistry was able to squeeze me in on an emergency case I was able to fill out all my paperwork online prior to my appointment. This saved time by not having to fill it out when I got there. When I arrived they took me right back and resolved the issue in a very timely manner. The Atmosphere was great and I would highly recommend Dr. Felicia Pranata for any dental work.

Experiencia fantástica: We had to switch dentists because our insurance changed and ours no longer took ours. Beautiful office, friendly staff and QUICK but thorough exams. Very patient and gentle with all three of my kids!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone in the office was very friendly and professional. The office is very clean and relaxing. We would recommend Magnolia Creek Dentistry to others.
