The dental assistants are friendly and great at their job! I highly recommend this dental practice! Chandler Dental Health has mucho “personality”! Experiencia fantástica: Love you guys but with changing insurance coverage and a family of 5, you should consider how to price procedures appropriately so families don’t have to change dentist’s due to insurance changes. Seems like the replacement cost would be higher than taking this into consideration.

But even after all that time, I’m still in awe at their ‘customer service’. It is remarkably consistent and deeply sincere. How they achieve that with only two-ish visits a year and over that span of time should be etched in textbooks. And, I’m saying that about my dentist!? Bravissimo!

She’s very caring and is interested in getting to know you as a patient while doing a phenomenal job during the cleaning process. She’s knowledgeable and explains what’s she’s doing and why it’s important. Dr. Grace and Dr. Tom are great dentists! They’re friendly and efficient. The front desk staff are very kind and will answer any questions you may have. Overall, I love it here and I’m very happy with the service every time!

Everyone was friendly throughout the exam. I would highly recommend this place for dental care! This is my 2nd cleaning visit. Dental hygienist did super work, pointed out where and how I could improve. Five stars again.

Experiencia fantástica: I actually don't mind seeing my dentist! The office staff are very friendly, the wait times are generally very short. The dental hygienist that has been taking care of me provides great information, is not hyper-critical of my efforts to keep my teeth clean between visits, and makes every effort to ensure my comfort during the cleaning process. The dentists that have examined me in this office have been really good about explaining work that needs to be done, work that could be done, and work that may be necessary in the future. They are really flexible about scheduling the first category and do not push the 2nd two categories. I highly recommend this dental office.

Also, I never had problems with the billing department here, but I had some bad experience when I was in another great reviews dentist office when our had different dental insurance. Experiencia fantástica: My wife chipped her front tooth after a fall over the weekend, so I emailed Chandler Dental Health right away. We received a prompt call from Kathy at 9:39 AM and were able to schedule an appointment for Monday at 11:00 AM. The entire experience was amazing. They started with an X-ray to check the nerve, and within about 40 minutes, my wife walked out with a beautifully restored front tooth — you honestly can’t even tell it was ever damaged. Dr. Grace did an outstanding job; the shape and color matched perfectly and looked completely natural. Thank you to the entire Chandler Dental Health team for your quick response and exceptional care!

Very concise and professional in her cleaning of my teeth and I would highly recommend Lori to anyone who is looking for a dental hygienist in the Chandler area. The new Dentist, Dr. Brea who did my dental exam was very welcoming and professional as well. My wife and I have been coming to Chandler Dental Health for over twenty years and it has always proven to be a safe and professional place to take care of our dental needs. Chandler Dental Health is simply the best! Oh yeah, and Kaycee at the front desk does an excellent job at scheduling and welcoming patients as they arrive. She has become a good friend over the years as well and we always love to see her when we arrive.

Experiencia fantástica: You know you have an excellent dentist when your endodontist removes your temporary crown, examines the tooth -- after Dr. Tom meticulously prepared it for a crown and put a temporary on it until the root canal is complete -- and he exclaims, “Your dentist is outstanding! This tooth is beautiful, absolutely beautiful.” When the endodontist’s assistant comes into the room to put the temporary back on after the root canal is finished and it snaps into place, and she says, “WOW! That is a really good fit. You have an amazing dentist,” then you know your dentist is not just excellent, but amazing as well. Also, I don’t know how he does it, but when Dr. Tom puts me under the needle I never feel a thing, not even the “slight pinch” that he says I will feel. Other doctors make it feel like they are shoving a toothpick into the roof of my mouth.

Experiencia fantástica: I had such a positive experience with Chandler Dental Health I felt I needed to share it with you. My crown came off my tooth, fully intact.I never had this happen before.Of course this happened on a Thursday at 4:30 pm before a holiday weekend and we were leaving on vacation on Saturday morning. The exposed tooth was very painful. I called the office and the message informed me they were closed for the holiday weekend and will reopen on Tuesday. I left a message for ‘dental emergencies’ and Dr Tom called me. He listened to my explanation of what happened and that we were leaving on vacation. He offered to come in to the office Friday to replace the crown. I was able to have my tooth fixed prior to leaving on vacation. Dr Tom and the dental assistant that had to come in despite the office being closed were very pleasant and nice. I truly appreciated the care provided to me. I will continue to highly recommend this office.

The main reason the 3 star review is I have been a patient for over 7 years and just got my teeth cleaned. The soonest they could get me in for my second cleaning for the year was the end of January 2026. Said they were all booked up with a long waiting list to get in sooner.

About a month ago I was so amazed Dr Grace did a procedure on my crown with a filling after seeing a Root Canal doctor…Dr Grace was so amazing that it was done in a blink of an eye with no pain at all! The most recent visit was cleaning procedure with hygienist’s Lauri. She was exceptional. She answered all my questions. She was friendly and professional. She explained what she was doing as she went along.
