Without any hesitation I proclaim this to be the absolute best experience of my life. Being in the Golden Years and had the opportunity to live in many different states and countries ( military brat)it is safe to say I have decades of experience. Entering you immediately know that you are in a professional yet very welcoming office by a wonderful smile and the address of your name by Lexy. Palms still moist in anticipation of the Chair, Kate introduces herself as my hygienist. Shared with her my fears and concerns to my surprise she actually listened. Discovered what was needed to clean my teeth required extra time. Carmen knew we came more than an hour away and proceeded to offer me an option to stay to have the work done now and full disclosure of the cost before we went forward. ( I am thinking what a great staff). Now this is where Kate upped it to the best experience ever. The office is in a time crunch and I am having difficulty trying to nose breathe instead of mouth. Kate was very conscious of my breathing and discomfort needs. She never once made me feel that I was asking too much or taking up too much time. Really enjoyed meeting Dr. Smith. His wonderful smile and joyful demeanor put me at ease immediately. His professionalism and knowledge shined through in his evaluations and screening for areas of concern. Totally felt cared for and listened to. Thinking things could not get any better it did ! Kate reviewed before and after views of my teeth . It was wonderful to see all the good work that had been accomplished then it hit on a gut level what a difference in approach this was from previous experiences. It occurred to me at that point and confirmed why I totally disliked going to the dentist. Here’s the story: I tried to get help from my normal dentist (not these guys) but they stopped accepting my insurance apparently even though I had just went there earlier this year (also I called ahead and they did not say anything until I had already driven an hour to get over there). And after going to a separate dentist office where their doors were locked even though their hours on google said they were open and it was 1 pm on a Monday. Anyway! I called up these guys the next day to see if I could get an emergency appointment because I kept getting awful toothaches. Like really bad, since it would trigger my migraines then I’d be laying in bed with an ice cap on my head trying not to cry. Anyway! They gave me an appointment for later that day for that toothache, but with a twist. They got me in that day for a cleaning and x-rays to be able to fix everything else at my next appointment. And they assured me it would be in the next two weeks because my insurance was set to expire in two weeks. Never in my life has a dentist’s office been that considerate. So, then I thank them because wow that’s considerate. And I head over there for my appointment. Getting there way only half the battle for me because I am kind of an anxious person. Even worse so because at my last dentist appointment they did a procedure so painful I’m not even sure they numbed me. They also prolonged my pain for about a year unnecessarily ANYWAY that’s not the point. The point is, I was pretty scared. I get there kind of trembling in my boots, the lady who checked me in was super kind, I’m not entirely sure what her name was but she was blonde and I think she had blue eyes. She was very polite (and during my second appointment two days later she didn’t even ask if I had an appointment or my name she just said my name and said she was checking me in, so that’s next level). Then I had to go in for the cleaning and x-rays. My hygienist was so cheerful, and funny. Her name was Katie and she genuinely might be the best medical related person who has treated me. She totally put me at ease and made sure I was comfortable. She also recommended things I should be doing in my dental routine, but not in like a “you need to do better” way, in like a “oh my gosh you have to try this because it will help you so much” kind of way. Refreshing because I’m just used to being scolded at the dentist. She also made small talk which I appreciated. Anyway, she was great and I hope I get her for my next cleaning too. Anyway! The dentist was great too, I don’t remember his name, but I know he was a hufflepuff. He explained the plan to me and it made sense which we love to see. He was also pretty funny and brought another employee over just because she was a slytherin and he saw I had slytherin on my phone. Go hufflepuff I guess! Anyway, the filling appointment also went great and it was very quick and luckily I didn’t have any problems like my last dental procedure at my last dental office. I was numbed, but they still checked in on me and told me to raise my hand if I was having pain. I really appreciated that and could tell that they genuinely cared. Overall, this is a great dental office and I’m not leaving unless I absolutely have to. I trust these guys and it’s been like two visits. They just care and it really shows. So thank you! Also, they sent me a thank you card in the mail that basically said thanks for becoming a new patient. I feel like the people who work here probably wake up at 5 AM, go to the gym, come home to make breakfast for their family, go to work to help the pain inflicted tooth population, rescue 500 kittens, learn a TikTok dance to raise money to end world hunger, post it, and then say something like “I just feel like I could be doing more, I’ll work harder tomorrow!” Anyway, thank you!

I've been here twice and felt right at home. The anxiousness was gone that quickly. Unfortunately I have several more appointments but I know I'm in good hands.

I had appointments for a general cleaning, two crowns and a filling. My appointments were on time and there were no issues with the quality of my dental care. It was excellent. I will highly recommend Cactus Point Dental to others.

Very considerate of what I was going through and moved at the speed of trust. Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient of this practice for approximately 20 years. I only positive things to say about this office. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. Dr. Stradling is kind, gentle and thorough. I also must to mention that I have never felt that they have done any work that I didn't need.. This is very important when choosing a dental practice as I have learned through my husband's experience when he chose a dentist closer to our home-ONCE. The 18-mile drive is certainly worth the treatment! Thank you Cactus Point for making my dental care stress-free.

Experiencia fantástica: This is my favorite Dentist ever and I will continue to go here hopefully forever. Dr. Stradling has done multiple fillings and 1 root canal for me and every-time he makes sure that I’m comfortable not nervous and completely numb before he begins and he works quick! The ladies up front are extremely friendly and welcoming I don’t even have to say my name when I walk in they know who I am and check me in. This place is so friendly and literally the best dentist ever I recommend all my friends and family to cactus point! Oh and they’re office if Bob Ross themed which I love I think it’s so cute and welcoming. Thank you cactus point!
