I love the expertise, care and positive feeling I get at this dental office. I have recommended family and anyone who asks about needing a good dentist to go here. The staff is always friendly and professional, and they take the time to ensure you have all your questions answered. Kyle has been my dental hygienist for a couple of years now; she’s so sweet and makes light convo to keep the vibes immaculate. I don’t dread going to the dentist, and you won’t either if you come here!

Experiencia fantástica: We love Delmar Family Dental! They take the best care of us, offer affordable pricing for regular cleanings and check ups, and are very sensitive with folks who dread going to the dentist.

Experiencia negativa: I had to chase the clinic through multiple emails and phone calls just to get an appointment. I went in for a cleaning, and they suggested putting cement on one of my teeth and then scheduled my 6‑month follow‑up. But just a few days later, the cement came off. When the 6‑month appointment came up, I canceled 24 hours in advance, yet they still told me I must pay a $50 cancellation fee before scheduling again because they require a 2‑day notice. If you expect your customers to be 100% attentive to your policies, shouldn’t you also ensure that the work you do like the cement lasts and is done 100% properly?

It’s been awful since no one is taking patients or every place is full. I saw the great reviews Delmar Family Dental had and decided to take a chance to see if it would be a good fit. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a dentist. I honestly can’t wait to go back for my cleaning next month. :) Scheduling was wonderful! I was even offered a same day appointment at one point! I was able to get seen quickly, days within my initial calling. Everyone is super kind, patient, and understanding. It really helped me relax. I have a lot of anxiety and fear when it comes to dentist appointments because I’ve had a lot of bad experiences. Delmar Family Dental was the first time I didn’t feel scared or that my concerns weren’t being taken serious. I had X-rays and an exam done; every step of the process was explained to me. The dentist listened to what I was feeling and didn’t dismiss it. She took the time to explain options for my teeth and mentioned future plans to monitor certain areas going forward. I am happy I took a chance. :)

Experiencia fantástica: Okay so I sent an appointment request through their website, and got an email asking if I could make an appointment. I replied yes the same day, and then never got a confirmation from them. So, I reached out again 3 weeks later and still didn’t hear back. Fast forward 3 more weeks, I finally got a reply asking if I’d like to be scheduled. And then a call saying I was not on the schedule for the original appointment they sent(I had already requested off of work) and that the next available appointment would be 2 months from now. They ended up having an opening come up for the day I got approved off of work and got me in. Aside from this hiccup, they are the kindest and most caring dental staff I have ever encountered. They listened to my concerns, made sure I was comfortable through every step, explained all the pictures and X-rays, they made sure I understood what they were going to do to help my teeth, they explained what I needed to do to help my teeth, and explained prices and payments in extreme detail. I wish I could give them a million stars here!! I started out being so skeptical because of the email exchange, but I’m so happy I gave them a chance. The staff is amazing

Lilli did my examination and spoke with me first about everything that would occur amd asked if I had any questions. I told her I drank a lot of coffee and smoked marijuana often and she gave me very non-judgy advice on how to mitigate some of the stains that can occur with said products. Than she went in. Very thorough. Took her time. Was very gentle and straight up got rid of ALL my stains. This place is the best, it's my new dental home!

Despite never having any concerns at my pediatric dentist they had insisted on removing 3 cavities at my first visit only visible on x-rays.. Delmar dental has always been upfront and honest about costs and procedures. Kyle and Dr. Goldenhersh are amazing! I called ahead of time to see if I could get in as a new patient, as I will soon not be in network with the place I was going prior. I told them I am a teacher and would like to get in as soon as possible. I also told them that I am going through a name change process, due to marriage (I didn't want my insurance causing issues due to different last names on ins and license). They told me they would work with me and got me in the same day I called for an exam and I was able to schedule my annual cleaning in just a few weeks. They were so nice and accommodating and I am now not so sad about leaving my previous place (change is hard). Everyone I spoke to, including the doctor was very friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks Delmar Family Dental for making my first experience so smooth and being so accepting! I will see you in a few weeks!
