Dr. Patel did the follow up and was exceptional as expected. Zero upselling, zero guilt blaming. Honestly felt like a family dentistry from several decades ago. Office staff was great as well. I changed my primary dentist 1 year ago to Contour and I couldn’t be more pleased.

Experiencia fantástica: I had an emergency broken tooth extraction. I was experiencing swelling due to infection and extreme pain. I called Three Cornelius/Davidson practices and Contor was the only practice that would see me immediately to address the emergency Everyone else said they could see me in TWO WEEKS!! Ridiculous! The doctor and staff were incredibly kind and took time to describe every facet of the extraction and bone graft procedure. The doctor worked with amazing skill … I did not experience any discomfort. I am very satisfied with Contour and will be using them for all my dental care.

Dr. Patel has exceeded expectations, giving me thorough treatment plans but being empathetic to my situation, some dentists make you feel ashamed for every little thing that is not excellent, that’s not the case here. A good example of a great office is today, I scheduled a last min apt, and was not on schedule (totally understandable) Dr. Patel brought me in and took care of my problem immediately. This place has a great energy and great assistants.

I apologized , as a new patient, I was embarrassed, thinking my appointment was at at 10 not 9:30.They were very sweet and still saw me . I was warmly greeted by Dr Patel with a smile and he took me into meet his assistant for X-rays. She was extremely pleasant. After the X-rays I was brought to the exam room where more X-rays were taken. They are so thorough there. Dr. Patel then came in and explained all the X-rays to me in complete detail and we discussed all my options. I feel very confident in Dr. Patel and his staff as my forever Dr that I even told him that. I know I am in good hands with him and I will be leaving there with a smile I will be proud of once again. I was given clear, reasonable consultations for potential future procedures as well. All around, the service was professional, painless, and honestly enjoyable. My teeth feel fantastic, and I’m genuinely looking forward to my next visit. As long as I’m living in Cornelius, Contour Dentistry is where I’ll be going—and I can’t recommend them enough!
