Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience with Dr. Whalen and my Invisalign. It was super convenient to get this service through my dental provider and his office staff did a great job every step of the way.

Experiencia fantástica: I love Whalen dentistry. I am terrified of the dentist and they are always so kind and accommodating to me. They make a scary experience calm!

Experiencia fantástica: This office is great! The staff has been wonderful To interact with and go out of their way to br customer oriented. My sister, with special needs, goes to them and is treated with dignity, respect and kindness. Unfortunately such response to her is rare. So grateful to find that here.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Ryan Whalen is one of the most professional and thorough dentists/oral surgeons there is. I am so grateful that I have found him to take care of my dental needs.

Experiencia fantástica: My dental care was terrific. Dr. Whalen and his assistant is always on time. He is very gentle especially when he gives an injection. He just did new veneers and they look amazing. Definitely use him and his assistant.

Experiencia fantástica: Great Dentist and staff. I never have anything but good experiences at Whalen Dentistry.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Whalen did a great job listening to and addressing my concerns.

Experiencia fantástica: Had a follow up and adjustment for my implants and all is well!! Thanks doc

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I both saw Dr Whalen for years. He was a great dentist for us with a wonderful team! Always friendly, up front about procedures, cost and booking. We recently moved and established care with a new dentist and they were impressed by his work too. Thank you Dr. Whalen & team for your care!

Experiencia fantástica: Whalen Dentistry is fantastic. Everyone is incredibly kind and the business is extremely well run. Highly recommend them to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: It was such a great experience, wonderful team of people working there!

Experiencia fantástica: A Gagger's Dream Come True! I don't want to sound like a cowering human being, but if you had to rate my fear of dentists prior to coming here from zero to ten, I'd get a ten. This place has been life-changing. I'm walking out now after getting an impression for a night guard. In most places, you get a mold of goop in your mouth that feels like borderline waterboarding. It made me throw up (ok, I actually have thrown up) and gag like crazy. Here? They use this wand they stick in your mouth—not even that far—that takes pictures of your teeth and makes a perfect digital image for the night guard. Amazing. I had a lot of cavities and work done when I first started coming here. I was a homeless drug addict 20 years ago. I don't know how Dr. Ryan does it—he must know the right places to put that needle in—because I have never felt any painful pinches from him. None of his injections have sharp pain. The staff's uber friendly, and everyone nails their roles. They Respect Your Time ⏰ I run my own business, and I want to interview Dr. Whalen to find out how they get people to start their appointments exactly on time. I've never been to a place where your appointment is at 10 a.m., you go in and sit down at 10 a.m., and before 10:01 they're calling me back! Note: I've been going here 13 years and I think there was one time my appointment started 3 minutes after the scheduled time. No joke! They've never made me feel bad that I'm Captain Gagger. It's an encouraging environment, they do great work, and my teeth look great. I'm not big on leaving reviews, but when somebody exceeds expectations, I post online so the world can discover the hidden treasure. Thanks Whalen Dentistry for all you do.

Experiencia fantástica: 6 months checkup was so pleasant with Dr. Whalen's new assistant! All the staff in the office is the best...and of course, Dr. Whalen himself!

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly front office staff! Dentist, hygienist and assistants all very professional and knowledgeable…. Felt like I was getting quality care. So glad I am a client there.

Experiencia fantástica: Good experience ! Did not take long. Dr Whalen takes his time with any details. Thanks

Experiencia fantástica: Very kind, gentle, and patient with this apprehensive dental patient!

Experiencia fantástica: Great staff and well run

Experiencia fantástica: Could not be more pleased with my visit. Amazing staff on hand! Great job!

Experiencia fantástica: Whalen’s office is great. Friendly staff and great dentist. Our whole family goes here. Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: I went in today to get four very old veneer/crowns replaced and was dreading it, but I was wrong! The procedure took much less time than expected and there was no pain at all. My temporary fits perfectly and looks really natural! Very impressed with Dr. Whalen’s skill and the in-house technology he uses.

Experiencia fantástica: I've trusted Dr Whalen with my smile for over 10 years. He's always thorough, professional, and friendly. The hygienists and ladies at the front desk are also wonderful!

Experiencia fantástica: Considering a visit to the dentist is one of my least favorite things, going to Dr Whalens office is tops among all the dentists I’ve seen in my lifetime. He and the staff are always pleasant and cheerful and he is knowledgeable and proficient. Meaning, he knows what he’s doing. My wife and I have been going to him for several years now and are very happy with him.

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful staff - Dr Whalen is great - (I’m not crazy about going to a Dentist) - however, it’s important - & my husband & me are fans of this office

Experiencia fantástica: I think this is a wonderful place to go. Happy and processional people. I came into the state 4 yrs ago and my son ( who has lived here for years) had great things about this office. He was tight,

Experiencia fantástica: Highly recommend! Such a friendly staff. Dr Whalen did a great job with cavity filling and bridge section! He explained my choices for treatment plainly before I decided what to do.

Experiencia fantástica: I always feel good going to the dentist. Everybody is so nice and friendly. I would not go anywhere else.

Experiencia fantástica: Going to the dentist is historically my least favorite thing to do—BUT Dr. Whalen has made it quite a rewarding experience. He’s the best of the best-A top notch professional. Plus his team members are a delight to work with—from the front desk to the assistants. I recommend him to everyone.

Experiencia fantástica: The start of my new veneer journey was seamless! Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: My husband said, "Not a great start to the day if you're going to the dentist." I responded, "It's a great day as I love everyone there!" It's true. All the staff and Dr. Whalen make a dentist visit enjoyable!

Experiencia fantástica: The dentist hygienist Ms Toni is great. She does a thorough job of cleaning your teeth.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Whalen is the smoothest Dentist I’ve ever been to, you don’t even know he’s working on you…Thats why I call him the Smooth Operator.

Experiencia fantástica: The team at Whalen Dentistry is simply unparalleled when it comes to patient care. It's like taking your teeth to the spa! I used to dread dental work, but I now find myself eagerly looking forward to my next treatment. Dr. Whalen and the beautiful Ms. Toni (along with the rest of the team) are probably the best in the business - period.

Experiencia fantástica: I knew it was going to be a good visit when I walked into their sleek waiting room & was greeted by friendly staff. They made sure I was comfortable and informed Throughout the whole process My exam went better than I expected! I was told I needed a cavity filled by a night & day dental office . Turns out that was not the case. I’m very glad I came here And I look forward to next time!

Experiencia negativa: If you are anxious about going to the dentist I would not recommend coming here. They are not comforting to people who are nervous and they act like it’s an inconvenience. They said they would give me laughing gas on the phone, but when I arrived in person they told me they didn’t have that. They changed around their story with the amount of cavities I had depending on the day. Overall very unprofessional and sketchy behavior takes place there.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Whalen and his staff are next level. We've been with them for 7 years and regardless if it's cleaning or a procedure they are knowledgeable and so friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: The service is A1, everyone is professional and welcoming. My visit was handled in a timely manner and everything was explained thoroughly. Thanks for a great visit

Experiencia fantástica: I had a filling put in today. Dr. Whalen was thorough, professional, and nice, as he always is. He put some gel on the gum where he was going to do an injection and it numbed the area very well so that I didn’t feel any pain! The front desk staff were pleasant and efficient. You never want to have a cavity or have dental work, but when you do, Whalen Dentistry is great. Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: I'm so happy to find Whalen Dentistry. The staff here is so kind and courteous. Susie at the front is on top of it, the hygienist, and Dr. Whalen are prompt, efficient, and personable. The office is modern and clean and they value your time. All efforts were made to be sure they had my records beforehand so the appointment could run smoothly, which is so appreciated as I need to return to work. I am tickled to not have to continue my search for a dentist. Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: They are great! Very patient with me and my anxiety, very thorough and very compassionate.

Experiencia fantástica: Always a fun time with the best staff and a seriously awesome dentist!!

Experiencia negativa: I won't be back. I had a crown pop off and brought it in to get it glued back on. They added cost of the radiation with an unnecessary x ray. Dentist glued the tooth back on and when I went to check out, the billing person asked if I wanted to pay just in case the insurance doesn't pay and I did. About $150. They sent me a bill a month later for $11 dollars, after insurance also paid them about $150 for about $300 total profit. I called and they wouldn't remove the fraudulent charge. I could have ignored it and they would have destroyed my good credit, or taken then to court with a $50 filing fee but I instead decided to pay the bribe money and write this review. Scammers.

Experiencia fantástica: From hello upon walking in their front door to the cleaning, dental pano explaining why this is done every five years, to the dental hygienist Toni who did her thorough cleaning to Dr. Whalen, this was such a great experience! I’m so sorry I had set my hubs up with another office. If you’re seeking a dentist in the area, this is one of the top two I will now be referring others to. Their location is super nice too in the quaint town of Cornelius as you’re beginning to enter Davidson on Main Street.

Experiencia fantástica: I started seeing Dr. Whalen approximately one month ago and I am very pleased with his dental Office and staff. The staff is very nice, friendly and knowledgeable. They make sure that you are comfortable and know what’s going on with your dental care. Dr. Whalen is also very nice, patient and caring. He will make sure that you understand what your needs are and will give you your options without being pushy or pressuring you into a decision. He even checked on me and called in a favor to make sure that I was ok after a dental emergency. If you have any dental anxiety like me, Dr. Whalen and his staff are good with putting you at ease. The dental hygienist Toni is also wonderful and I see why she’s highly requested!!!! I’m happy to have given this office a chance and now they are stuck with me!!! LoL!

Experiencia fantástica: Always positive. Dr. Whalen and his team work quicky but carfully to get me in and out quickly. Staff are always pleasant.

Experiencia fantástica: Such a great experience every time. The people and atmosphere make all the difference!

Experiencia fantástica: Replaced crown. Thorough and thoughtful treatment. I was very pleased that they did not rush, but concentrated on getting things right. Very pleased with results.

Experiencia fantástica: Whalen Dentist is Outstanding !!! * Christina was so friendly and helpful! ** Jubril was an excellent hygienist !

Experiencia fantástica: Appointment was for an impression and the new technology made it a breeze. The young lady doing it was very nice.

Experiencia fantástica: My tooth broke as I was headed out of town on vacation. The staff members were so helpful to get me in at the last minute. Very professional and efficient

Experiencia fantástica: Much MUCH better experience than past dentists I’ve been to!

Experiencia fantástica: Always there for me. Great Dr and staff!!

Experiencia fantástica: The real test of every dental facility is whether they can effectively assist you in unexpected dental emergencies. Christina was able to get me in on a days notice to seek an evaluation of a chipped crown. What followed were three referrals, two which were too far out, but the last which was scheduled by Susie to get me in as soon as possible for a root canal (pre-crown installation) before it interfered with my three weeks of travel conflicts. Dental emergencies are never fun and are always fraught with anxiety. While I still have the procedures before me, I am immensely relieved to have the scheduling conflicts resolved thus far. Thank you Christina and Susie for all your help!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Whalen and his staff are amazing. They are always there when you need them. Very professional. They have a nice, clean office. I would highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Made the switch to Whalen Dentistry from another local dentist and have been beyond happy with the services and customer service we have received. Very pleased with our switch and highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Hello. Great staff at Whalen Dentistry. The appointment was spot on and the time for a crown with no return visit was less than two hours. The crown fit perfectly!!! Thank you Dr. Whalen and all the staff.

Experiencia fantástica: Toni, dental hygienist is THE BEST 10/10 experience. Quick, thorough and attentive.

Experiencia fantástica: Whalen Dentistry is the BEST. If you are looking for a dentist in the Lake Norman area, this is your place. Dr. Whalen is gentle, caring and personable. The staff is friendly, welcoming and will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend Whalen Dentistry.

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly and very professional office. I appreciate the proactive services Dr. Whalen always provides. I have been a satisfied patient for over ten years.

Experiencia fantástica: I was able to schedule a visit right away for a chipped tooth. I was in and out of my appointment in an hour. Dr. Whalen and his team are always helpful, professional, and courteous. I highly recommend his office.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Whalen is the best dentist in town. When my insurance changed I tried others. We went back to him even though not on our plan, he is 100% worth the extra cost. He's very gentle, understanding and patient. I never feel like he is recommending any procedure to me or my family that is not necessary. I highly recommend he and his team! Everyone there is friendly, professional and good at their jobs! Hoping he's around for decades to come!

Experiencia fantástica: The hygienist did a great job taking X-rays, assessing any vulnerabilities with respect my gums and teeth. The coordination between Dr. Whalen, the hygienist and support staff was amazing. I highly recommend this dental practice.

Experiencia fantástica: Super fast and always friendly. Helpful reminders sent. Great experiences.

Experiencia fantástica: Great first experience from booking my appointment through checking out. The office staff was responsive to my emails and helped to get me booked. My appointment was easy to get to and running right on time. Everyone was friendly, helpful and kind, making this a stress free appointment! Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Whalen and his staff are always great. Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been a patient of Dr Whalen for years. I appreciate the professionalism and friendliness of the office and technicians and the solid care I have received from Dr Whalen.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent, very professional. All procedures were fully explained and cost estimates were provided before treatment was provided

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend Dr. Whalen. I feel the pricing is fair, his work is excellent, and the office is very comfortable. All the staff are very warm, friendly, professional, and extremely efficient.

Experiencia fantástica: Quick response and appt setting, addressed my issue with my chipped tooth. Came out great

Experiencia fantástica: Toni is an artist when cleaning my teeth. I’ve been coming her for years. Never disappointed, and it’s a high Bar!

Experiencia fantástica: Very nice staff. Easy in and out. Gentle work and even the numbing shot was not bad! Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly, helpful staff and great dentist. Glad I found this practice.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing place lovely staff I’m so happy I found them. Definitely will be my dentist here. Thank you

Experiencia fantástica: The staff at Whalen Denistry are so amazing! They treat you as family and make the experience of any dental cleaning or work needed super easy. I’ve have had some past experiences that created anxiety around the dentist office but the wonderful staff easily navigate those with me so that I feel comfortable coming in to get the care I need. I’m so grateful for the opportunity to be a patient with Dr. Whalen and his staff. Thank you for taking such great care of me!

Experiencia fantástica: Just had a very pleasant experience at Dr. Whalen's office. . Everyone talks about how horrible a root canal is. I went in for a root canal and literally didn't feel any pain. Dr. Whalen and his staff are absolutely PROS!

Experiencia fantástica: Very professional friendly staff and doctor. Always on time.

Experiencia negativa: I've been seeing Doctor Whalen for six years. Great dentist and dental hygienist, but Whalen's office policy is not to file secondary dental insurance for you if you have it, which can be a real PITA to do yourself, making the overall dental experience awful. ☹️

Experiencia fantástica: Can't begin to rave about my experience. With the office closed due to Corvus-19, the staff arranged for me to come in on the same morning I called due to an inlay that had come out. This was even more impressive since I was not a current patient, but I sure am now! The professionalism, kindness and accommodation was so very appreciated. Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: The best Dentistry in the area! I have been coming here for 5 years and have always had the best support and service!

Experiencia fantástica: First time visiting Whalen Dentistry . Overall great experience , Elyse took really good care of me and made me feel welcomed.
