Maple Creek Dental

Experiencia negativa: This place has gone down hill since Dr. Heywood left. And during our last visit, the treatment plan coordinator told us that the work that they were doing was going to be covered by insurance, and then a few months later they sent us a bill for the full price. I told them that it should have been covered by insurance but they said they made a mistake when running the insurance info and that we were liable to cover the mistake. They have been threatening to send us to collections because of their negligence when running the treatment plan.

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience with the Dr and his staff. So good I referred my brother to him.

Experiencia fantástica: I was so pleased with my experience with Dr. Jackson! I had been putting off some needed dental work for a while...he was painless (yes really) considerate, and highly skilled. My bridge is a work of art. Besides that he's downright enjoyable....I highly recommended him!

Experiencia fantástica: We had a good experience with Dr. Jackson's staff and with Dr. Cook. We'll be going back!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Jackson and staff were friendly and ready to provide service at 7:00 a.m. Great hours for early risers who have other commitments in the morning. Very attentive and explained in detail and gave options for treatments. Dr Jackson actually recommended a fillng as opposed to a new crown that would cost substantially more. A previous dentist said I needed a crown which shows to me that Dr Jackson wants to provide the best care without trying to get you to spend the most amount of money. Also, if I did happen to need a crown, they provide same day service so I don't have to wait around for 2 weeks wearing a temporary crown. I respect his professionalism and the caring staff around him. I would highly recommend this dental facility.

Experiencia fantástica: I usually get anxious when going to the Dentist, but everyone here is so friendly and professional it is a pleasure to come in! Today Dr. Jackson found a small cavity, he fixed it fast with no pain or discomfort. At my last appointment Dr. Jackson fixed a crown I had, he improved on the work my previous dentist did and Dr. Jackson’s crown is absolutely perfect! This group is very special, when I come here I feel zero anxiety or nervousness. I recommended my mother come here and now she loves the team too.

Experiencia fantástica: All of the staff were friendly and the hygienist did a great job with my cleaning. She gave me a way to notify her if I was uncomfortable or in pain during the cleaning and I didn’t even need to use it because she did a wonderful job. Dr. Jackson was kind and personable. They even showed me pictures of what they were talking about so I could better understand which was great. I’ve struggled to find a dentist office I liked since moving to Utah but had a great experience here!

Experiencia fantástica: The other day I was questioning my recovery of Oral Surgery I had done. Dr. Jackson referred me to him. I had missed placed his business card. I walked to Dr. Jackson office to see if they could help me out. As usual the front office was very kind and gave me another card for me to call my surgery. Then asked if I would like Dr. Jackson to check my stitches? The nurse put me in an empty chair for 20 minutes. To make the wait more pleasant I was able to watch a video. Dr Jackson then examined my mouth and put me at ease all was well! He and his staff goes the extra mile!

Another awesome experience with dr Jackson and his staff. He has new faces working there and they are just as great as the former staff! I’m excited to see the new office and continue to know I’m in good hands with this dental practice. Once again, my experience with dr Jackson was 5 stars ⭐️ when I arrived for my appointment, the staff were waiting for me and I was taken to the work room immediately. Recently, an older bridge broke and has to be replaced. Dr Jackson always makes sure I wasn’t in any pain as he did the prep work for the new bridge. Dr Jackson is very fair in his pricing and the staff are all friendly and efficient, making my visits as enjoyable as possible. I highly recommend dr Jackson’s practice to everyone.

Experiencia fantástica: There are the dental offices where It’s a toss in the air if they will treat you right and then there’s Maple Creek Dental. Dr. Jackson and his team exude excellence in their work. I actually talked to a number of them and they have countless hours and hours of experience and tried and true methods. They get it right the first time. Thank you so much guys

Experiencia fantástica: Very well maintained business. Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable staff. The doctor does do the procedure that I needed but I was a special case and instead of trying to sell me on something he found someone that can do it ASAP and has the specialized skills to ensure it was done perfectly. The staff did all that on their dime, so it's safe to say you're not just another customer here. I have credit at my other dentist and I may leave them for this place.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Jackson and his staff were wonderful and helped me out with an emergency. One girl was particularly amazing and she really helped me because I had a hard time. I highly recommend this office.

Experiencia fantástica: The first time I came to Dr. Jackson's office was about 3 years ago in Springville. I recently saw him at his new Mapleton office. I rarely leave reviews however I wanted to acknowledge Dr. Jackson. Not only for the professional care and treatment I've received but for the respectful reception I've been given by both him and his staff - throughout my appointments. For me, they have taken the uncomfortableness out of going to the dentist. Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: My family and I started coming here last year. I liked my previous dentist but their billing wasn't that great and becoming a pain. I'm grateful I switched to Maple Creek for many reasons. Their office is clean, they are professional and they have the sweetest people working there. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients and love their jobs. Also, Dr. Jackson is the best!

I’ve been going to him for several years and am always satisfied with the great quality of service he provides. I highly recommend him for all your dental needs.

Experiencia fantástica: Maple Creek Dental is AWESOME! The staff is friendly and professional and Dr Jackson is truly the very best. My family has been going to that dental office for decades. The previous dentist was also great and when he moved to Florida, he assured us that Dr Jackson would take great care of us as well. He was certainly spot-on. Going to the dentist isn’t exactly the best of a social call that one can look forward to; but we all do it and Dr Jackson and his staff will turn it into as much as pleasant visit as possible. I just like the idea of having a dentist I can trust and that it doesn’t leave me looking for someone else every time I see someone new. My kids went there when they were kids, and now they go with their families. Need I say more? Thank you Dr Jackson and everyone who helps him be the great dentist he is.
