They said I have to start somewhere at fixing my cavities and broken teeth and they made me feel super comfortable. Make sure you tell them if you have had problems at other dentist and they will insure a comfortable visit and they will have a friendly conversation while they did my cleaning and X-Rays.

Experiencia fantástica: Heritage Creek is awesome. This is Monday and I’m leaving in vacation this week. My tooth started hurting and they got me in to check it out right away. I ended up needing a root canal and they got it scheduled for me tomorrow in one days notice. I will be able to enjoy my vacation and most likely never have to worry about that tooth again. They really care about their patients at Heritage Creek. I always feel right at home there. They all have gotten to know me and my family and I would never go anywhere else. I think that I would fly back for appointments if I decided to move out of state. That’s real talk.

Experiencia fantástica: Heritage Creek Dental is the best, The Dr and her dental team are so patient and care about our needs and concerns. I've been a patient since 2016 and love having them care for me and my family. I am so blessed I found her dental office and have been devoted since then. Thank you Dr Ehlen and your girls. Love you all so much. Veronica Girard

Experiencia fantástica: I was extremely pleased with my visit here. The NICEST staff, from the front desk to the hygienist and assistant to the dentist. My care was extremely thorough, and every step was explained in detail. They also have a lot of comfort amenities for people who suffer with anxiety. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!

Experiencia fantástica: All of the employees are so friendly, happy and caring. We have been going for a few years now and don’t ever plan on changing dentists even though we live farther away!! They are the best! Still the best after more years. Customer for life!

Experiencia fantástica: My tech was Caring, kind and extremely knowledgeable. The dentist is awesome. I am so happy I was referred to her. I wish she was in my daughter's network! This is my third crown and the ONLY one that was a perfect fit, doesn't dig into my gums, and the procedure was a breeze! And absolutely everything was explained to me before and during. Wouldn't have waited so long if prior experiences were so good. Even the clear explanation of why you don't know exactly what the insurance co-pay would be for certain was a first. I shouldn't be gushing; I don't want them to be so busy that I can't get in, but if any office deserves to be, this is it.

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely love the team at Heritage Creek. The doc and Maci are always super friendly and welcoming. Most people hate the dentist, but I never feel any stress coming to Heritage because they take such good care of their patients!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Ehlen and her staff are amazing to work with. Our daughter loves them and they work so well with our family!

Experiencia fantástica: Always a great and professional experience at heritage creek dental! I’ve been coming here 5 years and it’s the only dentist I fully trust!

Experiencia fantástica: I was looking for a new dentist after my husband and I moved to Des Moines. Dr Ehlan and staff at Heritage Creek Dental are awesome! They are all friendly and very competent at what they do! I feel very fortunate to be one of their patients.

The entire office staff is always so cheerful and makes you feel like you are the only one in the office. Dr. Ehlens is the sweetest and truly cares to get to know her patients. I would recommend this office over and over.

Mariah, hygienist, was very personable, attentive and thorough. Dr. Ehlen takes time examining to be certain she covers everything thoroughly. She is the best!

Experiencia fantástica: I reached out to Heritage Creek Dental as my daughter was in need of urgent dental care and they came highly recommended. Even though I wasn't an existing patient, the staff quickly tried to find an appointment and were extremely courteous and professional. Dr. Ehlen and her assistant were wonderful and their work was perfect. We are so relieved and will all be back from here on out. Thank you!!

Experiencia fantástica: Afraid of the dentist? Not here. Dr Ehlen is thorough and explains all the steps happening with your dental care. Her office staff are very good and the Hygenist staff are also pleasant to work with and great at their craft. I have been trying to find a great dentist office since moving to Des Moines in 1992! Finally found it!

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely love them as my dentist! Used to have a fear of going but with them I'm relaxed every time!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Leslie Ehlen and her staff always take such great care of my teeth! They always make me feel so comfortable!! Glenn

Experiencia fantástica: Super helpful, quick, professional and nice staff all-around! Zero complaints. I am no fan of dentists in general, but the crew at Heritage Creek makes it so easy and they are all so kind.

Experiencia fantástica: I live in Texas but I’m in Iowa for business part of the year. I could go to a Dentist in Texas but I wait until I’m in Iowa to come here. Everyone is always friendly, professional and great personalities.

Experiencia fantástica: Doctor was very thorough and kind! Great experience :)

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Ehlen & her staff made me feel comfortable and at ease. They are the best!

Experiencia fantástica: The receptionist was very, very helpful in getting me set up. The entire staff was pleasant and friendly. The facility is quaint, very clean, and welcoming. It’s clear that they take pride in their facility and patient care. I was also impressed with the attention given to maintaining a sanitary environment. Leslie Ehlen was friendly, thorough, and professional! I’ve never had a dentist evaluate my entire mouth the way she did. It was impressive! I don’t think she skipped over an anything. She talked about options for my care, asked what I wanted, and gave her professional opinion and discussed future plans for additional care. I’m so glad this facility was accepting new patients.

Experiencia fantástica: Best experience ever at a dental exam. The ladies are all so sweet aand kind. Dr. Leslie is a gem she can do almost anything in the office without sending you out to someone else.

Experiencia fantástica: Great service and friendly staff. Felt very comfortable while there

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Ehlen and her staff are all very professional! Everything was explained to me so I understood what they were doing. Went over all options with me. As someone who gets a little nervous before a dental treatment I would recommend them! They made me feel very comfortable while being there!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone at Heritage Creek Dental is very nice and very professional. I would definitely recommended them.

Experiencia fantástica: Some of the nicest, and friendliest staff. I don’t dread coming to the dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly staff and thorough dental exam. Highly recommend Dr. Ehlen!

Experiencia fantástica: The ladies at this clinic are the greatest. Sweet and patient, even with my talkative, inquisitive 5 year old. We've been seeing Dr. Ehlen since she took over the clinic and very excitedly recommend her and her team!

Experiencia fantástica: Went in with medium clean teeth, came out with very clean teeth. 5/5 will be visiting again. Everybody there is awesome, great group of humans.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been coming here for check ups and other dental work since 2020. The staff is very friendly and professional and the doctor is thorough and experienced. Everyone strives to make this a welcoming place for all dental procedures.

Experiencia fantástica: Let me tell you I am scared of the dentist. 30 year old grown woman absolutely terrified. Dr. Leslie and her staff are super friendly and not judgemental if you haven't been in awhile plus were willing to let me break up procedures to keep things cost manageable. I have a lot less anxiety about my next appt now. Highly recommend

Experiencia fantástica: This place is great! I do everything in my power not to have to go to the dentist because it stresses me out. But the ladies here are so friendly and welcoming and talk you through everything. I will definitely come more like I’m supposed to now that I’ve found a place that’s feels comfortable.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Ehlen and her wonderful staff always provide efficient and comfortable services to me and my husband Glenn and they did so today again when he went for a followup visit!!!

Experiencia fantástica: No matter what, the team at Heritage Creek Dental always makes me feel better and welcome as soon as I walk in the door. Even with everyone wearing a mask you can still tell they are always smiling from their eyes and their voices.

Experiencia fantástica: I am not one to normally write reviews or go to the dentist, however I chose this practice as a result of their reviews, and I need to contribute (they deserve it 150%). My molar had chipped and was causing a lot of discomfort for me so I knew I had to get something done. From the very first phone call in, I knew this was the company for me. I was brought in very quickly, and they explained everything that they were doing and WHY. I have never felt more comfortable in having someone work in my mouth (lol). They also gave me recommendations on what else should be done and WHY. I could not be more grateful to the team at Heritage Creek. I cannot promise I will come in consistently for cleaning, but I have no plans on letting anyone else take care of my teeth/health. Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: So fantastic! The entire staff is kind, professional, accommodating! Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Ehlen and her team provide the most FANTASTIC dental care I have EVER received (and I've been to at least eight different practices in varying locations in my life). They explain exactly what they're doing and why, they'll use layman's terms if you don't have a dental background, they've run pre-estimates through my insurance, helped me find specialists in my network, and, most importantly, treat me like an actual person and not just a source of income. They listen and they make sure I'm comfortable before doing anything. As long as they stay in my dental network, I will never go anywhere else (even if it is a bit of a drive)! Thank you, Heritage Creek Dental! -LMA

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Always make an effort to stop and say hi. Maci does a a great job. She is the best.
