Last week, I moved forward with the second step of what has been a massive dental restoration project with Dr. Yang, and I am beyond grateful that I did. First and foremost, Dr. Yang has changed my life profoundly! He has given me my smile and my occlusions back. He restored something I lost 15 years ago when my occlusions were destroyed by not one but two inept dentists in Paris. He gave me the ability to chew, the confidence to smile again after 15 years of avoiding it, and, most of all, a sense of grounding that had been taken from me along with my bite. One of the things I respect most about Dr. Yang is that his priority was always to restore the function of my teeth and mouth. He wasn’t interested in pushing cosmetic treatments—his focus was making sure my bite, occlusion, and ability to chew were properly restored before anything else. In fact, I literally had to beg him to help restore the front of my mouth, too, so that I could smile again with confidence and joy. That level of integrity is rare, and it speaks volumes about his approach to dentistry. A most powerful part of this experience is that Dr. Yang gave me my smile back. And a smile is so much more than just opening one’s teeth when they smile. Because I had broken my front teeth so many times, I felt deeply embarrassed to smile with my mouth open. If you’ve experienced this, you know how it feels—it’s like you can’t let your true joy fully come through your face and smile. It changes how you express yourself, how you interact with others, and even how you feel inside. The fact that Dr. Yang gave this back to me is huge. It’s life-changing. The difference in my mood, my energy, and the enthusiasm that is now back in my smile and expression is undeniable. Right now, I’m only in my temporaries, but they already look and feel 100 times better than the state my entire top row of teeth was in before. I experienced zero pain during what was an entire afternoon procedure, and Dr. Yang and his Dental Assistant Andrea worked in some sort of incredible unison—like a ballet. They remained laser-focused and kept my comfort in mind the entire time. I have never experienced anything like this in a dentist’s office. And Dr. Yang’s team? They go beyond beyond. From the moment I walk in, Silvia and Samantha greet me with such warmth and kindness—it’s clear that they love being there. There is a positive energy in his office that is palpable, and it makes all the difference. That speaks volumes about the environment Dr. Yang creates—not just for his patients, but for his team. As for Dr. Yang himself, his level of precision, laser focus, and expertise is extraordinary. His brilliant mind and deft, talented hands work in one of the most vulnerable parts of the body with such skill and care that it’s simply impressive. Dr. Yang didn’t just fix my teeth—he gave me back a part of myself. Being able to chew is life-altering. We masticate and eat to stay alive. If you know what it’s like to not be able to do that, you’ll understand what I mean by life-changing. To not only be able to chew but to take great pleasure in eating is a gift beyond measure. For anyone considering full mouth reconstruction, dental restoration, or for those who have suffered real trauma at the hands of previous dentists, I cannot recommend Dr. Yang and his team enough. He is a true master of his craft, and I am forever grateful.

After a long string of good to fine to horrific dental experiences, I had no expectations coming here - esp as they fit me in last minute as I needed to fix a broken filling before my vacation. Dr. Yang is super cool - informative, clearly is into dentistry, gives you clear and succinct info to help you make decisions, super chill and comforting person as he's working on your teeth. His assistant, Andrea was amazing as well. She was experienced, had great synergy working with Dr. Yang, was super gentle yet proactive in making sure I was good with things throughout the procedure, easy to talk to. They both worked great together and got me out of there with a filling that blended PERFECTLY in... And no pain, no discomfort... The equipment they use (like the mouth stretching object) was squishy and actually comfortable... The vibe of the office DID NOT feel like a cold awkward dentist office - I was just staring at the ceiling windows, natural light, and pretty Mill Valley trees. And cherry on top: the music was actually nice - not obnoxious or awkward. I have finally found a dentist I actually would proactively schedule future visits with! So happy and highly recommend to everyone I know!

They let me know they had availability and I was quickly seen by a friendly and helpful staff. Andrea quickly and efficiently took x-rays and Dr. Yang let me know what was wrong. My last visit for my annual cleaning was not up to the standards that I am used to. The hygienist seemed inexperienced, he did not have me rinse with mouth wash prior to cleaning, he was sloppy. Experiencia fantástica: Dr Yang and his team was very professional and proactive with my treatment recently. He explained what needed to be done now and what could wait. He also explained the whole process and took his time with me. My procedure was very long and in depth and he gave me rest breaks and kept referring to me by my name which seems silly to care about but was reassuring in the moment that he was focused on me and my care.

I did some background digging, and decided that Leo Yang was the one to see. I had my first appointment with Dr. Yang for a general exam, x-rays and cleaning yesterday. Only Dr. Yang was running overtime and I was lucky enough that Dr. Lopez was actually the one to give me the exam and cleaning. I've never had a more thorough exam, and the cleaning went especially smooth. It was almost like I could sleep in the chair. Dr. Lopez was friendly, compassionate and I felt completely comfortable with his exam results and diagnosis. I'll be having my first crown done by Dr. Lopez next week (they have a system wherein a crown can be done in one appointment instead of two...an extra bonus!) The staff was friendly, the ambiance calm and relaxing, and I think I've found my forever dentists. Couldn't have been happier!

Experiencia fantástica: Is it possible to say 'the wisdom tooth extraction was a pleasure'? Dr Yang and the staff put a nervous patient at ease, applied topical anesthetic to insure the injections didn't hurt, and gave very efficient injections to insure the extraction did not hurt. The extraction and suturing were over in a matter of minutes. Post procedural instructions were clear and easy to follow. Even after the anesthetics wore off, I was still in no pain. I am now days past the procedure and recovery has been very easy. Dr. Yang's office is truly a community of competent, caring, and delightful professionals. (Bonus: 1970's soft rock and R&B during the extraction.)

Experiencia fantástica: The fastest crown procedure I’ve seen be done-same day placement of permanent crown. The dentist was pleasant, easy to work with and seemed very knowledgeable. Dentist used state of the art software to take fine measurements of my crown which, was impressive to me. When I went in for my first appointment yesterday I was really impressed with Dr. Yang, his office and Staff. He had 2 CEREC machines to make same day crowns, digital x-rays, and a 3D imaging machine. Dr. Yang spent over an hour doing a very thorough examination of my mouth. He showed me areas of my mouth that had some issues. He did this to educate me and never felt like he was trying to sell or pressure me on doing work.
