First Choice Dental- Middleton

Experiencia fantástica: What a great experience! The office is clean, admin staff are friendly, and the dental team are elite at their craft - so efficient, caring, and patient. Can’t say enough good!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Jenkins and Rachel were very patient and pleasant. They made my first appointment at First Choice a good one and I am grateful for that.

Experiencia fantástica: Amy is a fabulous dental hygienist who has excellent skills, knowledge and professionalism. I highly recommend her!!

Experiencia fantástica: Amy is an incredibly skilled and kind hygienist. I highly recommend this First Choice location!

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome experience. I had a dental semi emergency. I broke a tooth on a Friday and they were able to get me in at the Middleton location for an evaluation and scheduled me for a crown starting the next week. Very nice and professional and the office is so modern and clean! I am a patient for life!

Experiencia negativa: My experience at First Choice Dental in Middleton on the afternoon of 8/10 was excellent. Friendly staff, the dentist (sorry I can't recall her name) was great at quickly re-attaching a loose crown. I was there 20 minutes. My experience on the phone with First Choice Dental in Verona on the morning of 8/10 was disappointing. I called at 8AM and was told "We have no openings this week." I explained that the crown had come loose over the weekend, I'd read the First Choice website emergency on-call policy, but decided I could wait. I knew the procedure was simple. I asked again: NOBODY could find the time today or possibly tomorrow? The receptionist offered no suggestions. I asked "I'm to call your other locations and see if they can help? She replied "You could do that." My wife and I have been First Choice Verona customer for decades. I'm unsure if we'll continue.

Experiencia fantástica: I arrived early for my scheduled check up and Ashley was able to take me in early, a nice surprise since I come from Milwaukee. She is efficient and gentle and informative about what she is doing. I continue coming to this office because of people like her and Dr. Graf who I have been with for over 30 years. This new location is beautiful and comfortable as were the other previous offices.

Experiencia fantástica: All were kind and patient as they performed dental work. Very happy with service and care. Dr. Hassan addressed all my concerns and formulated a next step plan that eased all my worries.

Experiencia fantástica: Great dentist office. Never had an issue and all technicians do a great job!!

Experiencia fantástica: My Dental hygienist was thorough and very professional. She was also very conscientiously gentle. Dr. Summer was also very professional and thorough.

Experiencia fantástica: I needed an urgent appointment and got I e within a few hours. A treatment plan is set up so I can get work done before my insurance switches. So grateful!

Experiencia fantástica: Once again, a tremendous annual office experience at First Choice, notably with hygienist, Taylor. She is professional, gentle, thorough and always interesting to chat with. All visits to the dentist should be this low stress! Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: My dental hygienist was very knowledgeable, patient, pleasant, and kind. She made the experience comfortable and informative. I appreciated having the oral cancer screening UV light used to identify any unusual cellular activity. That was a first for me! I look forward to my next cleaning

Experiencia fantástica: Popped a crown of the night before. Called and got in the next morning. Cemented back on and given precautions. Casting and competent. Highly recommend First Choice Dental

Experiencia fantástica: The entire staff at the Middleton location is impressive. They are like Dental sorcerers wielding great power over enamel and Carries. Plus it should be noted this newer Middleton location is really nice. The only downside is they will not give you salt water taffy apparently it's bad for teeth.

Experiencia fantástica: I actually enjoy my visits to the dentist. All the staff are friendly and efficient.

Experiencia fantástica: Overall great experience! Clean, new building. Everyone was so nice and very welcoming. Highly recommend Taylor!

Experiencia fantástica: Truly one of the best dentist offices I’ve been to! They are always on time, efficient, and caring. I have referred multiple friends here who also agree!

Experiencia fantástica: I was very happy to be placed on the schedule quickly after I had chipped my front tooth. I had to see a different dentist then my regular, Dr. Gunderson. Although he is my favorite. My experience was excellent and I received great service from The First Choice Dental in Middleton on Parmenter st.

Experiencia fantástica: All of the ladies at the desk were very helpful. This was the first time using my Medicare card and the Office Manager was able to find my name in the Medicare system. She was very helpful!

Experiencia fantástica: Today my tooth was nicely cleaned

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly staff, very professional dental teams. Some serious dental surgery done with minimal pain and very good results. Thanks

Experiencia fantástica: Office staff was very friendly and helpful! The medical team that I had were outstanding as well! They explained everything completely and helped me feel at ease.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to First choice for three years now with multiple dentists, dental hygienists, and assistants. Each of them have been very professional and personable. Highly recommended.

Experiencia fantástica: It is always good to get me teeth cleaned. The hygienist Maureen is kind and accommodates my choices. Dr Hasan (sp?) is also gentle and straightforward. I appreciate them both

Experiencia fantástica: They do a great job and everyone has been super kind and professional.

Experiencia fantástica: The doctor's and their assistant at Middleton first choice dental are awesome!!!

Experiencia fantástica: The staff provided needed information r/t my dental needs. I appreciated the honest recommendations and why they may be the best options for my situation. It helps me make decisions!

Experiencia fantástica: I recently became a patient at First Choice Dental. My experience has been awesome. My procedure was handled with professionalism and compassion. While with my husband during his recent appointment Dr. Geffin took time out from her busy schedule to remove stitches that she placed during my procedure. This was done so that I wouldn't have to make a separate trip down from Baraboo the next day. Now this is truly great patient care.

Experiencia negativa: I was very disappointed. I came for routine cleaning for my teeth but they didn't do what I expected. She took 18 X-rays and painfully poked around my mouth, a "1st examination", and then told me I had to schedule another appointment for the cleaning I wanted. Why can't they do what I asked for first?

Experiencia fantástica: Fantastic service! Very friendly! They do a great job!

Experiencia fantástica: I went in to have a tooth pulled and since my last tooth pulled was over 30 years ago and a very painful experience (by a different provider), I was nervous and not looking forward to this. However, Dr. Jenkins was amazing. She pulled my tooth out painlessly and did a great job of communicating with me so that I would not be so nervous. Thank you Dr. Jenkins!

Experiencia fantástica: Maureen is a great hygienist! My visits to First Choice always go well.

Experiencia fantástica: Great staff to help with all your dental needs.

Experiencia fantástica: The Middleton office is beautiful! They take such good care of you and are very friendly. Would highly recommend them!

Experiencia fantástica: Barb and Brooke do excellent work cleaning my teeth. Dr Hassan is a great guy . I look forward to a short chat with him every time. Great energy. I left with a real positive vibe. The lady at the front desk who checked me in and out has the perfect attitude and manner of dealing with people. She is gold. How often do you leave a dental appointment happier than when you went in?

Experiencia fantástica: I am definitely afraid of the dentist and first choice dental Ali and the dentist were just amazing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has a fear of the dentist. They’re kind efficient and talk to you not down at you. They’re the best.

Experiencia positiva: Initial visit. Very thorough exam. I was lead to believe that i would receive a cleaning, along with the assessment. There is no reason to charge my insurance $400 for a visit - and not do a cleaning while I am there. Insurance limits are not high, and this will end up costing me "out of pocket" by the end of the year. I was given a feeble excuse for why they were "not allowed" to clean my teeth. My guess is that the dental groups have attended a conference that teaches them how to "milk" someone's insurance for more payments.

Experiencia positiva: I made an exam and cleaning appointment with FC when I wasn’t able to get one at my regular dentist appointment. The exam and X-rays went fine. Dentist and assistant were very friendly. The cleaning experience was not as good. I have never experienced discomfort during a cleaning until this one. I have a lot of root exposure and the hygienist didn’t exercise much empathy for all of the resulting sensitivity. My muscles were sore later after from holding them tight the entire time. She didn’t take any breaks to allow me to speak (and they use the suction that sits in your mouth the entire time) so it was impossible to express concern at the time. My fidgeting should have been a signal. I should have commented afterwards but frankly I just wanted to leave. The office itself was very nice, the front desk staff was friendly and the highlight was the extremely comfortable exam chair.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was very polite, professional and friendly. The atmosphere is very friendly and relaxing. Dr Summer is very friendly and very helpful and welcoming. Thank you so much for adjusting my temporary dentures so I can eat. They fit so much better.

Experiencia fantástica: Maureen has been my tech for years and she is wonderful! She's knowledgeable, super friendly and gives great dental advice.

Experiencia fantástica: very thorough, very meticulous, professional representation...all great

Experiencia negativa: Honestly incredibly disappointed, set up an appointment for a cleaning weeks ago. Stated I was pregnant in the new patient form I had to fill out not once but twice, used time off to have appointment and was called an hour an a half before the appointment saying I cannot keep my appointment because I need x-rays done and cannot have them done being that I am pregnant. This is exactly how I got behind after having my son who is now two and switching jobs/ insurance. Trying to get caught back up but apparently cannot have that happen when pregnant. Will be looking else where for a dentist office now yet again. What a waste of a PTO time.

Experiencia fantástica: Staff is very friendly. Everyone that took care of me today was very gentle. Brooke even offered to come in on her day off to

Experiencia fantástica: Best dentist in Madison! My dental experiences at First Choice Dental, Middleton, have always been excellent. The staff is friendly and always make me feel comfortable and safe. I never dread going to the dentist!

Experiencia fantástica: Very responsive and kind hygienists who truly care about patient experiences. Understanding dentist who really listens and works closely with patients.

Experiencia fantástica: Amy took such great care of me!!! Dr. Hassan is excellent and this is the first time in years I’ve had a positive experience at a dentist. Really happy with the care here. Edit: Dr. Hassan is actually a magician. He absolutely transformed not only my teeth but my life! His assistant Jera is probably the most kindest, genuine individual on this planet. The whole ream here deserves the word!!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone in the office is professional and welcoming. Dr. Geffin and her assistant were wonderful!

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend First Choice Dental. Everyone there is helpful and professional. They do an excellent job of cleaning and helping me maintain my dental health.

Experiencia fantástica: I always feel well cared for by staff from the front desk to the exam/treatment room. Dental Techs Barb and Maureen work as an effective team. They are skilled and respectful. The dentist, Dr. Belayet is excellent also very skilled and caring. I feel I'm in good hands (all 6) in the chair.

Experiencia fantástica: I like this dental clinic. They clean my teeth well, provide good service, and all the dentists and assistants are lovely.

Experiencia fantástica: I am very thankful for the team at First Choice Dental.

Experiencia fantástica: Loved this place. They got me an appointment as a new patient within 2 days of when I started experiencing symptoms and gave me solution that was neither invasive nor expensive. Everyone in the building was very friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist, especially on short notice.

Experiencia fantástica: Knowledgeable and patient dental hygienists—as usual!

Experiencia fantástica: First Choice Dental -Middleton has a very efficient delivery of their services. There is no waiting. Questions are answered. Insurance help is given. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Experiencia fantástica: I have gone to the dentist regularly, my whole life. When young, the dentist was filling-crazy! Note: he ran into my father many years after we (my siblings) left the house, he admitted that his approach was overly assertive. I continued to see dentists twice a year. Today's appointment with First Choice Dental was different, pleasant, friendly, and unlike my other experiences.

Experiencia fantástica: Super talented and very friendly staff across the board. Best dentist practice in Dane County, hands down. Two thumbs up!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly staff!! The Dentists and Dental Hygienists all do high quality work!! As an added bonus, they don't charge my Health Insurance when they're not supposed to; I like that!!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Hassan is the best. He was so professional and explained everything clearly before starting, so happy with the results.

Experiencia fantástica: They took good care of me on a Saturday! I was very relieved to find dental help on a Saturday, Dr.Saadi and his assistant were excellent! Thank you so much

Experiencia fantástica: I had to get a tooth extracted, which is never fun, but my hygienist was incredibly kind and so lovely to chat with. The dentist made the procedure quick and ensured I was comfortable the entire time. I really appreciated how well they took care of me!

Experiencia fantástica: As someone with serious white coat syndrome, going to the dentist has never been easy for me. I’m a very nervous patient, but the team at First Choice Dental in Middleton made the entire experience feel comfortable and manageable from the moment I walked in. They’re welcoming, friendly, and genuinely funny, which helped take my mind off the anxiety. Everything was explained clearly, there was no pressure, and I felt like they truly cared about my comfort and experience. That goes a long way when you’re someone who normally dreads appointments like this. I’m really grateful I found them and, for the first time in a long while, I actually feel good about going back. Great people, great care, and a team that knows how to put nervous patients at ease.

Experiencia fantástica: Amy was incredible!! I’ve been seeing her for years and I would never go to anyone else. She is a huge asset to your team and makes coming to the dentist enjoyable!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was so nice to me and very sweet make sure they do not hurt my swelled up infected truth while taking an x-ray. I was surprised I did not get any pain pills though lol I got amoxicillin hopefully it will go away fast thank you again for squeezing me in

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing staff! They have gone above and beyond for me yet again. Thank you First Choice Dental Middleton!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a sore tooth and feared I might need a root canal. Called and was seen the same day and happily found out it was a reaction from a virus I recently had that put sinus pressure on the nerve of the tooth below. Great service from beginning to end.

Experiencia fantástica: I enjoyed my recent visit. This is a remarkable statement from me since I’m loaded w dental anxiety accumulated from childhood. So, do I like First Choice Dental? No, I love going there!

Experiencia fantástica: Great service. I am always pleased with the care and friendliness at this dental office.

Experiencia fantástica: From the moment I walked in till the moment I left, I was very comfortable. Everything was explained to me what we would be doing today, what my future appointments would be like went over my insurance payment.Everything was up front was very, very happy. Cannot wait to go back and get my work done.

Experiencia fantástica: After many dental experiences being "not my favorite" at other establishments. I've found a home here at First Choice Dental. Today's visit with Dr. Hassan put me at ease and let me know that he will continue to care for me as they always have. I'd never thought I would say it but, I'm looking forward to my next dental appointment.....Thank you!
