Experiencia negativa: I almost never leave reviews. However, this one has been sitting with me for a while now. As a patient I didn’t feel heard, validated or reassured when having concerns after a few fillings. Dr. Lu, lacked simple empathy and sympathy. I did not have a positive experience with Dr. Lu. During my appointment, I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously, and my questions were met with limited or unclear responses. I left feeling dismissed and dissatisfied with the level of communication and care. I’d highly encourage you to look into a variety of other dentist offices.

Experiencia fantástica: Asen un exelente trabajo lo recomiendo '100x100

Experiencia fantástica: Great dental care givers. Thank you Very personal able smiles kind highly recommend. the best. Thank you and bless you all

Experiencia fantástica: Professional and efficient dentist and better persons

Experiencia fantástica: In the past I’ve had negative connections and even some anxiety about seeing the dentist - but no longer. I have used the Fitchburg location for almost two years now and reccomend them to everyone I know. Incredible staff, spotlessly clean, professional service. I now live in new glarus but will still be visiting y’all, thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: I went to another dental office nearby who attempted to sell me a deep cleaning and charge $500+ dollars, which would require two additional appointments and no work done the day of exam. Deep cleanings can be necessary but I did not suspect I needed this service at this time. I got a second opinion here and they recommended a routine ultrasonic cleaning done the same day and made it clear that a deep cleaning was definitely over prescribing care. The hygienist on request let me know the depth of my gum pockets while she checked them, and also clearly communicated my concerns regarding gum recession. These people are quick, friendly, ethical, and very skilled and confident in their work and are dedicated to helping their community and restoring confidence in your smile. Thank you so much!

Experiencia fantástica: I've only had two teeth pulled in my life with the other being within the last two years and this one was next to painless. Very nice experience and I've already recommended Fitchburg Springs Dental to someone.

Experiencia fantástica: 'Visited Fitchburg Springs for a dental cleaning and requested Emily when booking the appointment, based on the recommendation of another patient. Emily was very personable, getting to know me a little before she began her work. She was thorough but gentle in the cleaning and used a water jet inplement that cleans the teeth instead of a "pick." My teeth have ever been cleaner! Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: I am very pleased with Fitchburg Springs Dental service and its professionalism!. The minute you walk in you can feel the welcoming smiles. I recommend Springs Dental for the whole family!

Experiencia positiva: Today was the first time in 62+ years that I didn't even feel the novicane injections. I was a little worried when the assistant made a mistake while making a temporary crown. It still feels like I have something on my teeth in that area. The dentist arrived to fix the issue.

Experiencia fantástica: Love Fitchburg dental. Everyone has always smiling and warm and welcoming on arrival. My dental hygienist is always inquisitive as to my dental health and does a great job. Experiencia fantástica: Fitchburg Springs Dental was able to slot me in immediately to repair a lost front tooth filling. Dr. Lu and staff were professional and friendly as always. Repaired front tooth looks and feels great.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a very satisfactory visit. The staff was very friendly and professional.

Experiencia fantástica: Overall professional care!

Experiencia negativa: Ypu know how when you are seen by medical.professionals they give you the feeling they care about your health ? This isn't one of those places. The owner, I presume, has a decent manner. Unfortunately they always try to upsell their high tech treatments, I guess they have to pay for the machines. The main dentist Dr. Lu is just greedy. My aunt was a dentist her whole life, I guess I was spoiled by caring family. I really can't recommend this business. Notice I said business and not dental office. Why ? Because the Dentist treats people like ATM machines and really only cares about money. If you want caring ,kind ,compassionate care, cost conscious care, go elsewhere. I'm certainly never goimg back, which kind of sucks because they are my local dentist. The front end staff are really kind, it'd the dentist I do not recommend. So... if you want nice people to make your appointments with ,and don't care about being treated like an ATM, sure. I guess they work. It's a dental office, just not a good one.

Experiencia fantástica: Everything about Fitchburg Springs is amazing! From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and comfortable. Brooke, Dr. Lu, Kim, and the entire staff provided me with the best dentist visit I have ever had. Everything was pleasant, friendly, and comforting. I would highly recommend Fitchburg Springs to anyone and everyone for their dental needs!

Experiencia fantástica: Just a short visit today for a small procedure but everything was great as usual.

Experiencia negativa: I visited this clinic for a tooth that required a root canal. However, due to improper treatment, I faced significant issues. Instead of performing the necessary root canal, the clinic only placed a filling on the tooth, which caused me severe pain for approximately 10 days. During this time, I was unable to eat, sleep, or work properly. Eventually, I had to seek treatment from another dentist to have the root canal completed. This incorrect procedure exhausted the maximum limit of my dental insurance coverage, leaving me unable to afford further dental care without significant out-of-pocket expenses. This experience has been both physically and financially draining. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and proper care provided by this clinic and cannot recommend their services to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: I have gone her for about 2 years now. The staff here are very friendly and professional in every way imaginable. They for sure take a much deeper look at my teeth than my last place. They inspect every single tooth very closely and during cleanings they always do a great just of making them pearly white again!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Wu is excellent and always professional. Staff excells at being friendly and helpful.

Experiencia fantástica: Staff was amazing same with Dentist definitely recommending this location.
