Brittany is so wonderful, she’s is not only is she extremely polite and energetic but she is unbelievably helpful as well! There’s never been in issue she couldn’t fix for us! In fact the entire staff is fantastic, everyone is so great with kids!! Also, they have a movie theatre themed waiting room that is incredible and works so well at calming the kids and keeping them occupied before their appointment. If you haven’t been taking your lil ones here, you’re definitely missing out!!

Explained everything to her, let her see examples of the expander, spacers, etc. They also had little videos to explain procedures to the kids. We left and the first thing my daughter said in the parking lot was, "I can't wait to go back!" If that's not a win, I don't know what is!

Experiencia fantástica: Our son had a routine cleaning and checkup appointment today at Madison Pediatric Dental & Orthodontics. We've been taking both our kids here since they were babies. Our hygienist Kim noticed that one of our son's braces wires was poking out a bit and asked if it was uncomfortable for him. Kim went above and beyond and asked a colleague from their Orthodontics department to stop by and they were able to adjust the wire on-the-spot, preventing it from potentially getting worse, causing more discomfort, and requiring an unexpected return visit. It's this level of care and attention that we've come to expect from these thoughtful professionals. Wish I was young enough to go here myself.

They make it comfortable when nerves come into play at times. I really appreciate that we were referred to this office by our previous dentist when we moved from the Milwaukee area to Madison. I do want to say thank you to Julie for being so kind to answer all of my 7 year olds questions regarding her expander and future braces today. You really made a difference for her and she went happily back to school after her appointment to show her friends here expander.

The lobby has a full-on movie theater always playing a fun, Disney movie which is a highlight for kids in addition to easing nerves and starting appts out on a positive note. The receptionist desk is super helpful and warm. All staff have given us a great first impression as new clients. Especially, Dr Grace, Dr Tom, Joanne, and Sherry. They have all been so great to us!

Very welcoming staff and environment, I noticed a calm in my kids right away and they willingly sat right down and followed directions, which was a 180 degree difference from our previous dentist. Kelley and Amanda were extremely knowledgeable, kind to the kids and explained what they were going to beforehand and while they were doing it. They let the kids look and feel the instruments they were using. Our dental team had helpful insights into what might be best for kids’ teeth and answered my questions. So happy we made the switch!

They have always made sure that they took the time to explain procedures, take breaks, and make the children feel as comfortable as possible. Recently, Skyler and Joanne assisted with some dental work that my son needed and the experience couldn't have gone smoother. They both made my son comfortable and pain free. I would highly recommend them!

They were able to give multiple options for treatment and Dr Grace took ample time to ensure all our questions were answered and that we fully understood all the options and that we felt comfortable with the option we choose. She explained the pros and cons of all options and gave her personal recommendation based on what she felt would be best option for our son. After deciding on a path forward, Dawn R. and Stefanie F. were incredibly helpful with scheduling and answering all my questions. Experiencia negativa: This review is in regards to the orthodontic side of the business. Our daughter had braces through here and it was pretty uneventful. Our experience with our son and his braces has been frustrating. Constant broken brackets, other broken parts and pieces. He has had to return on multiple occasions to have things fixed. On a few return visits the individual correcting things has mentioned it was done wrong in the first place. The process of having braces to straighten your teeth can be long as it is, having multiple issues with broken components, incorrectly installed items, etc. only draws out an already long process. If someone were to ask me if I would recommend their services, at this point I would have to say no. I am not sure how one experience can go so smoothly, and the next be so challenging. They make the corrections, but you loose faith when you hear it wasn't set up correctly in the first place causing the need for a return visit to fix it. This happened multiple times over a nearly 3 year process.
