From the front desk staff to the hygienists to the doctors, every single person here is genuinely kind, professional, caring, and welcoming. It honestly feels more like visiting people who truly care about you than going to a dental clinic. Dr. Scott Andler, Dr. Cole, Briana, Kathy, Julie, Jill, Michelle, and the entire team are exceptional. I haven’t met the rest of the staff yet, but based on every interaction I have had so far, I have no doubt they are just as amazing. If you have dental anxiety, this is absolutely the place to go. They are incredibly patient, gentle, and never make you feel rushed or pressured into treatments you don’t want. They take time to explain everything and truly give personalized 1:1 attention. One thing that really stands out is how responsive and efficient they are. Communication is always quick, smooth, and stress-free, no endless holds or wasted time. Their technology and overall patient experience are top-notch. What touched me the most was during a dental emergency when Dr. Andler opened the clinic right away to help me, even outside normal hours. That level of care and compassion is rare these days and meant so much to me. The office ambiance is calming, warm, and comfortable, and every staff member I have interacted with has been wonderful. I genuinely feel lucky and blessed to have found this clinic. There is honestly no comparison to other dental offices when it comes to patient care, professionalism, and kindness. Going to the dentist used to feel stressful. Now it feels like going somewhere I trust completely. Highly, highly recommend Andler Dental.

Experiencia fantástica: Went in to have 2 cavities filled. They had to remove old fillings. There was some sorta rough drilling, but no real pain. It took about 2 hours. Dr Cole was present much of the time. The end result was very nice. Both the doctor and the technician were friendly, kind and attentive. The price seemed pretty reasonable, for that amount and quality of work. Would definitely recommend this practice.

I've never waited more than two or three minutes to get in, and once in the chair, everything moves quickly and efficiently. Dr Andler is up on the very latest technology and he and his staff attend trainings and seminars to stay up on the profession. I'm lucky not to have fear of dentistry, but I'm sure that even the most nervous patients would be calmed by the crew at Andler Dental. I actually enjoy my visits there because it's like getting together with friends.

They took all steps to make me feel very comfortable and took pains to explain me all the findings based on the x-rays taken in the facility. They established contact with my previous provider at NJ to start the treatment from that point onwards and recommended & arranged to set up my wisdom tooth extraction. It’s a very nice & clean set up and was very happy with their approach.

Well fitted and finished, i can floss without being the "shredder". Jamie his hygienist does a great job as well, very fast and gentle. Keeps you from feeling like you are being waterboarded! Enjoyable visits to a dentist? YUP!—Still visiting 2X/year…now have Paige, very pleasant and thorough as well. Been coming here maybe 15 years always a great experience, never a wait and good tips on improving your dental hygiene.

Wooded hills said I did and needed an aggressive treatment to my gums causing intense pain and expense. I moved to the area 3 years ago, and did some research on new dentists. Have had Dr. Andler do two new crowns and some other fillings. He listened to all my concerns with my tmj and splint that I wear. Also love the fact they can do same day crowns, made right in their office, as I am a very nervous dental patient. They explain things well and make sure I am comfortable. I met the newer dentist Dr. Cole today, and really liked her as well. I drive from the Eastside to the Westside as I really like the care I receive there.

Experiencia fantástica: Ten stars. Andler came through in an emergency the way you almost never see anymore and which I still almost don't believe actually happened. My fiance had a toothache so bad she couldn't get through the night without twice the dose of Ibuprofen and Tylenol her own dentist recommended. Her own dental practice, whom she has been with for years, could find nothing in an X-ray and scheduled her out a full WEEK for an endodontist consult. One day later, she's sitting on the couch crying, cancelling all her work shifts, unable to eat or sleep. This mother of three is a tough cookie (tough mudder, volunteer firefighter etc) and no wimp when it comes to pain. We called her own dentist's emergency number, and they downplayed the pain as if she were trying to abuse opiates, and told her to wait for the original consult. No effort, no urgency, no compassion (minus one receptionist who tried to call around)! I googled "compassionate emergency dental" in Madison and Andler popped up. They listened patiently on the phone, got all the details, got us in the same day (even though they had no appts they found the time), used two X-ray angles to find a crack in one of her back teeth, explained everything to us patiently in detail, then arranged an immediate oral surgical appt and within a couple hours her tooth had been pulled and the pain began to subside. The tooth could not have been saved, but an implant will replace it and she will be fine. Thank God Jamie the hygienist, Dr. Cole and Julie the receptionist and the whole Andler team were available and so compassionate and caring. She would not have survived a week of that pain.

Experiencia fantástica: Andler Dental is amazing! I have been to several different dental offices, and Andler Dental is the best one! My husband, two teenage sons, and myself all go there. Here are the things I appreciate so much, that I haven’t experienced at other dental offices: 1. If they detect a cavity, not only do they show you on the x-ray (which I am not an expert on and have a hard time deciphering), but also, they take a picture of the cavity in my mouth so I can actually see it. Sometimes, the cavity is visible before drilling, and sometimes it’s underneath. They take a picture when it is visible so I can actually see what it looks like! It is so important to me and helpful for me to see it. 2. For my two sons and myself, any time there is dental work being done, Dr. Cole explains everything she is doing before doing it - which instruments she’s using, what they sound like, and how they will feel. 3. Dr. Cole tells us when we might want to close our eyes (right before the needle). I appreciate that so much because I am definitely one who would prefer to close my eyes when a needle is involved and coming toward my mouth. 4. The dental hygienists are all so kind and understanding! They are patient with my sons, especially with my older of the two, who doesn’t like the feel or sound of the dental cleaning instruments. 5.
