Virginia Smiles Dental Care

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been to my fair share of dental offices, but Dr. Wasim ’s practice genuinely feels like the one I’ve been searching for my whole life. From the moment you walk in, the office is spotless in that quiet, thoughtful way—fresh, calming, and genuinely welcoming, not just “clean for show.” The staff greets you like old friends who actually remember your name and your story. No rushed small talk; they listen. They care. What sets this place apart is the rare combination of true expertise and deep humanity. Dr. Wasim is incredibly knowledgeable—his explanations are clear, never condescending, and you leave every appointment understanding exactly what’s happening in your mouth and why. His diagnoses are spot-on, and his treatments are precise and gentle. I’ve never once left wondering if something was missed or over-treated. There’s real integrity here; you can feel the strong work ethic in every decision. But it’s the bedside manner that keeps me coming back. I used to be one of those anxious patients who white-knuckled the armrests. Here, I actually relax. He has this calm, reassuring presence that makes you feel seen as a person, not just a set of teeth. He takes time to answer every question, explains options without pressure, and truly communicates with excellence—both before and after treatment. The entire team shares that same kind, patient energy. They remember little details about your life, check in on how you’re feeling, and make what could be a stressful experience feel… almost comforting. I’ve never felt more respected or cared for in a medical setting. If you’re looking for a dental home where clinical excellence meets genuine compassion, stop scrolling. This is it. I’m so grateful I found them, and I tell everyone I know to come here. My smile (and my peace of mind) thank them every single day. Highly, highly recommend. 10/10 — and then some. Thank you, Dr. Wasim and team, for restoring not just teeth, but trust.

Experiencia fantástica: Very good service!!

Experiencia negativa: Won’t accept any out of pocket payments, cash nor card. Says only insurance yet won’t disclose any costs of any work. Sounds like a great way for your insurance company to over pay. Should be able to pay for the same service with up front pricing. Only someone who is hiding or over charging does shady business tactics like this.
