Highlands Dental

Experiencia fantástica: They always do a great job!

Experiencia fantástica: This was our first time there, and I felt like everything from checking in, full mouth, x-rays, meeting both the tech and Dr. Berger - who were very professional, it was an all around easy experience. Probably a more thorough exam and cleaning than my previous dentist!

Experiencia fantástica: Yes I now have a dentist who takes her time to answer my questions. And put me at ease. I’ll be back Dr. Burger!!

Experiencia fantástica: On time, friendly and very efficient.

Experiencia fantástica: Great office and dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: Always quick and easy

Experiencia fantástica: Caring and friendly staff. Dr. Burger is lovely and very knowledgeable. She is thorough and will look out for you and your needs. She will tell you exactly what’s going on and how to proceed and prepare for any dental work. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: As always, a great dental experience and the staff are great.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Anna Burger and her staff were very nice and thorough. Customer Service A+

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly people and the dentist is so gentle. Highly recommend them

Experiencia fantástica: Going to the dentist CAN be a remarkably positive experience!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience with Dr. Burger and the staff at Highlands Dental. I had seen a different Dentist 6 months ago and had a bad experience that included the Dentist recommending procedures that I did not need. Dr. Burger is gentle and she did a great job .

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly Professional and efficient Enjoyed the experience

Experiencia fantástica: Gret experience, I trust this practice with my teeth and have always met my expectations!

Experiencia fantástica: Always Great!

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend Dr. Burger at Highlands Dental. The staff is always welcoming and professional, making each visit comfortable and stress-free. My experiences here have exceeded expectations.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been going here for over 5 years, and they are great. They have helped keep my teeth consistently healthy, have been of great help in an emergency or two, and know their stuff. Thank you!

Experiencia positiva: Dr. Berger is a wonderful dentist. However, a couple of minor points were disappointing to us. First, a new 3% charge to use a credit card to pay. And no whitening syringes were included with our annual Dental Savings Plan this year. They were included last year.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Burger is the best! Kevin always welcomes you with a smile, and the staff is equally amazing.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Burger did an excellent job with the crown that I needed

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Burger does an excellent job and can be counted upon to help with any Dental Health issue. Critical for me, Dr. Burger can make a crown right there on the spot, a big advantage if you need one. I have been under her care for nearly 10 years and highly recommend her and her staff. They are super friendly, efficient at keeping you in touch with your schedule via texts and e-mails, and best all they will leave you smiling brighter every time.

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly, professional & knowledgeable !!!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient here for a couple years now and have had an awesome experience everytime. Dr. Burger is amazing as well as the hygienists and front desk staff.

Experiencia fantástica: We were looking for a dentist to give us a second opinion on needed care after moving to Colorado. After being told that between my wife and I we would need 9 cavities filled, we sought another dentist to confirm or refute the findings. The staff at Highlands Dental made us feel like we were already part of their regular customer base, seeking previous x-rays so we didn't have to pay for new ones right away, listening to our concerns and questions and then providing great care in a very timely manner. Not only did they refute the other dentist findings, they squashed them completely finding no evidence of cavity issues! Thank you Highlands Dental for being our new dentist and not an attempt at purchasing a new home!

Experiencia fantástica: I went here for the first time today and really had a great experience. Very good service and employees

Experiencia fantástica: Professional and to the point , with comfort. Great bunch of professionals.

Experiencia fantástica: Best dentist ever. Friendly staff and overall pleasant experience

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Burger and her husband and staff are very nice and professional. I have been with them for over 20 years, and I am very happy.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Berger is the only dentist I’ve ever seen that actually does my cleaning herself. I’ve been going to her office for over ten years now and always get excellent service! Highly recommend you see Dr Anna Berger!

Experiencia fantástica: Office was very clean and professional and the staff was attentive good at communicating what was going on with my teeth.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been coming to Dr. Burger for about five years now, and I truly can’t say enough good things. She has such a calming, kind bedside manner that always puts me at ease, and I’ve consistently felt like I’m in excellent hands. Every time I leave her office, I walk away feeling well cared for and confident in the quality of treatment I received. Kevin also deserves a shout-out — he’s so good at what he does. Professional, attentive, and always welcoming. It’s clear that both of them care deeply about the patients they serve, and that makes all the difference. Most recently, I had a situation come up, and I just want to say how much I appreciate the way everything was handled with kindness and understanding. It reminded me why I’ve continued to come back here all these years — because this is a team that listens, cares, and takes the time to do things right. Thank you both so much!

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend Highlands Dental in Highlands Ranch. They have an excellent staff, service, and ease of scheduling….. Dr Anna Burger is awesome and comes highly recommended.

Experiencia fantástica: A wonderful experience as usual. Teeth cleaning this time. Crowns are next. What makes this dentist so great, is the professionalism from DR. Burger herself to to the scheduling and insurance research/management by Kevin and the back office.

Experiencia fantástica: Fast, efficient care and service!

Experiencia fantástica: Prompt, professional, courteous, and a clean office. The features that I appreciate in a Dentist

Experiencia fantástica: It’s always a pleasure to come here, they are ALWAYS on time, straight to the point and amazing service. Highly recommend them!

Experiencia negativa: Told me I needed a cap immediately and that if I BUY NOW I’d receive a discount. Then got 3 follow up calls pressuring me to buy the cap before the 1 month pricing special ends. Got a second opinion who said the filling was fine and getting a cap, although fine to do, was not urgent. Nice people but high pressure sales makes it difficult to parse out what’s medically necessary. Very disappointed.

Experiencia fantástica: this dentist is spot on. You might say in our busy world time is important! Dr. B. gets us in and out her hygienist are friendly. Coming from medical background, I know how important it is to have healthy teeth and gums because it actually affects so many other parts of your body from your heart to your gut health! They are a wonderful group The hygienist as well as the dentist are very attentive. They both explaining everything that they do in your cleaning It was great experience This time I had to go through putting on a crown. To be honest with you, I was slightly nervous before I came. I’ve had pretty good health with my teeth. They made it so easy. They have a 3-D printer, which means they can do your crown or any other dental work right there. You don’t have to come back it’s all done in one day. That is a huge plus as we are all busy and time is valuable I was in and out of there and my teeth are awesome!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a very good experience. Everyone was excellent, analyzing all my medical needs and insurance coverage with wonderful care and proficiency. Dr. Burger extensively examined my teeth to help design a good plan of treatment going forward. I am very happy with their care.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Burger is very smart and has helped me with complex dental issues. They are awesome!!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Burger is the utmost professional and bar setter for her field. I love the care and treatment she provides on every visit. Her staff are also the best and take care of every need.

Experiencia fantástica: I love this dentist office! Dr. Burger is wonderful, and really takes her time to answer my questions and address concerns. I have also gone to other dentists and been told that my teeth needed a bunch of work that I didn't think was necessary, but when Dr. Burger looked at my teeth, she said everything looked great. I think those other dentists were just trying to make money by giving me unnecessary procedures, but she never does that.

Experiencia fantástica: Highlands dental & Dr Burger and her staff are great, on time, prepared and ready to take care of your dental needs. I always feel reassured they answer my ?’s and keep me informed of possible future treatment. My experience was and always has been great

Experiencia fantástica: As always, great experience with friendly staff and service. Dr. Burger is great and thorough!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Burger included me in explanation of what she was doing and why, heard my comments, was professional, efficient, and skilled. I was impressed with her approach, her staff, and the confidence she exuded.

Experiencia fantástica: They always go above and beyond for you, from making you feel comfortable to working you into their schedule when able for last minute needs.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr.Burgur is an amazing dentist. She caught issues with my teeth before they persisted beyond repair. She’s also assured me of perceived issues or unnecessary repairs saving me money and time. She is an honest and gentle person. The staff is accommodating and helpful. I would highly recommend her practice!!

Experiencia fantástica: She and her staff are friendly, thorough and efficient.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Burger and her team are always top-notch. Been a patient for over 7 years and they have ALWAYS treated me like I’m important. They listen to me…

Experiencia fantástica: Efficient, skilled and thorough. Only place I trust with my dental care.

Experiencia fantástica: Do you get nervous about going to the dentist? Most people do. There’s no need to be nervous if you select Highlands Dental. They provide exceptional dentistry in a calming and supportive environment. Professional and comprehensive services. Outstanding dentist and staff.

Experiencia fantástica: Anna Burger is a wonderful dentist. The process for making appointments, reminders and re-scheduling is efficient and easy. I would recommend her practice to anyone looking for a competent and professional dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Burger is the best dentist in Colorado bar none.

Experiencia fantástica: Professionally preceeding exam with care and friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Burger has been my dentist for several years and I trust her with my dental care. Whether it’s a crown, a filling, or deep root scaling, Dr Burger handles it all with aplomb.

Experiencia positiva: This office is filled with amazingly kind people and friendly service. The office itself is old, outdated, and literally has wall posters fading with age but give them a chance if you need local dentistry. I really appreciated the doctor and all the staff. If the office actually reads these, yeah that place feels like 1994 and looks worse so maybe consider that in attracting new clients.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr.Burger is very efficient and always on time with your appointments. The staff are all so nice and polite. I think of them as family.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Burger was professional and thorough. I was very pleased and have decided to chose her as my dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: This is Terry and Dr. BERGER is the best dentist I've ever had.

Experiencia fantástica: Best dental experience I have had.

Experiencia fantástica: It was a beautiful experience. From scheduling my appointment to having my teeth taking care of . Highly recommended

Experiencia fantástica: They always are punctual with my appointment. A very clean and friendly environment.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent Dentist and office service.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff is wonderful and don’t try to take advantage of you. I came from New Mexico to have Dr. Burger do my crowns. I could not be happier.

Experiencia fantástica: On time, professional, knowledgeable and painless!

Experiencia fantástica: Fantastic practice, friendly staff all around.

Experiencia fantástica: Doctor Burgert, and Staff, are amazing, and really help me get through the process.

Experiencia negativa: After waiting for 20 minutes when it looked like it would be even longer, when I tried to ask about how much longer it would be just to start my appt., the Dr. told me to leave! She was very rude and insulting. I have never been treated so badly by a dentist in my entire life. Terrible treatment for a new patient!!

Experiencia fantástica: Always a great experience. Good conversation and a quick in-and-out.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent care, friendly, timely

Experiencia fantástica: Great cleaning and ex-ray experience. Dentist and staff were very friendly, putting me at ease with their expertise.

Experiencia fantástica: I’m terrified of the pain, I’ve had work done over the years with other dentists and had some bad experiences and Highland caters to me and my anxiety about it. Super friendly, super in tune with their patients. always checking to see if I’m ok during anything even cleanings. I highly recommend, I wish I would have found her years earlier than I did.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Burger takes her time and fully answers all your questions & concerns, I never feel rushed. She is the best!!!

Experiencia fantástica: If your looking for a qualified, compassionate and reasonable dentist, Dr. Berger is it ! Kevin and her entire staff is the best.

Experiencia fantástica: I always have a great experience. Everyone is very friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: Always a pleasure to see Dr. Burger and everyone else in the office. My appointments are always quick yet thorough and they do a great job!

Experiencia fantástica: Great people to work with very efficient on time, very happy.

Experiencia fantástica: Really appreciated how quickly they got me in when I was in serious discomfort. The entire team was so nice. I was very pleased by the quality of treatment.

Experiencia fantástica: Very, clean updated…I being a new patient had a friendly greeting..and very professional…. DR and assistant. Were on time, teeth cleaned by the Dr. Have not had that ever, I think. Wonderful job.. felt my teeth were getting GREAT care. Wonderful dental experience!

Experiencia negativa: I liked the Dentist and thought that I had found a new dental home. I appreciated that Dr. Burger worked me in the day after my tooth cracked; however, her financial policy does not show commitment to doing her best to help her patients. Her financial policy shows that she is more interested in saving a couple of hundred dollars or less than ease the financial burdens of her patients who must shell out many more hundreds of dollars (in my case I have already paid almost $900 over two visits) and may end up having to pay the entire crown service because my root canal may have well exceeded my annual coverage, but Dr. Burger's policy is to not allow patients to use care credit unless the one day balance is $1,000.00 or more. Most other offices are happy to incur the additional 7% credit card fee if it means helping their patients not incur a financial hardship. This includes the Endodontics office she sent me to. They did not balk at my using my care credit card to pay my $465.00 patient responsibility. Therefore, I will be looking for a new dentist that provides both great customer service and cares about my financial wellness, just like Endodontics Associates. The few dollars Dr. Burger's office saved by not allowing me to use care credit caused her to lose over a thousand dollars in future earnings because I will need a new crown next year and I am just waiting for my new benefits to kick in and my FSA to re-set. That does not seem like sound financial intelligence to me.

Experiencia fantástica: Professional, friendly and helpful.

Experiencia fantástica: I am happy that I finally made a decision to see Dr. Burger at Highlands Dental. Dr.Burger and her team are very caring, gentle and professional. The cleaning was painless and very thorough. She patiently answered my many questions and provided different options/solutions to the problem.

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend Dr Burger for any and all dental needs. I have been a patient of hers for several years. She and her staff are very professional and knowledgeable.

Experiencia fantástica: Best dentist I've ever had. Staff is friendly but professional, prices are amazing, and they work about 10 times faster than any other dental team I've seen, and somehow manage to do a better job than other dental teams as well. Finally, I am NEVER worried that they will recommend unnecessary procedures to me or try to oversell what treatment is needed. Their recommendations are always for exactly what you need, as opposed to what would maximize their profits.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to Dr. Bergher for 12 years. She is professional, competent and friendly. I enjoy visiting her office and friendly staff.

Experiencia fantástica: This team is really great! They are so efficient. Always friendly when I walk in. The longest I've ever waited was maybe 5 minutes! Dr. Berger has a great chair side manner and explains things very well.

Experiencia fantástica: Always friendly and efficient.

Experiencia positiva: I went to Highlands Dental for several years and had a good experience until I showed up for my cleaning and the dentist did my cleaning. Just as I don’t want a doctor drawing my blood (I want a phlebotomist who does that all day, every day), I don’t want a dentist cleaning my teeth. They sent me a feedback form after my visit and after I provided this feedback, I received a letter in the mail saying that I needed to find a new provider. They didn’t have any plans to hire a hygienist and I was essentially fired as a patient. They also do not have the latest technology such as the pano X-rays and the ability to make crowns in office. I wouldn’t recommend them.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been going to Highlands Dental now for about 5 years. They are fantastic and really care about their patients. They do such a thorough job and don't crank you through like a factory. Abby, Kevin and Dr. Burger are all fantastic. Highly recommended.

Experiencia fantástica: Made me feel very comfortable, I loved being told what each tool was going to be used for before putting it in my mouth. I appreciated the helpful/honest explanations to any questions or concerns I had. I'm not a fan of surprises or instructions without purpose, so this experience was very assuring and pleasant.

Experiencia fantástica: Highly recommend. Everyone was extremely efficient yet addressed all of my concerns. Most important to me, having very sensitive teeth, is that the dentist and hygienist showed that they cared about what I needed to be comfortable. I fully trust this team to take care of me.

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly and professional.

Experiencia fantástica: I've always been treated kindly and on time.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going here for many years. It's family owned, the staff is always super pleasant, and the quality of care is 10 out of 10...every time.

Experiencia fantástica: very professional and efficient

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful and friendly staff. Excellent and competent work - always done right the first time. They are great at communicating appointment reminders, anticipated costs and working with insurance companies. They make dental visits pleasurable.

Experiencia fantástica: My visit to Dr. Beuger was excellent as always

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Burger was very good. From Communication, to the procedure itself. I would recommend her all day everyday.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is amazing! Dr. Burger is great and the staff is very friendly and efficient. They always run on time and are great with my teenagers.
