Heritage Dental

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience, nice staff! UPDATE! Use to go to Dr. Murray because he was the BEST! Didn’t know he moved and when I went to my appointment, I had the worst experience with the hygienist. My cleaning appointment was an hour and a half and the actual dentist didn’t even come and look at my teeth. Pretty sure the hygienist used a dirty tool on me. Never going back. Definitely following Dr. Murray!!

Experiencia fantástica: Very Professional! Great Doctor and Staff!

Experiencia negativa: I did not have a good experience at this dental office. They insisted on an excess number of xrays without letting me know my insurance would not cover those costs. The dental assistant had trouble with the cardboard that was put in my mouth and ended up taking many more xrays than was required. I ended up with a sore mouth. I guess the equipment at this office is also older? I have not had that experience with the piece of cardboard for x-rays for many years. The office, for some reason, did not apply to my insurance until I called the office and asked about this.

Experiencia fantástica: Had a great cleaning. The new dentist and hygienist were great. Already set my next appointment. Highly recommend this dental practice

Experiencia positiva: Dentists come and go too fequently. Would like to have a dentist who knows me and my dental issues and will instill confidence in knowing they will be there the next time I'm there. Have had problems with billing issues the past years, but am hoping that those issues are corrected. This last visit I was pleased with Caitlin (hygenist) & Dr. Matt Stevenson (?), but only saw him for the last 5 minute check of my Xrays. Jena has been there a long time and she is always friendly and helpful.

Experiencia fantástica: Staff is always friendly and The Dr is super nice and knows what he’s doing.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent experience from all employees! Kaitlin is a wonderful Hygienist and very knowledgeable

Experiencia fantástica: Great hygienist and Dr visit, had a gum problem and they medicated the area with a slow release antiseptic

Experiencia positiva: It’s surprising just how many people come and go in this business. I’ve not had the same hygienist for years. This time even the dentist was gone.I had a temporary hygienist and he was excellent. I also thought the current Dr. was very informative and helped me with a couple of questions I had. The Front desk helped me with a bill I received.

Experiencia fantástica: Staff was very helpful, friendly and professional. Overall it was a good experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Very good experience. All the hygienist are super gentle. Front desk is very friendly. Would recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Murray is a great dentist . Ifelt comfortable and confident in this office . The work done was excellent and done quickly. Upfront about cost and they take insurance. So glad I found Heritage. Now my son has had work done there. I believe he is in his best dental health now And he loves going to see Dt. Murray

Experiencia fantástica: Very wonderful, friendly, and professional staff. Thank you for making me feel very supported with my dental care. The front desk operations are phenomenal!

Experiencia fantástica: My family member has been a patient for several years. She is under the care from Dr. Lind, Dr. Anderson and Dr. Murray. The dentists and their team, (Lindsay, dental hygienist and Jenna, the senior finanical advisor) have helped her through several oral surgeries, root canal procedures and gum diseases. Hope her dental problems will get better sooner.

Experiencia fantástica: The office has been great working with Dr Murray and his staff. Quite pleased with the scheduling and usually running on time with appointments. Everyone is pleasant and friendly to work with.

Experiencia fantástica: Always a great experience!

Experiencia fantástica: Outstanding communication, results and speed for services. Highly appreciated and recommended.

Experiencia fantástica: Competent employees, clean through. Dentist did a thorough examination and there was no up selling as I have experienced at other dental offices. I will go back and I will recommend. Excellent Hygienist!

Experiencia fantástica: Lindsey is always so nice and friendly and does a great job ! Very professional and efficient !

Experiencia fantástica: Dr.Murray has been great helping me get an implant that is long over due! The whole staff is great front of the house and back! Appreciate you all!

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience yesterday. The hygienist was wonderful and the cleaning and xrays painless and thorough.

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience…friendly and professional.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent care from all the staff. Lindsay is the best hygienist! My cleanings are thorough and she is gentle. Dr. Murray is the best dentist I’ve ever had. He is thorough and the crowns I’ve had to have replaced, due to their age, have been done excellently and with a minimum of discomfort. Highly recommend this practice.

Experiencia fantástica: I am glad I stuck around through all the changes at Heritage Dental. Great dentist & employees!

Experiencia positiva: I really like the dentists here. Some of the hygienist are great and some are ok lol. Usually have a great experience every time I’m here.

Experiencia positiva: Dr Murray is the best dentist I've had. Amazing attention to detail. However, the front desk has repeatedly made the experience of being a patient here frustrating. And when confronted with missed promised followups, they don't own up to it and simply say they have many patients to deal with. You have to fight for your insurance yourself, and you often have to follow up on things they say they'll follow up on. However, the pain of the front desk is worth it for Dr Murray's excellent treatment.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent care and service team

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Murray he is an amazing Doctor, he makes you feel confidence on him and he is very professional Doctor. Thank you

Experiencia fantástica: Great dentist and wonderful staff!! Thank you for helping me. I appreciate you so much.

Experiencia fantástica: Such a friendly, caring dental office and very thorough cleaning and exam.

Experiencia fantástica: I recently had an outstanding experience at Heritage Dental! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The office was clean and well-organized, and they demonstrated the perfect balance between professionalism and friendliness. Dr. Murray took the time to explain every step of the process, making sure I felt comfortable and informed. Their attention to detail and gentle approach made my visit surprisingly pleasant which says a lot because I historically hate going to the dentist. I appreciated how they listened to my concerns and tailored the treatment to my needs. The dental hygienist was also fantastic, providing thorough care while ensuring I was comfortable throughout the cleaning. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Heritage Dental is the best experience I have ever had at a dental visit! Dr. Murray is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and professional. A true expert at his craft. He took time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed, and the whole experience was comfortable and pleasant. His staff is warm and welcoming. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Highly, highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Best dental experience I have ever had. Dr Murray is both professional and personable. He took the time to answer all of the questions that I had. The entire team was incredibly friendly, I will absolutely be going back!

Experiencia fantástica: Professional- friendly - Dr Murray and staff are making the dentist enjoyable!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Murray’s team at Heritage Dental is fantastic! We recently moved from downtown Denver and needed to find a dentist down south— I’m beyond thrilled our family found this practice. Lindsey is truly one of the best dental hygienists I’ve seen— she’s thorough, efficient, and so incredibly kind. Dr. Murray is also very kind, professional, and knowledgable— he wasn’t in a rush to see me, took the time to explain my exam, and left plenty of time to answer any questions I had. Unlike other practices I’ve been to in recent years, I didn’t feel like I was being pushed to buy products or agree to services I don’t need (absolutely my biggest pet peeve when visiting the dentist). It’s very clear that Dr. Murray not only cares for his patients, but also creates a very welcoming, productive space for his staff— HIGHLY recommend this team!

Experiencia fantástica: I was probably 40 minutes late and had called due to awful weather. When I got there, was expecting to cancel. They started working me in and found enough time to get my cleaning and all done! Thx!!

Experiencia fantástica: I've recently made the switch to Heritage Dental after the last 25 years at a different dentist due to price inflation and availability of dental care as well as the rave reviews of Dr. Murray. I have since recommended him to my parents and friends as he exceeded expectations as well as the dental hygienist and receptionist. This dentist office is down to earth, caring, clean and organized. I was impressed with the latest and greatest technology that they used during my visit. Dr. Murray also went above and beyond to answer my questions and provide additional research with a recurring staining issue that I was facing. I will continue to have them provide for my dental needs into the foreseeable future.

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome service...great hygienist, dentist and receptionist!

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience! Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone I encountered was so nice and easy going. Made going to the dentist more enjoyable.

Experiencia fantástica: Lindsay the hygienist from Kentucky was fantastic! She was very cautious of my sensitive areas while descaling my tartar and while using the air and cold water rinses. She also explained why I should consider getting a fluoride treatment and I never knew the additional benefits of receiving that treatment, so I chose to do it this time. Dr. Murray was also great!

Experiencia fantástica: Throughout my entire, long life my biggest fear has been going to the dentist. I finally found a dental practice which has eliminated all those fears for me. I've undergone several substantial but painless procedures, including deep cleaning with hand tools by my hygienist, Ignacia, and a crown and tooth extraction by Dr Murray. Dr Murray and Ignacia and the entire staff have been very professional, pleasant and patient answering all my questions. I would not consider going anywhere else for my dental care and would highly recommend Heritage Dental.

Experiencia fantástica: They were all very accommodating and super helpful with my questions. I am a new client here. I would recommend anybody looking for a great team, you should go to the team at HERITAGE DENTAL. The whole staff is amazing so accommodating and so helpful..

Experiencia fantástica: A pleasant staff and professional service. I'm give heritage dental two thumbs up.

Experiencia fantástica: Very professional office, Dr Murray was great, he explained everything he was doing down to the last detail.

Experiencia fantástica: Love the staff, and Dr. Murray is gentle and takes time to explain everything he is doing. The office always run on time, never have to wait

Experiencia fantástica: Have gone to this dentist for years. The dentists and hygienists are always amazing, kind and great at caring for me and my husband. We’ve done general cleanings, Invisalign, TMJ treatments and more at this practice and couldn’t be happier. At one point we moved and I tried to go to a dentist closer to my house who told me I needed a deep cleaning with a special laser that would cost me $3k, and I went back to Heritage Dental for a second opinion. I didn’t need a deep cleaning at all and haven’t needed one since! I also have been to other dentists that over diagnose cavities. Heritage Dental does NOT do that. They are amazing and I trust them totally with our care!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to Heritage for several years now and have always received great services, whether it’s regular cleanings to Invisiline. Dr. Murray is great and the staff are kind and always remember me by name. I know me and my family are in good hands here.

Experiencia fantástica: 1st Time @ Heritage Dental & was very impressed with the entire staff. Everyone was extremely friendly. At every step of the way. Everyone wanted to make sure all my questions were answered. I never felt like they were trying to "Up sell" me. Dr Murray is so personable and very professional at the same time.I will be referring everyone I can to Heritage Dental. Graet experience.

Experiencia fantástica: I've had the same Hygienist for my last two cleanings. She is very knowledgeable and professional. She made sure to know which areas were sensitive and took the time to clean them without causing pain. I was referred to this Dentist by a co-worker and would suggest this practice to anyone seeking a great Dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: A great cleaning today by Lindsay! Good job!

Experiencia fantástica: I recently had a fantastic experience at Heritage Dental, and I couldn't be happier with the care I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. My hygienist, Lyndsey, was absolutely amazing! She was thorough, gentle, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything she was doing and answered all my questions patiently. She made my dental visit a truly positive experience. My teeth have never felt so clean! The entire office was clean and modern, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. I highly recommend Dr. Murray and his team.

Experiencia fantástica: They are very professional here and they replaced an old filling for me and I was in and out in an hour. Very impressed with the professionalism.

Experiencia fantástica: I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience at Heritage Dental has been excellent. The staff is wonderful, the office is great, and Dr. Murray is the best. I truly appreciate the level of care I received, and how Dr. Murray took the time to explain and discuss everything with me. Thank you Dr. Murray and team!

Experiencia fantástica: 5 STARS TO HERITAGE DENTAL!!!! Dr. Murray and his team are the best out there! Everyone in this office cares so much about every patient that walks through the door. Jenna and Nina are always sitting up front with a smile on their faces. As for Dr. Murray, I will not trust anyone else- he is the best dentist I have ever had and goes above and beyond to give quality care. Alonzia and Lindsay are both super knowledgeable, kind, and upbeat. There is truly no better dental office in Colorado!!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Murray and his team are top notch. They are very knowledgeable and take great care ensuring you understand everything. I really appreciate that I didn’t feel rushed through like some other high volume practices. Dr Murray is the dentist you want to see in Centennial!

Experiencia fantástica: Heritage dental is a great office. They have been through a few changes and are looking great and have good staff who are very friendly and knowledgeable. I just had a great cleaning! I will keep bringing my family here for all our dental needs.

Experiencia fantástica: My first visit was a Joy. My dental hygenist was outstanding!

Experiencia fantástica: Heritage Dental has THE BEST staff of all and any practices I’ve been to. I recommend them to all my friends. Outstanding professionalism!

Experiencia fantástica: Exceptional Care team! Lyndsey was the best hygienist I’ve ever had and Dr Murphy was highly skilled, knowledgeable and very kind. Just was they took Medicare Advantage PPO. Sad I can’t continue to have my teeth taken care of there.

Experiencia fantástica: I love this dental practice. Dr. Murphy is very gentle and he has a very calm demeanor. Alonza is an excellent assistant, and I just had a great cleaning by Lindsey.

Experiencia fantástica: Professional office with knowledgeable staff. A great experience!

Experiencia fantástica: My experience was fabulous from my initial call meeting with the dental assistant, the doctor the dental hygienist including the front desk, I was treated with respect concern, and I felt like I had new friends. And my concern was addressed and taken care of. I would highly recommend Heritage dental.

Experiencia fantástica: Heritage Dental it great! Dr. Murray office and entire staff are highly skilled, friendly, kind professionals! I would highly recommend Heritage Dental! Thank you Heritage Dental!

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful experience and great vibe from everyone that works there. Would highly recommend for your dental needs.

Experiencia positiva: All new faces since my last visit. People were polite and friendly. Sunday, the dental hygienist was great.

Experiencia fantástica: Had a great experience at Heritage Dental on my last visit. The dental hygienist was very gentle and thorough. We also had a nice conversation. I will be back because of my positive experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Haley is the best dental hygienist I’ve ever experienced. She is personalized, gives trustworthy advice, and is a truly kind and caring person. Get appointments with her if you want the best personalized care!

Experiencia fantástica: Have been going here for over a decade and have loved the care I received!

Experiencia fantástica: Been going here for a couple of years. Staff is great wondeful!

Experiencia fantástica: I have always had a great experience here.

Experiencia fantástica: Really pleased on how great everyone at the new Heritage Dental office are. Thank you

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing attention to detail and knowledge. Highly recommend Haley as your dental hygienist. She’s warm, knowledgable and attentive.

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience at Heritage Dental. Everyone was very professional! I highly recommend

Experiencia fantástica: Haley is the best hygienist in the state of Colorado!

Experiencia fantástica: Never thought I’d say this about visiting the dentist, but it was such an amazing experience. My hygienist Haley was great

Experiencia negativa: Please stay away from Heritage Dental. They took x-rays for my tmj and sent them off to get reviewed no follow up or review was provided even when i called and asked and went in for another cleaning. They charged me for fluoride when it was covered by insurance and they knew it was covered. My wife went in for a cleaning and the hygienist was horrible she was a fill in hygienist also tried to over charge her. They also wanted to fill cavities on myself that after a 2nd dentist opinion didn’t exist. Stay away.

Experiencia fantástica: Have been going here for years. Love the team and their care!

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing service! Excellent Staff! I have always been afraid of visiting the dentist; however, Heritage Dental has made me feel welcomed and comfortable at every visit.

Experiencia fantástica: Staff here is so nice and remembered me from a while back ago! I had Sunday clean my teeth, and was very informative, sweet, passionate, and caring about my comfort and time here today! Highly recommend, and will always come back :)

Experiencia fantástica: Been coming to this practice for years. New faces but same excellent care!

Experiencia negativa: Beware of the new owners. Horrible dental office to work with. The new owners treat it as a cash cow & not a reputable care center that will put their patients 1st. We have been going to heritage dental for around 5-6 years. It started out great then slowly started to decline. I’ve had a few dental implants put in & before this last one, they were acceptable. The Dentist who previously put in my implants did my last one right before selling his practice & the new owners kicked him out & changed the locks on him overnight (per Dr Lindt). He was supposed to finish out his 2 years before retirement as their dentist but his work started to decline drastically. He ended up putting my implant in way too early (per the new dentist & dentist tech) as he had done to a few other people around the same time right before he was shoved out. My implant failed shortly after & they said I would be credited to have it replaced by them free of charge except for labs. So I had been back a couple times & each time they tried to give me a bill for over 1K & had to call several times for over a week to get an answer why I was being billed.i had to plead my case each time. This shouldn’t have been the case if they had notes in my record. Finally someone would get back to me a week to 2 later & disregard it. Within several months they went through 2-3 dentists & no one knew anything. Finally they did my bone graph & before I was to get my implant put in I wanted something in writing that I would not be billed as was promised, for that procedure. For over 2 weeks calling & the billing manager avoiding my calls & someone else promising she will get back to me by a certain day or time. Nothing. Finally we had it out & I will never do business with a “company” like this again. You can’t feel safe and trust the work will be done the correct way when they run their business the way that they do. They showed they only care about their commission & not the patients. Not to be trusted. Shoddy work. Saying poor business skills would be an understatement. Avoid at all costs.

Experiencia fantástica: Quick and easy cleaning, courteous and nice staff all around

Experiencia fantástica: I am very pleased with the service I receive at Heritage Dental. From the staff at the front desk to every dental associate encountered while at the office, everyone truly cares about my wellbeing, to include my comfort while being treated, how I feel post procedure in the days that follow, as well as the thorough administrative expertise of the front desk processing my paperwork with me, dealing with insurance, and working with labs efficiently and timely. The community they have fostered within their office extends to patients as well, and that makes going a positive experience even before getting there. They embrace, act on and value the age-old adage: People do not remember what you said or what you did, but they will forever remember how you made them feel.”

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been going here for as long as I can remember. Hailey is so great y’all

Experiencia fantástica: I have a very hard time going to the dentist. For some reason it's complete terror. This dental group from the front office Gina and another girl and the Doctor my experience Was beyond great. They took their time with me they did not make me feel bad. I would recommend this group to everyone. They are now my new dental group.

Experiencia fantástica: I don't like going to the dentist. I had much less anxiety when I came for xrays and the next week I went for cleaning and it was awesome! My teeth feel great! Everyone was awesome! Great information provided on the impact of my diabetes on my oral health; great recommendations for products and ongoing care and dental health. I have definitely found my spot!

Experiencia fantástica: A great dental office!! I have EXTREME dental anxiety. The hygienist Haley has been amazing in helping me get through appointments and feel relaxed. They also offer nitrous for cleanings as an option which is another plus when dealing with dental anxiety. Very clean as well!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Came in for an appointment for a tooth issue and the front desk staff were very helpful in getting my updated insurance processed. Did not have to wait long before being seen by the hygienist Miriam who was very friendly and considerate. The doctor was upfront about his prognosis and recommended getting a second opinion from a specialist.

Experiencia fantástica: Haley is an amazing part of Heritage Dental….professional, personable & pleasant personality.

Experiencia fantástica: Always have has a great experience here! Very helpful for me to understand what they are doing and why they are doing it. Much appreciated!

Experiencia fantástica: Have consistently had great experiences at Heritage Dental. I’m thankful to have found such a great dental practice!

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience at this dentist. I’m a new patient and everyone was so friendly and happy to have me here.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a tooth and crown removed from infected gum area...the needles were painful as was the area after surgery for a few days. The work was done professionally and kindly by the dentist but I should have been given stronger pain meds

Experiencia negativa: I've had so many problems with this place. Would avoid at all costs.

Experiencia fantástica: Old crown removed and replaced with a temporary. The temporary fits.perfectly and not noticeable. Entire process was explained in detail by Cody and completed timely and professionally with courtesy.

Experiencia fantástica: Was the easiest and a lot less expensive for an implant than I was lead to beleive from other dentists. Was only going to check out the process and price but when I left I had the implant in place.

Experiencia fantástica: My experience with Heritage Dental was excellent! The front desk was friendly and the hygienist was gentle and kind. Thanks!

Experiencia negativa: The staff are very nice, professional and helpful as they can be given the circumstances (dentist selling the practice). A large company bought it. Not only is the office going through a slow remodel while seeing patients, but there is a merry go round of dentist in and out. Difficulty working with insurances, equipment, and labs. I had a crown redone "4" times before it fit properly. The third one was going to be "ok"of I cleaned it really well." Meaning it still wasn't a good fit.The large company sent our coupons for various appts but because my crowns (there were actually two) took so long there was some discussion regarding how to honor the coupons. In the end I was given a gift certificate.

Experiencia positiva: I would like to preface this by saying that this is the new dentist’s office who took over when our previous dentist of 20+ years retired. I called on the Thursday before Thanksgiving advising I had lost a crown. The office said they had no open appointments until after Thanksgiving. In order to fit me in the technicians would call me back. No call on Thursday. I called on Friday and got the same message, but this time they called back. They got me in on Tuesday with most of the work being done by the hygienist. The temporary is a so-so fit. I hope the actual does fit.
