My kids went to Kids Tooth Doc since their first dentist visit. After the change in ownership, there was a billing issue where we received a large past due amount from appointments a year earlier under the previous ownership that should have been covered through insurance but never got processed properly. We had already changed insurance and were having a very difficult time getting itemized bills and explanation of benefits due to the changes in their billing system and our insurance. We were frustrated and considering finding a new dentist, until Dr. Bland personally reached out to help us sort out the discrepancy. I am so grateful he did because my kids have had such a great experience with the practice and with him. If you are looking for a patient, kind and thorough dentist for your kids, Rocky Mountain Kids Dentistry is the place to go!

I brought my kids into Rocky Mountain pediatric Dentistry and Dr Bland was very thorough and SINCERELY made me feel comfortable with the plan for my daughter's cavity. My children's previous dentist always just pulled the tooth instead of fixing it by filling the tooth, placing a cap, or crown on. The previous dentist had also said we didn't need to worry about having her see an orthodontist until she was about 12 years old but that also didn't seem right to me or my husband so luckily I took her to Dr. Bland. I didn't even have to ask him, he pointed it out And suggested I take her to the orthodontist to get this looked at before she gets older and becomes more painful. I am so SO happy & thankful that I found Dr. Bland at Rocky Mountain pediatric Dentistry. I'm not too big on writing reviews but I want other parents to find and have the same feeling of relief that your children are in good hands. ☺️ Thank you to the front desk ladies and everyone at Rocky Mountain for all your hard work, It really does make a difference when you have a pleasant experience in a doctor's office. We have been coming here for 11 years with all of our children and we are sad to be aging out soon. Each staff member is fantastic from the front desk to the dentists. They are efficient and organized. Every staff member has a great personality to work with kids. Also, if they do have changes in employees they ensure the new member is a good fit for the team to keep a cohesive method of working with patients. You won't be sorry if you bring your kids here! I appreciate his conservative methods of preserving teeth and not rushing into fad dentistry. He values my opinion as a mother and cares about functioning as a team. I've take my 7 year old and 4 year old for cleanings and X-rays. Dr. Bland is so great with kids and really makes them comfortable with his sense of humor. I've also taken my one year old for a tongue tie evaluation. Dr. Molina was so wonderful and thorough, reassuring me about my options and making sure I understood everything. Definitely recommend!!

My son is young with ADHD, we had a bad experience with "Comfort Dental" and it hurt him really bad. He now is not scared to go to his check ups. My teen also enjoys coming in and getting her teeth cleaned. Everyone is so kind and the office is clean, and a comfortable place. My children's doctor recommended this location after the CD incident, she also brings her children here. I highly recommend it, as well.

Experiencia fantástica: This was my first experiencing taking my daughter (11mo) to the dentist! That in and of itself can be scary but the team here were fabulous! From the person who helped me at the front desk, the hygienist that brushed my daughters teeth, the dentist (Dr. Bland), to the receptionist that got us scheduled and out the door we were treated so kindly every step of the way! If I had to be nit picky, my daughter would’ve liked pictures to look at on the walls. But I would say the typical pediatric client being served here would have plenty of entertainment/toys to help them feel welcomed!

They also gave me plenty of opportunities to ask questions about their care and about other developmental dental questions like (orthodontia and sports mouth guard recommendations, etc).I felt educated and empowered on my kids dental future after the conversations! They were not rushed and also treated my kids their age (not like babies;I worried about going to a peds dentist for this reason. They would be fabulous with Littles too!) I can’t say enough good things about the fantastic care we received! I highly recommend this practice!

Experiencia negativa: My child has been going here for over 12yrs. Due to road construction, we were a little late to our appointment 12-13min to be exact. However we were told its only a 10min window and due to short staff we couldn't be seen. I only saw 1 patient in the back ‍♀️‍♀️ but it definitely saddens me to say that this office has fallen apart. The Doctors here are absolutely amazing though. Dr. Molina was great to work with and then she left this location. Dr. Bland is hands down the best kids dentist we have had since Dr. Molina left. Both Doctors definitely get ⭐️5 stars⭐️. How ever the staff there has a high turnover rate and aren't the friendliest. I miss Marina & Nicole & Autumn. Those lovely ladies were my childs favorite faces to see whenever we were there. It saddens us to say we are longer patients here after 12yrs. Keep doing amazing work Dr. Bland!! You will truly be missed.

But Dr. Bland and his team were absolutely AMAZING. They were able to check and clean his teeth with none of that. If I could give them 1000000 stars I would. They really set up such a great atmosphere and everyone was so nice. They will be my kids dentist forever.

I never have to wait more than 5 minutes and is easy to schedule appointments. They have so much patience with her specially when she has to change the color of her braces. We live far away so they always try to accommodate our dentist and ortho appointments so they can be back to back.

We drive all the way from Tower and Buckley to come to this dentist because they are so good with my kids! They schedule us all at the same time so I don't have to come back different days. And always have my babies feeling so comfortable from a cleaning to a cavity filling. My kids are not afraid of the dentist and that says a lot! My 2 year old was nervous to see the dentist after his cleaning, but Dr. Bland was fantastic and got him calmed down easily! He is a natural with kids and is very approachable. The office has all kinds of ways they make the experience enjoyable for kids including movies during the cleaning, great prizes, extra special toothbrush freebies and a fun raffle for kids who are cavity free!

The new owner, Dr. Bland, has done an incredible job of making the visits more personable. He spends time with each kid, makes them feel comfortable and is extremely patient! The whole staff is friendly and kind. Our favorite hygienist is a rock star! She seems to be taking on a leadership role in helping everyone. The last visit she walked me through our insurance plan which is always so confusing. I couldn't have been more appreciative. I'm happy to make the 30-minute drive there and back to have the best care for my kids!

Experiencia negativa: I have no idea what the experience is inside but scheduling with them was such a nightmare I decided to go with another practice. They are in dire need of better scheduling software and security practices.

Experiencia negativa: If your child is on Medicaid, don’t even bother with this place. They won’t bother with you. They won’t give you 10 minutes of their time, try to explain any issues or anything. The woman at the front desk and the dental assistant I had to deal with were rude. Not to mention when I was a greeted she was off stand-offish, quiet, and blunt. Some white guy walks in right after me and it was the friendliest, warmest welcome ever. This place gave despicable treatment for A CHILDREN’S dentistry office.

Toys for the kids to play with before the appointment to help keep busy. Taylor was so sweet and welcoming. She showed my daughter all her fun tools and didn’t push her to do anything she wasn’t ready to do. She explained what she was doing and was very gentle. She had a movie playing and fun little fidget toys to help keep distracted. Doctor B was also amazing. He came into the room with a smile and was very informative. He made my daughter feel comfortable. She still talks about him and how funny he was. At the end of the visit we walked away with a big smile, a neat new toothbrush and some goodies to take home. The prize bin was a big hit! Highly recommend this great group of people for any and all dental needs.

Experiencia fantástica: My 6 yr old daughter had her first filling done at Rocky Mountain Kids Dentistry yesterday, and when I tell you Dr. Bland was an absolute rockstar, I could not have imagined our appointment going as smooth as it did. Not only was he quick and efficient, he was silly and communicated in a way that allowed my daughter to feel comfortable while still being "in the know" about her care. I would highly recommend this dental practice to anyone with children, as they are so great at what they do!
