Experiencia fantástica: I came in for my 6 month cleaning, was greeted warmly by the desk staff and the hygienist. There was an issue with the spray cleaning so she did the procedure very efficiently without it. She was friendly and got through the cleaning, head & neck exam and oral cancer screening. Dr. Choe checked me out and I was on my way.

Dr. Grace and her team of nurses and staff, always make sure I have a clear understanding of all procedures. Every bit of information I need, including why I actually need the the procedure, what the insurance will cover... what follow ups are needed, etc. They never try and sell me services that I don't need. They provide instructions for at home care of my oral hygiene. I have learned quite a lot of things never discussed in other Dental environments.I am so appreciative! I refer everyone I know to Chesapeake Bay Dental!

The exam by the dentist was thorough with explanations for everything she did and the cleaning by my hygienist, Sarah, was incredible. No pain! Did I mention no pain!!! The dental assistant Ms Pete always ensures that I'm comfortable by putting pillows under my legs and neck to reduce pressure on my back from my back injury. At past appts I was given warm lavender scented facial cloths to cleanse my face, and once a printed smile face mask. Little things like this made me feel so special. The new main dentist who took over the practice is Mrs Grace Chole that I met today. She is very through and makes sure she has all information on you before she devise a plan of care. She is so nice, and I look forward to future appts with her.

Experiencia positiva: My wife had an appointment with Dr Weinberg and I’m sure he is a great dentist, However, his receptionist is another story, I wanted to make an appointment with the Dr. but her attitude was very unprofessional, I ask her if they accepted tricare Medicare her answer was I don’t know about tricare her answer and demeanor made me uncomfortable and she went back to drinking her beverage. I understand you might not want to except tricare but don’t give an attitude when you do it. Tricare is for disabled Veterans and Veterans, if you don’t want to except it, just hang a sign we don’t serve veterans here.
