Experiencia negativa: Unfortunately, I had a very frustrating experience with Vibrant Smile Dentistry from start to finish. I began my Candid treatment last summer and paid for everything upfront. After completing my scans, I didn’t hear from the office for weeks, eventually months. Despite multiple unanswered calls, I finally reached someone and was told there had been an issue with my scans and that I needed to come back in to redo them. I agreed. A few weeks later, I was contacted again and told they couldn’t find my scans and asked me to come in again. At that point, I declined and insisted they needed to figure it out. Looking back, I should have requested a refund and gone elsewhere at this point. When I eventually received my trays, tabs were mistakenly glued to the backs of my teeth that were meant to be spacers on the trays only. I didn’t realize this until I got home and found I couldn’t chew my food. At all. While the office was apologetic and removed them the next day, it raised serious concerns for me about oversight and experience, specifically that the dentist should be checking the her employees’ work. And it was actually the dental assistant who did this with NO oversight. On my other check up appointments I also usually only talked to he assistant and never actually saw the Dentist. I was also told I would finish treatment with only a 1 mm gap between my teeth, which was not the outcome at all. I truly wish I had gone to an orthodontist instead. Additionally, I informed the office for months that I would be moving and asked repeatedly to have my retainers made before I left. That never happened. Dr. Bracken is kind, but unfortunately that’s about the only positive I can share. The office was extremely disorganized and very difficult to reach by phone. I noticed several personnel changes during my treatment, so I hope things have improved, but I can’t say for sure. Overall, I would not recommend this experience. They may be okay general Dentristy, but go somewhere else for more specialized work such as Invisalign or Candid treatment.

Experiencia positiva: So far so good. The dentist was friendly and knowledgeable. She had several options to help with the jaw issues I have including guards, massage, and botox. Pricing is a little higher than my previous dentist, however I am seeing this dentist to fix a 2 year old filling; I suppose you get what you pay for.

Experiencia positiva: The service I received ultimately accomplished what was needed, & the front desk staff, particularly the receptionist, was wonderful & very pleasant. However, since Nachman’s departure, the overall experience has noticeably declined. I felt as though I was part of a training session, as the assistants appeared unfamiliar with the location of supplies & the tools they were being asked to use. Additionally, I was repeatedly used as a table for their devices & instruments, despite there being two designated trays available. I also received a small cut on my upper lip from the person operating the suction tool, who was not paying adequate attention. Protective eyewear was not provided, and it seemed that the information I previously submitted, despite being a patient for nearly four years, had not been reviewed. I found myself answering questions that should have been clear from the nine-page form I completed. Overall, while the task was completed, the experience fell short of the standard I had come to expect & known from last experiences.

Experiencia negativa: I want to start by saying the entire staff is very nice and extremely friendly. Unfortunately, this office is very unorganized. I’m very frustrated that nobody knows what’s going on. Nobody spoke with me regarding a treatment plan or next steps. I heard the dentist ask the DA if I needed work done on the other side, not even realizing that I hadn’t even have all of the X-rays done to know all of the work needed. When I asked the DA about my X-rays she was confused. I’m disappointed that the doctor and dental assistant didn’t even take the time to understand or ask me what was going on. I appreciate the lady in the front trying her best to figure it out. I hope your experience is better then mine!

Experiencia fantástica: Ava replaced a temporary crown that fell off while eating that got damaged. She recognized the adhesive failed and recommended we use a stronger adhesive. Not only that was intuitive but the color match on the tooth was spot on. Much better than the previous temp crown as I wait for the permanent one. I also would like to mention Crista the office manager which wears multiple hats there in getting me in for my replacement crown in 24 hours. And after searching around and reading reviews to find a dentist close to that, I am so glad that I found Vibrant Smile Dentistry. My first visit was July 16th and it was as if I had been a patient for a while. The front desk was so bubbly, so kind and polite. And forgive me for not remembering all the Dentist Assistants and Hygienists names. But the two who were with me on my first visit were awesome and so friendly. Then I had to return Aug 13th for a treatment. And let me tell you I had an idea of what I was to get done but was not prepared for what was about to take place. I was so nervous when I found out and they probably thought I was going to change my mind. Dr Bracken and her assistant Tiffany were so awesome. After I prayed, they both came in and comforted, encouraged and helped me to calm my nerves to get the treatment done. They repeatedly checked on me the whole time and I really appreciated that. I was so glad that I went through with it. This practice is wonderful and I'm grateful that I found them and would refer them out to anyone!!

The dental assistant patiently and carefully examined my teeth, repeatedly asking if I was comfortable. The dentist was professional and exceptional. He explained the procedure clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The dentist performed the fillings with great skill and care. I didn’t feel any pain with the injections. After the injections, the dentist waited for a while for them to take effect before beginning the filling. I was impressed by their attention to detail and their commitment to patient care. The receptionist were welcoming and got me in a chair in less than 5 minutes. The dentist came in and went through the examination and shared that my tooth had cracked. His complete explanation of my condition was thorough with the clarity I needed to make decisions and next steps. I am grateful for their professionalism and courtesy and completely recommend this dentist 100%
